So I got invited to a hot party last night by none other than Michael Brandon. It is called Endowment and its a monthly party and it was full of major hotness. The DJ was non other than Dominic Pacifico. he spun the hottest hits and the club loved it. The go go boys were all hot. There was Lance Navarro, Ryan Patrick, Tober Brandt, and a hottie from Idaho Named Martin.

Oh yeah there was also my buddy Ricky Sinz. Also there was holy presence of one of our favorite sisters of perpetual indulgence Sister Maejoy B Withu. The venue was non other than Harry Dentons Star Light Room high atop the Sir Francis Drake hotel with a fabulous city view.

Now I have been looking forward to this evening for quite some time and I took my buddy @Heatizon with me. The evening started with us popping over to the city and finding a parking space right in front, parking karma strikes again. Then we were ushered into the elevator by a big ole strapping blond security guard. He was hot and I knew that the night was gonna be fun. so we get our booth and we get our cocktails and Michael pops over to say hello. Then he and Ricky sit down and chat with us for a while.

I had a nice chat with Ryan Patrick while we watched Lance Narvarro shake his money maker. he is a hot piece of work too I might add. Ryan Patrick showed us some hot pictures from a Raging Stallion shoot he just did. I also got to chat with a hottie named Martin, he is a real guy from Idaho and he makes me think I need to go back for another visit. Tober Brandt was looking all hot and dangerous too. Then it was time for Ricky Sinz to take the stage and boy did he put on a hot show. All the dancers did a great job of keeping to party hopping.

Ricky was all bump and grind and then he and Michael Brandon got all hot and nasty together. All I can say was that they were blazing hot together and the crowd loved them. Everything about this party was hot even the bartenders. I can't wait for the next one to see what hot nasty action Micheal can dig up. you can keep track of all of Michael's antics on his web page. Michael Brandon hosts a benefit for the Hatian red cross

Sunday the 28Th of February in Walnut Creek at Club 1220 Michael Brandon held a benefit for the Haitian relief and all proceeds went to the Red Cross to help with those who need help after the devastating earthquake that left hundreds of thousands homeless and many dead. It was a worthy cause and fun was had by all who attended the event there were porn stars all over the place and the place was rocking. there was food and the place was packed.

There was jock strap twister and pin the cock on the monster and cock ring toss and musical chairs lap dances and a near disaster as couple dell off their stool during musical chairs. no one was hurt and the party went on. they even auctioned of some of the models and all told they raised over $2000.00 at last count.

I have always had a soft spot for Club 1220 as it was the bar that I came out in 30 years ago when it was called the Hub. Funny enough it was also in February of 1980 that I came to grips with the fact that I was queer. The chant was don't be tardy for the party. They were right when I got there at around 10PM the place was seriously jumping and the boys were humping to the beat of course.Rob Romoni was working the red carpet and doing color commentary. DJ Chi Chi Larue was throwing down the beats and the crowd was loving it. When I got inside there were Rocco Giovanni and Josh Griffin both working it out on the dancer stage to the beats.
Chi Chi threw on some old school Michael Jackson and guess who jumped on the floor and busted his best MJ moves. None other than Wolf Hudson. Yes he can dance really really well. The king of kink might just be the king of the dance floor too and I even jumped out there too. Wolf is such a sweetheart when I introduced my self he gave me a big hug and thanked me for the kind and funny tweets I made to him.

There were so many people that I recognized that it felt surreal. All of the hottest guys in the gay porn industry were there. I have said all along what my opinion on bareback porn is and if there was some sort of way to protect the model I would not have a issue with it. Yet the industry thinks that just because they advocate the use of a condom that they are not promoting unsafe sex paractices. The real truth is they are, don't be fooled a condom will protect you to a degree but the knowledge of knowing your viral status will protect you and your partner. So get tested and know you are truly safe. this open letter was Posted and then removed. I wonder why, could it be that it slaps the gay porn industry in they're collective mouth with the truth of the hypocrisy that they use?

As you may know, California is the porn production capital of the world. Recently, Cal OSHA and the California Legislature have begun to take a serious look at porn producers’ practices regarding STD testing and mandatory condom usage.
Yesterday a major gay porn blog posted an article claiming that the gay adult industry is rallying to “wage war” to stop the California government from requiring STD testing on porn sets. The article suggested that the industry is united on this, and that such a requirement would cripple bareback production and drive everyone’s production costs through the roof. I replied to the article suggesting that it was one-sided, pointing out that CockyBoys.com requires AIM testing AND condom usage, and suggesting that anything less is unacceptable.

The blog pulled the original article, stating that a revised article is forthcoming. The blog also removed my commentary. The gay adult industry is absolutely not united in opposition to AIM testing and condom usage. Having been silent in the public debate, and having had my post removed yesterday, I decided to go on the record in my own blog and other blogs who find the topic of interest.

CockyBoys has been AIM testing almost since we started AND requiring condom usage. We pay for the AIM tests, not the models. And, we are not alone. Many web-based studios have required testing and condom usage for a long time. Bait Bus, Randyblue, NextDoorMale and Suite 703 require AIM testing. Sean Cody and Collegedudes247 require HIV testing.
Testing is NOT prohibitively expensive, except maybe for studios that pay models crap to begin with. It’s especially a meaningless cost if you are shooting the model in more than one scene and amortize the cost across those scenes. The AIM folks will work with you to find local testing centers near the models so out-of-state models don’t have to come to California to be tested. The problem is that there is a general sense that profits come before models. My God we have an obligation to models – to protect them – not expose them to unnecessary risks. If a studio really can’t afford testing, they probably shouldn’t be in the business.

Further, many “condom only” studios like to pretend that they have no responsibility because condoms are used. A lot of condom studios give models a false sense of security spreading myths about the level of safety on their sets. Condoms break and have a statistical percentage of failure. One studio boasts that it not only uses condoms, but also inspects models before a shoot for any visible signs of STDs. What a crock of bull – as if the naked eye can detect STDs.
There is also the issue of “facials” where one model cums in another’s mouth. Although less risky than bareback sex, oral cum shots pose certain risks. A number of studios who use condoms, but don’t test, then turn around and shoot oral cum shots. They usually give the model some line about how saliva is acidic and oral sex is safe. That’s simply not true. If the ejaculating model is infected with an STD, the receiving model’s mouth is potentially vulnerable. This is especially true if the ejaculating model has a cut on his penis, has blood in his semen, or has a high viral count, or the receiving model has a cut in his mouth, a bleeding or receding gum line, recently brushed his teeth, or is “deepthroating.” Even with testing oral cum shots raise certain moral questions for me, but without testing they are clearly irresponsible and unsafe.

I am sick and tired of the DVD and bareback guys whining over this issue. This is a situation where the industry should have banded together and self-regulated. There might have been some means of establishing “truly informed consent” that could co-exist with testing. That didn’t happen. Now the only state in the Union where producing porn is clearly legal is considering government regulation – it’s policing an area where the industry failed to police itself. CockyBoys approached a couple of the pro-condom DVD studios a year or so ago about creating an industry trade association and we were privately told to “not rock the boat” over bareback content. Now the government is stepping in, and frankly, it’s about time.
Condoms are a “must.” Bareback has no place at all in legalized porn production in my opinion. In an insightful piece written for TheSword.com entitled, “Pornstars to Producers: Condoms Not Enough,” the author highlights models’ genuine concerns over the risks and the general lack of communication by studios regarding potential STD exposures. The article states that 30% of gay adult models are HIV positive. I suspect that number may be higher viewed on a studio-by-studio basis. In that light, bareback studios are downright irresponsible. There is NO REASON to permit bareback production. It presents an unacceptable degree of risk rising to a level of reckless endangerment in my view.

I recently read a quote from a bareback producer stating two models could cost three hundred dollars or more to get tested. The producer said most models don’t have the money so they’re not going to pay for it. Are you kidding me? The producer should pay for it. $150 per model is what we are talking about? So let’s say “fuck it,” not pay the $150, have them shoot bareback and roll the dice? Interestingly enough if you google the same producer you find claims from a model that the producer pressured the model to do bareback work (even though the producer also shoots condom scenes).

With power comes responsibility. Models do porn principally because they need the money. I can pull out my check book, and if the number is big enough I can make just about anyone do just about anything. Could I give our models a bunch of bullshit about how testing minimizes the risks, write them a check, and get them to do bareback? Yes, I probably could for many. But they wouldn’t be doing it because they wanted to, or because they really feel comfortable, they would be doing it because they need the money.

Here’s where the “free will” people chime in. It’s suddenly all about models’ rights and the models’ ability to make their own decisions. This is probably the only time you will hear studios advocate models’ rights, so listen up. The idea is that models are at least 18 years of age, and are informed adults. They have the right to make their own decisions regarding their health. They have the right to control their own bodies. This is America damn it – who is the government to regulate what we can do with our bodies? Well this argument is so silly it only merits addressing because so many people toss it about. The fact is that the government regulates what we can do with our bodies all the time, principally in an effort to stop us from doing something stupid in the name of money. Selling blood and semen is legal in most states. Selling kidneys isn’t. Prostitution is legal in Nevada on a county by county basis. Most states think prostitution is a bad idea. There are tons of examples where the government protects us from doing something potentially dangerous for money. If you can’t sell a kidney or a lung for money, it seems to me you shouldn’t be able to engage in unsafe sex for money either. The model is not only endangering his health, but the model in question almost certainly is without health insurance. When he gets sick he’ll probably be a burden on the state as well.

There are at least two primary reasons to oppose bareback porn: the health risks, and the message it sends. I’ve already discussed the obvious health risks to models. The “message” point is more subtle. Bareback porn arguably sends a message that bareback sex is “ok” or “safe.” The idea is that bareback porn encourages others to engage in unsafe sex. This argument not only indicts bareback producers, but also distributors of bareback content and “pre-condom” content. That’s right; if you find the “social message” argument compelling, you have to condemn the “pre-condom” companies too. It’s not about when the content was produced, it’s about the social message it sends. Personally I’m less moved by this argument, as model safety is my primary motivating factor. However, the argument is not without merit.

Finally there’s the argument that if California adopts regulations on porn producers, production companies will move to another state and California will lose hundreds of millions of dollars in tax revenue. Producers informed on the law governing adult entertainment production know that California has more favorable laws than any other state. However, if California’s actions pose a real risk of state flight by producers, then it’s an argument for regulation at the federal level. As opposed to allowing producers to “state shop” for states that don’t regulate, perhaps the federal government should adopt national regulations. Instead of devoting so much energy to 2257, maybe the feds should take a close look at bareback porn and the benefits of condoms and testing.

The bottom line is this. Neither condoms nor testing is enough. Condoms break, and HIV exposure takes 9 to 11 days to show up even in AIM HIV tests. Testing combined with latex is the only morally acceptable solution. We are asking guys to have sex on camera for money. The least we can do is foot the bill (less than the cost of a decent dinner) to test. As for condom usage, well if you don’t see the health benefits of that by this point….nothing I say in closing will convince you. This is one area where the models have to come before profits. If it takes the government stepping in to force the matter, then so be it.

The truth of the matter is I have no stake in the porn industry. I don't have to worry about Kent Barclay outing me to my family or my school or my place of employment. Kent Barclay has no dirt on me and even if he did it would not matter because he is powerless against me. If he fucks with me like he has apparently fucked with the gay porn industry I would tear him a new asshole. I guess you all in the gay porn industry are just too fucking chicken shit to stop his bullshit. Go ahead and allow him to attack and berate your performers and stalk and harass them. That is all on you.

But when you all wake up one day and the industry is shut down and no one is making any money any more you will all have yourselves to thank for that. You complacent attitudes towards this vile and disgusting man are going to be your down fall. Believe me it has happened before and it will happen again. All of you who use Damon Kruezer to do you nasty bidding will soon find out that it was not worth it. All of your lies and tricks to get an edge over the competition will all come back to bite you in the ass.

What you don’t seem to realize is that Kent is using you just like you are using him. He is using you to get his jollies by claiming that he is some industry bigshot talking to the young models that are your fucking bread and butter and when they don’t give Kent what he wants he goes on a mission to destroy them. That is all fine and good, but do you know what, one day a young model is going to take his life and the grieving parents of this young man are going to take this to the court of public oppinion and this will get so much media attention that it will shut all of your stupid asses down.

You can already see that the old guard has lost their strong hold on the business and it is changing hands faster than you can film content. The Jarics renew their contract with Falcon and Zack and Derek end theirs. Well it seems that the whole monogamous thing with the Jaric's has paid off with Falcon renewing their exclusive contract. That is really nice for them considering that they are both hotties and people seem to enjoy them working together. I guess that was not in the stars for Zack and Derek though. The world did not come to an end when they broke up and we all survived and they did not feel the need to put out a press release. Oh and by the way a press release that also speaks of all of the new projects that they have coming up in the near future. I personally think it is a bit funny that Derek thought that it was necessary to to release this video.

Today the world said goodbye to an icon but his family said goodbye to a son a brother and a father. When Marlon said a piece of him died with Michael I could feel his pain. I am still having issues with his passing. To me one of my first memories of Michael is of that a small scared little boy. The fact that he could get up on a stage and do what he did to me was a miracle. I have never been star struck or a big fan of pop stars. Not to say that I don’t enjoy the entertainment that they provide because I do. I think that the talent of a person is something to be celebrated not their private life. I have met allot of famous people in my lifetime and their talent is what puts them in the public eye. The one thing that I can say about most of them is that they are people first.

Michael Jackson broke down barriers that were weakened by those who came before him. Michael was an amalgamation of the several who came before him and he paid reverence to them all. He took the pieces of them all and made them all apart of him. Michael’s talents were undeniable to anyone who ever saw him. He loved his family and he loved his fans and he loved the world. It was this love that endeared him to us all. But as we all know once you reach great heights there is always some bitter bitch that wants to tear you down. The tabloids, bloggers and just plain nasty people will always be there to try and tear down. I can tell you that there is always going to be some nasty person out there who will not have anything nice to say. The fact is that Michael Jackson is dead under suspicious circumstance will always leave-unanswered questions. The allegations of criminal activity were not proven but they haunt him in death.

The one thing that I can say about the memorial service was that it was very tasteful. Michael’s family was nice enough to share this celebration with his fans and the world. I might also add that this was a tasteful event, very well done and filled with emotion and love. The one thing that I can say is that this service made Michael real. All of the wonderful things that his friends and family said about him brought home the fact that he was a son, a brother a father and a friend. I can say that I am happy that the world got to finally see that side of Michael. When my father passed away we did something similar. We had a celebration of his life there were moments that were sad but for the most part there was the joy that my father had lived and that is what my father wanted. I am sure that Michael would have loved this celebration of his life. I just hope that he knew how loved he was in life.

All of those who spoke of him truly loved him. The heart felt performances by Jennifer Hudson, Mariah Carey, Tre Lorenz, Stevie Wonder, Jermaine Jackson, Lionel Ritchie, John Mayer and Usher. One thing that I thought that was really sweet was the fact that they included the dancers and singers who were going to go on tour with him. The fact that it was broadcast around the world and that the crowds were so polite and respectful gave me great joy. There was a message in this celebration and I hope it sticks. We really do need to learn to love one and other. Michael Jackson leaves a legacy of great music and great videos as well as a legacy of great charity. Michael’s legacy will live on through his music and his great accomplishments and in the hearts of those who loved him. Brooke Shields said it best "Today, although our hearts are aching, we need to look up, where he (Jackson) is undoubtedly perched in a crescent moon - and we need to smile." Then Jermaine sang Michael’s favorite song Charlie Chaplains Smile. I smiled through the tears.

Rex, is a new pilot for a TV show starring Simon Rex. This is a funny look at the pitfalls of a actor trying to get noticed in Hollywood and what he goes through to get noticed. You all remember Simon Rex right? He was the hot sexy boy who jacked off on that tacky rug and played with himself in that barn because he got so excited working on his bicycle. Oh yeah you can not forget about the great scene he did by the swimming pool.

Simon also did a stint as a MTV VJ as well as he was on a few TV shows and he was in Scary Movie. He has a natural ability to be funny and he is great at making fun of himself. This show has a great feel to it. If you liked Seinfeld you will like this as well. The production quality is great and the writing is very smart. It makes fun of reality shows and it totally makes fun of the Hollywood star making machine.

With all the news of the death of Michael Jackson I am truly saddened. There was a question asked by one of the news commentators " How will you remember Michael Jackson". Michael was a contemporary of mine we were born the same year so I can remember when they first hit the music scene. I remember Michael and his brothers from the very beginning. I remember seeing the Jackson five doing a promotional in store appearance. My mother took my brothers and sisters and I and some of the neighborhood kids to see them. It was a instore promotion at a department store called Whitefront, it was a precurser to stores like target. The one thing I can tell you about that in store appearance was that I was terrified. I remember the crowds and the pandemonium surrounding all of them. I almost got crushed under the limo they were in. I was shoved against the window and I remember seeing Michael in the car crying. I have always felt sorry for him, because he was so scared and then with all of the turmoil in his life in recent years.When they finally did get in the store it was a mad house.

I was standing there watching my sister and my friend Vanessa walking towards me and the Jackson 5 were right behind them. I had my back to the crowd and when they spotted the Jackson 5 they charged them. There was a security guard that grabbed me took me to the storeroom to safety. The Jackson’s security grabbed my sister and Vanessa and took them with them. We all met up in the back storeroom and all I wanted to do was go home. I could tell that Michael wanted to do the same thing. He was so small but then again we were only 11 years old. What I find truly interesting was his stage presence, he commanded the stage. From the little scared kid in that huge wild crowed to the fearless performer on stage. The one thing I can tell you is that after that store appearance was that I never wanted to be famous.

I have most of the records that he made on vinyl. And I just listened to them in the order they were released and I can tell you that I was impressed. They still hold up after all of these years. When you think about it Thriller is 25 years old and it is still effecting music to this day. Just look at the current batches of performers that were babies or not even born when it came out and how they all pay homage to it in they’re acts. You have Neo, Beyonce, Justin Timberlake, Rhiana, Chris Brown, Usher etc. His music is still to this day relevant. But in the music industry you are really only as good as you’re last hit. Michael Jackson was an electric performer and those that he emulated were also electric. His favorite performers were Jackie Wilson and James brown and Elvis and his favorite dancers were Gene Kelly and Fred Astaire and who can forget Sammy Davis Jr.

Michael Jackson is and will always be the "King of Pop". He took the pop music genre and took it to the next level and made it an international sensation. Just like Motown records, which took R& B to the next level Michael did the same thing and took it even higher making it more broad and acceptable. Michael’s style took Dance music (disco/funk) mixed it with bubblegum pop and Rhythm and Blues and Rock and Roll and he made it all meld to a cohesive style that will forever be identified with him. This is a fact that can not be denied. Michael took his influences and made them known throughout the world. His music is known the world over and there is not one country you can go to and not hear his music or feel his musical influence. In the later part of his career he did start to become strange with the changes in his appearance and his reclusive behavior.

He was dubbed "Whacko Jacko" and I will agree that he did bring allot of that on himself. But he was also under so much media scrutiny that I could see why he became more and more bizarre. There were all sorts of allegations made against him and none were ever proven to be fact. But once you label someone with a negative in the media it is a no win situation. It also appears that Michael Jackson’s insurance company paid the settlement out to Jordan and his father. Who basically took the cash and moved to the East Coast. Jordan’s mother still maintains that there was no inappropriate contact between Michael and her son.With the first case being settled out of court by his insurance company against the wishes of Michael and his attorneys the taint and the stigma still haunted him. Then 10 years latter came the second allegations and the trial where he was acquitted but even after the court cases and the legal settlements he is still being remembered as a child molester, a fact that I might add has never been proven. Funny thing is that no one wants to remember all of the good that he did.

Michael Jackson is in the Guinness book of world records for being the most charitable performer ever. But that is eclipsed by the negative allegations that were never proven. He is the biggest selling recording artist of all time. He was a loving father to his three children; he was a brother to 8 siblings and a loving son. He is adored the world over yet every news media outlet still wants to focus all of the negative things. I will admit that he was not perfect but the way that he was hounded by the media when he was alive and to this day he is still being drug through the mud and it sickens me. The media took the allegations made by these people and took them as fact but never published all of the details that lead up to the allegations nor did they even try to get to the truth.

Well I did a little Internet search on Jordan Chandler and I found some interesting stuff. Seems that Jordan and his father Evan are having a little domestic dispute. There is a court case pending in New Jersey. Jordan has taken out a restraining order on his father. I am not sure what the deal is with Jordan’s accusations of sexual abuse are but his mother testified for Michael Jackson’s defense at the child molestation trial in 2005. It also appears that there has been no contact between Jordan and his mother since the first case was settled. Evan Chandler got full custody of Jordan after his divorce from Jordan’s mother. They then moved to New Jersey. It is where Jordan alleges that his father hit him in the head with a 12-pound dumbbell and sprayed mace in his eyes and tried to choke him to death.

So whether the child abuse allegations are true or not it is really up to Jordan to tell the truth. And the real fact here is that Michael was acquitted on all charges. And now in death there is every crazy and their brother trying to get on the gravy train to get a chunk of his legacy. Now the real question is does any of this matter now? Michael Jackson is gone and he has left three children and a devastated family and the whole world to grieve his death. He has left a legacy of great music and a musical vision to be enjoyed by generations to come. He music has effected the lives of multiple generations from my parents to me to my nephews and there kids and that says allot about and artist. To me that says Icon.

What is the problem?

Michael Lucas seems to be a little upset with certain people in the industry. It seems that he has a bone to pick with Raging Stallion. He has issues with Brent Corrigan and he showed how childish he could be by jumping on the stage at the GayVn’s. He was a total bitch to Ryan Razz the weekend of the GayVN awards and Mr. Pam caught it on film. Now I really have nothing against Mr. Lucas. I just think that the stupidity that he has shown as of late is rooted in the fact that many people have not done as he would have liked.

Now I am not going to berate the work that his company puts out because I think most of it is pretty damn good. I also think that Michael Lucas is a pretty good performer. But I do take issue with his public actions. It seems that his attacks on certain models are a bit misdirected. Now the thing with Raging Stallion and Michael Lucas has to do with Tony DiMarco leaving Lucas. Tony De Marco has gone on to direct Grunts, The Drifter, and he also co-directed To The Last Man. After going to Raging Stallion and being a part of the last years-big GayVN winning videos. This could be a big part of Michael’s rage against Raging Stallion.

This same rage that he showed against Brent Corrigan can be attributed to the fact that Brent turned down an offer to perform in another Lucas movie. The film was La Dolche Vida; you know the one that he got sued about. Yeah Brent turned him down for that movie. Yet Michael goes on about how his working in the industry would cause its downfall. Is Michael Lucas really that stupid to think that no one would find out the truth?

Then there is the little drunken street encounter with Ryan Razz the night of the GayVN’s where he was a rude son of a bitch to Ryan Razz and Mr. Pam caught it on film (it happens @ 3:58). What is funny about all of that is that Ryan just signed a contract with Raging Stallion studios. So it seems to me that Mr. Lucas seems to think that he was entitled to some kind of loyalty from anyone who ever worked for him. Now I don’t know about any of you but his actions bring to mind the actions of a certain dead porn producer who he was defending when he attacked Brent. Another egomaniac that could not let go and that is most likely what help get him killed.

Michael Lucas has certainly put his foot in his mouth on several occasions and I am sure that these events will not be the last. He screams about the bare back porn industry and yet he gets sued about a bareback porn video that he shot and sold and then tried to market. From the little scuttlebutt that I get here in my inbox it is rumored that he was shooting bareback porn in the dirty south. Yet publicly he is an advocate of safe sex and denounces bareback porn.

Do I hate Michael Lucas? Well the answer to that would be no. But I also don’t like him all that much and I really don’t have all that much respect for him either. I will admit that he has put out some very good material over the years and he has also put out some shit as well. But lately he has just stepped over the line and he seems to be in a desperate state with some of the fair that he has been releasing. There is a market for high production values for pissing videos and good kink porn and I find a good loud fart hilarious. But are his fans really all that interested in boys shitting out bananas?

So in theory it would seem that Michael Lucas is a jealous bitch but then again he could just be a marketing genius who likes to see his name in print no matter what the subject. You know there are certainly others out there who have the same attitude. "Any press is good press as long as it is about you". You know this is one of those situations that I didn’t know if I wanted to post this because it really won’t make a difference to the person that it is about. He will just eat it up and keep on doing the same old stupid shit but then again maybe shedding some insight on his actions will help us to understand his motivation. Do you think that is the case?

Well it looks like the Huffington Post and People magazine have linked Adam Lambert to a young man from the Big Easy. No I am not talking about Brent Corrigan so don't go getting all ballistic. Oh and by the way Brent will be getting a new and improved blog real soon it is currently going through beta testing. I have seen his new blog and it is very nice so stay tuned for a post about that. Now back to our almost American Idol. The young mans name is Drake Labry. You can read about it on the MOC blog and there is a link to the story there as well. They have not called him gay but I think Adam has done a good job of letting the world now that himself in the video posted below. I also love how they try to make it appear that he is holding hands with Drake Labry in the picture.

The other fun thing that I saw while reading the blog was Joe Jonas doing a bad imitation of Beyonce's Single ladies but it was fun to watch cause he was so bad. I personally got the joke but most of the "straight" guys who made all of the negative comments about the video all called him gay. Ernie Barnes 1938-2009

Ernie Barnes who is known for his iconic art work has passed away after a brief illness. The man had many different careers during his lifetime. He played football and was the "Official Artist of the American Football League". .His iconic painting Sugar Shack was used as the album art on Marvin Gaye's album I want you and it was also used on the television show Good Times. His paintings were used as the art work that character JJ was supposed to have painted. His art work is some of my favorite. I love the jubilation that is Sugar ShackEddie Murphy is said to own the original. You can read more about him here and here

Heaven needed a friend so they called Bea Arthur 1922-2009

I never really liked All in the Family when I was a kid. I always thought that Archie was so mean to poor Edith. But one night I watched the show and there was a new character. Her Name was Maude and she was Edith’s cousin. As annoying as Archie was, Maude was a breath of fresh air. She was bold and brash and she did not take anybody shit but Walters.

Now this show All in the family might have the spin off record. There was Archie Bunker's Place, The Jefferson’s and Maude, which spun off Good Times. Now what is funny is I loved the Jefferson’s and I learned to love all in the family but I learned to hate Good Times. I guess I just could not identify with the family. I did identify with The Cosby’s though because that is the kind of family I grew up in.

But I digress back to Maude that show made me laugh and it also made me cry it was just an all around great show. When it went off the air I was truly sad. I watched the movie Mame with Bea Arthur and Lucille Ball and I actually liked it. It was different it was a musical and being queer I just like musicals OK. Auntie Mame with Rosalind Russell is the original. It was the height of camp and fabulousness.

I was so thrilled when Empty Nest had a spin off called Golden Girls after lousing Mary Tyler Moore, Rhoda and Maude we needed another girl show on TV. The show had a dream cast with Rue McClanahan playing against type of her character on Maude and Betty White playing against type of the character on MTM. Estelle Getty played Sophia Pertrello the mother of Bea Arthur’s character. Together they were brilliant. That is a show that I will watch and it still makes me laugh. Bea Arthur was someone who I just loved to watch. She was a big part of my TV watching life and she will be truly missed.

Yes there were plenty of jokes made about Bea Arthur but she was truly loved. Her success transcended the small screen and it graced Broadway and the Silver Screen. Bea Arthur was a star. She was sheer talent. She was one of those rare actresses who could do it all. One of the greats. Hollywood will shine less brightly now that another star is gone. The saving grace is that she will live on forever as long as there is cable, videotape and DVD’s. Her legacy will live on and we can always get our Golden Girl fix.

Hate as free speech jeopardized by hate crime legislation!

Looks like the Advocate is still stirring up the shit. Seems that no one really got past the crap with Rezeurk Nomad to look at this gem. The son of Jerry Falwell has mounted a coalition to stop the passage of hate crime laws saying that it will effect his right to free speech. Well Now isn’t that just special! Who told him to go and start this whole crusade of hate? Could it be possibly SATEN!

I come from a long line of Christians and I just happen to be gay and yes I do believe in God. I also have several family members in the clergy and I have had some serious debates with them about the whole issue of my Gayness and they all still love me and they all understand that it is not a choice. They also have an open mind on this issue and are willing to listen to me. We have known each other most of our lives. They knew that I was not some evil sinner. I am the same little snot nosed bowlegged kid who they grew up with. What I am getting at is that I have a cousin who was giving a youth sermon at a family reunion and I stopped him in the middle of it and I told him that we needed to talk.

He stopped excused himself from the group and we went off and I spoke of my concerns with his sermon. When I explained to him that he was inciting hatred with his words. He in turn understood what I was saying and he realized that he was wrong for saying what he had said and he apologized to me. He then proceeded to apologize to the group about what he said and continued on with his sermon. This is not rare and not all Christians are zealots and bigoted.

There is a small minority who are ignorant to the truth and they are willing to allow some "man" to stand up in a pulpit in front of them and proclaim that he speaks the word of God. In effect they are worshipping a false idol and in the bible that is one of the biggest sins. So let them go to the gates of Heaven with that burden on their souls and they will be sent to the same place that Jerry Falwell senior was sent.

My main reason for writing this is that these Christian right wing conservatives want to continue preaching their hate rhetoric unabated and this hate crime bill has them scared. Yes they could possibly be held accountable for inciting some negative action on society. It was Hitler’s negative hate speech that sent millions of Jews and gays to the Nazi death camps. And now these religious radicals want to hide behind the bible and speak their hate unabated by the law. What is funny is that no one seems to get it. They preach hate and they give good Christians a bad name. They have an agenda people and they always have and they hide behind God to do it. Get a clue people figure it out I know you can. Are we really so stupid that we will allow this to happen again less than 100 years after Hitler’s last reign?

Then we have these same people who are still trying to use their lies and scare tactics to spread their agenda of denying people the right to love who they choose. They are using their religious beliefs as a reason to justify discrimination. What would God think about this? Does God want us to look down on people because we do not agree with them? Or does he say that we shall not judge lest be judged? Well I don’t think these people who claim that they are preaching Gods word were listening when he spoke to them. Or maybe they only hear what they are comfortable hearing but they are wrong in trying to use the word of God as some attempt to justify discrimination.

People Jesus died because of discrimination! Think about that for a minute. Yes the Son of God was killed because someone did not like what he had to say or believed in. Do these people want to keep this legacy of hate going? That is what is wrong with the world today, Too much hate and not enough acceptance.

Kurt Wild wants to bring the art house and the whorehouse together and make artistic porn. What is funny is that many don’t seem to get it. Kurt wants to bring the heat, sensuality and the passion back to porn in the same way Kristen Bjorn, Lucas Kazan and Cadinot have. Belami has on occasion touched on that fine line as well. But most companies seem to think that two hot guys fucking is the recipe for a hot scene. I just don’t understand that rational. To me porn is not just about two people fucking. It really is about the fact that the people you are watching fuck really want to be there fucking. That they are so into what they are doing that you the viewer does not exist. You know the kind of porn you feel dirty watching because you feel like your spying on a private moment between two people.

There needs to be chemistry between the models and I have been saying this forever. It seems that lately "reality porn" or the free stuff you can watch on Xtube and similar sites is pulling the viewer away from the "big budget" porn. The one thing that I have noticed about the "big budget" stuff that I have seen is that it is just so formatted. The director has to be aware that some times he just has to step back and let the models go and make sure that he has cameras there to catch the magic. A good sex scene has a beginning middle and an end. It has to flow and it has to build in intensity. What I have seen in most of the porn lately is just a rush to a cum shot. In all truth good sex is nasty and dirty and it rarely gets depicted that way in porn.

All you have to do is think of one of the hottest times that you had sex and you know you would not want someone filming it because it was not pretty. Porn tries to sanitize that bit of nastiness and sometimes in doing so they loose the spontaneity. What I find strange in porn is that models are chosen for their looks and they don’t have an attraction to each other. The scenes often fall flat and you have just put two people through hell for what you thought would be a hot scene. Sex is really about attraction and it always has been. It is chemical and physical and emotional and it has to have all of those components to be hot.

Just because two guys have nice bodies does not make them compatible. Sometimes it does happen but for the most part I have noticed that it is the opposites that attract who make for a hot scene. I have mentioned Kurt Wild a few times on my blog and he has never failed to deliver when it comes to heat on the screen. One thing that I have noticed is that allot of the boys who are making a definite mark on the gay porn scene have come from the website porn scene. Two sites in particular have been the beginning playgrounds for allot of the models that are becoming big names in the industry. Corbin Fisher and College dudes 247 seem to be flooding the market with hot talent.

These Models seem to go from company to company and are consistent in putting on a hot performance. You have Jesse Santana, Mason Wyler, Kurt Wild, Adam Campbell and Tory Mason all from Corbin Fisher. There are others out there that are just as consistently hot too. Zack Randal, Aaron James and Shane Erickson have also made the cross over to big studio porn. And a bunch of them all went to different online sites such as College Dudes 247, Chaosmen, Sean Cody and Cockyboys, etc. These web based porn companies are putting out the best content in my opinion. And when these boys do step on the set of studio porn they are ready and they make the scenes work. But then we have what I call the dead fish of porn. You have Brody Sinclair, Mike Roberts and Barrett Long who constantly proclaim their straightness.

When will these lackluster bitches learn that we don’t care who they fuck off the screen?
Porn is about fantasy and every time these gay for pay bitches open their stupid mouths they ruin the fantasy. So to all of the gay for pay bitches out there I say shut the fuck up and quite bitching about people thinking you are gay. You fuck men on camera, get a god damn clue bitches! And to the viewing public who are offended by these "straight men" doing gay porn stop watching their shit and the producers will get the clue. As long as the scene is hot I really don’t care if you have sex with a fence post in your private life. I say make it look real make it look hot and make me want to watch it again that is the key to good porn. It is also the key to saving the industry. Buying porn is not cheap and you have to make it worth the money for someone to pay $30.00 a month or to drop $50.00 on a video.

The porn industry seems to be going the way of extreme porn and they are loosing focus of what is hot and only trying to get a buck for the shit they produce. I have seen my share of bareback porn, as a matter of fact that is all there was when I started my porn-viewing career. So it really was not such a big deal to see a boy take a big cock up his ass with out a condom. So if you want to watch bareback porn there is still plenty of it available and the boys who did it are most likely dead now. We need to be responsible and not teach the message that fucking bareback is safe. All you have to do is look at a Treasure Island video and you will see what the effect of bareback porn has on a person. We lost some very talented people because of Aids. And if this practice keeps up we will continue to do so.

I understand that porn is a business and it is about making money but just because it is does not mean you have to exploit the talent pool, who just happen to be the key to your success. It is that attitude that will be the downfall of this industry. Those who do not exploit will succeed and those who do will fall by the wayside surrounded by the bodies of the boys that they destroyed. It is already happening and it will continue to do so until there are some serious changes made in what type of content is produced and what kind of treatment is afforded to the talent that makes this industry function. The models in porn are human beings not just some throwaway commodity. Once the producers realize this the better for the industry.

We all know that Damon Kruezer really has no tie too the Gay Adult Film industry and he is only used by the most unscrupulous people in the industry. Damon is just an attack dog used by the many who are to chicken shit to confront their victims themselves. Damon has admitted that he did work for Bryan Kocis and was working on the harassment of Brent Corrigan when his own mother was evicted from her apartment of 17 years. Paul Barresi just uses Damon when he wants to back stab someone. Chris Steele and Paul Barresi his "friends" were working on "The Velvet Mafia" starring Brent Corrigan but Damon did not even revue it. Damon’s claims about working with many models are in fact lies. Damon has never been to an industry function and his name is verboten.

I was reading the comments on the threads about the Advocate article by C. Brian Smith. His inclusion of Damon Kruezer as a source for information on the gay porn industry was at best troubling. I have come to the conclusion that this whole article must be a joke. Well it must be because C. Brian smith is a writer of satire and the use of Damon Kruezer as point of reference is his attempt at humor right? It seems that he was trying to use Damon Kruezer as some sort of joke that seems to have fallen flat. Maybe C. Brian Smith has never actually looked at Damon’s Technicolor trash page. Because if he had he would be well aware of Damon’s false claims about being one of the last people to interview Harlow Cuadra. I also believe that he never spoke to Patrick Terpstra who also took Damon on his word that he was connected to the gay porn industry and that he interviewed Harlow Cuadra. If C. Brian Smith had spoken to Patrick Terpstra he would know that the mere mention of Damon Kruezer could be a huge mistake.

I wonder if C. Brian Smith ever spoke to Michael Gross who wrote the article for Out Magazine on the Bryan Kocis murder. Michael could have given C. Brian some insight on Damon Kruezer. I wonder if C. Brian Smith even did an Internet search on Damon Kruezer. If he did he would have come up with a wealth of information on Damon Kruezer. I wonder if C. Brian Smith actually asked anybody who is connected with the Gay porn Industry if he would have mentioned Damon Kruezer. I wonder if he spoke to someone at Cybersocket would he have used the name Damon Kruezer. It is just sad that someone who has such a bright future ahead of him as C. Brian Smith now has to deal with his name forever being connected with the taint of Damon Kruezer. But I guess he is used to being connected with world class idiots.

C. Brian Smith is a Yale educated writer and he is also a contributing writer for The Huffington Post. C. Brian Smith is a good friend of former first daughter Barbara Bush. He tells about how they met in a Vanity Fair article. He seems to be pro gay since he himself identifies as a gay man. He is a writer of satire and I do believe the fact that he used Damon as a source in the piece he wrote for the Advocate was done in a satirical form, which seems to have backfired on him and the Advocate. It seems that C. Brian Smith might not have done enough research on Damon Kruezer. He does not appear to get a true feeling of how many people do not like Damon Kruezer. Maybe he missed the post on Just One Hot minute that dealt with Damon’s Cybersocket awards Nomination and visit or the lack there of to LA. Maybe he did not catch their post about Damon and his lie about the sell of Falcon Studios.

Now I can understand that C. Brian Smith has written for some rather prestigious publications and I have really only written on my blogs but even I know enough to not give Damon Kruezer any credit. I tend to do a bit more research when I write something. Yes I can be lazy about it sometimes and not get all of the facts right and when I do make a mistake I will admit it. Lets see if C. Brian Smith will man up and admit that he made a big mistake by using Damon Kruezer as a reliable source in his story in that Advocate article on the Gay Porn Industry. An industry that will not even speak the name Damon Kruezer. I wonder if he is aware of all of the people that have been victims of the words and lies of Damon Kruezer. There have been few in history that have had such a negative effect on peoples lives like that of Damon Kruezer and they too are forever vilified. Damon Kruezer has no credibility and is a known liar and a fraud and the sooner the mainstream gay press takes him to task the better. Lets see if the Advocate and C. Brian Smith do the right thing.

The season of spring is upon us

This is the time of year when all of the trees and flowers start to bloom and the weather gets nice. Well being in California it is nice pretty much year round. But in Spring, Summer and Fall it is get naked weather. Yes the boys can run around shirtless and in shorts. What is really sad is that due to ignorant fashion choices the shorts got longer and baggier. Now in my opinion that sucks, when I was in my 20’s we wore daisy dukes and those little thin nylon running shorts that did not leave all that much to the imagination. It was hot and sexy and did we have fun, you bet. We were one of the last of the outdoor generations of children and we all had fairly nice bodies. You know from playing sports to riding bicycles to running and just being outdoors in general. Then along came those damn video games and freaked out parents who thought that someone was going to snatch their precious little brats.

That changed everything, if you were born after 1978 you were a house child unless you lived in some Podunk little farming town. By the time I was in my twenties you did not see kids playing outside. You did not see kids riding bicycles or walking to the store. Kids did not even walk to school anymore. Then they started getting fat. Yes kids were fat, no just one or two kids were heavy or as we called it husky but kids were fucking fat, I mean huge. 5 year olds weighing over 100 pounds and shit. I mean when I was 5 I might have weighed 40 ponds and I was tall. Well I am going off tangent here so back to what I was talking about earlier. Spring has sprung and it is time to get back is shape so that you can get naked and get laid.

Now all of the boys you see have these little gym honed bodies which is fine if you like that but I like a guy who has that natural athletic build that comes from doing shit. You know that natural sun kissed look that comes from being outdoors, not that artificial sprayed tanning booth thing that you see so much of nowadays. Yes I know that the sun can cause skin cancer but still it can make you look so much better than those umpa lumpa orange tans that we see so much of now. Hell I’m African American and I would even get out in the sun to get rid of that paper sack color that winter brought on.

What is funny also is what people think is hot now compared to when I was a younger. Six pack abs meant you were not eating enough, now it is what everybody wants. Now I had six pack abs forever and I was not to thrilled about it cause when I was in my 20’s everybody wanted those big pec’s. I always thought that I was to skinny and I could not wait to gain some weight. All of my friends were always bitching about being skinny. A few of them started to go to the gym to build up some bulk but they just got more ripped and they were still skinny. Funny thing is now everyone would think they were all hot and shit. I guess it is just a sign of the times. The current generation of 20 somethings is going to the gym to look the way we just looked naturally. Who would have thought.

What is all of this all about, well it is spring so the White Party is coming up and it is time to show the goods again in one of the nations most famous circuit parties.

The Advocate has just posted an article on the porn industry. About how it is in a virtual tailspin with the advent of free porn sites and piracy. It also discusses how the major studios are pinching pennies to stay afloat. It is interesting reading but there are some glaring mistakes in this article that I just can not stay silent about. I have sent the publisher an email with links to different articles and blogs that discuss the major problem with this article and I hope they get a clue real soon. The email is below.

I Just read the article by C. Brian Smith on Porn Panic the article was decent but it was the inclusion of Damon Kruezer that I find it quite upsetting. I just don't understand why there are so many reporters who really do not have a clue. I have read many articles about the gay porn industry and none of the articles seem to do any fact checking on their sources. The one blatant error in this article is the use of Kruezer at night. Do an Internet search on the name Damon Kruezer and you will get an eyeful of useful information on this Internet Maggot.

This man has for the last 10 + years stalked and lied too and defrauded so many people that no one in the industry will even speak to him yet you use him as a resource? That is a shameless mistake on your part and it seriously takes away from the validity and the credibility of this article. You might want to go back to your other sources and ask them about this Damon Kruezer. Now if you did an article on him that would be some good reading.

There are plenty of people who you already spoke to for this article who would have some interesting things to tell you about him. Damon is someone that the industry will not even mention. While you are talking to dear old Damon you should ask him about his attendance at the Cybersocket awards or better yet any of the gay awards shows honoring the porn industry. He has never been to one of them. He is not an industry insider and never has been, he is an Internet pariah.

Now I don’t fault the gay porn industry for this because they are just going after a untapped market. You know as well as I do that Gay men fantasize about seducing straight men. It is just a part of our nature. But if any of you have ever succeeded in this endeavor you know that it is not all that it is cracked up to be. Yeah you get to suck some straight boy dick and maybe you get him to fuck you but then after it is all said and done you are still sitting there wishing he was gay.

So with this in mind I am sitting here writing this little post about the fraud that is being put out there by several online companies who claim that they have these straight boys going through special training to have and enjoy gay sex. Yes we all know who they are and we all know that it is bullshit but we watch it anyway because we think it is hot.

So that brings me to the subject of gay for pay. Now there are some guys who do perform in gay porn who are truly straight. And this is quite obvious by the lack of enthusiasm they show on film. We will not deal with them right now. But there are also the gay boys who also are "straight for pay" who perform in gay porn and hope that you believe that they are straight. The one thing pornography is about is fantasy and that really is all.

Why does anyone care who the porn star fucks when they are not in front of the camera? If it’s not you then it really should not matter. Look these men are doing what they want to do on camera and as far as I know no one is holding a gun to their heads making them do it. It really is all about making a dollar and that is it. They fuck for cash and you get the opportunity to watch it. Some of the guys show real enthusiasm and some don’t. As far back as I can remember in my many years of watching porn it was always a undercurrent that these boys were being seduced into gay sex. Thus fulfilling a fantasy that the porn watcher has always had.

Now we all know that the best sex you are going to have with a man is with someone who is out and proud. We seem to be less inhibited by the whole man on man thing. But as long as we in the gay community have this idea about seducing straight men there will always be porn based on this fantasy. So does that mean that "gay for pay" is here to stay? I think it is just like "straight for pay" is. So to all of those men who find it upsetting that there are straight men performing in gay porn there are just as many gay men pretending to be straight performing in gay porn.

Do you get it now? Porn is about fantasy or to be more blatant it is all about lies to fool you into thinking that these people are having real sex like you have in your own bedrooms at home. They just happen to be on a set with several people watching them with bright lights and a camera shoved up their ass and some guy off to the side telling them to "moan louder" and to "move that hand it is blocking the shot". Porn is a job just like selling shoes or working at a computer all day. There are good things about it and there are bad. Some people don’t like their jobs and some people do like their jobs and you can always tell the ones who do like their jobs.

In my opinion who really cares who the models are fucking off screen as long as the fucking that they do on screen is hot and gets you off. Because in the grand scheme of things that is really the point right? So let the boys fuck for our pleasure and leave their private lives alone unless it is some really scandalous gossip then you know we all need to talk about it.

Now I can understand Michael Lucas not wanting under aged models to work in the porn industry. I can understand the risk that this can have on an industry that already has a serious image problem. What I can not understand is how all of this is the fault of one model. I will also agree that what Brent Corrigan did was wrong. What I can not understand is why part of the blame for Brent's entree in the gay porn industry has not been leveled on the studio that hired him.

The law clearly states that is the producers responsibility to confirm the age of the model before they film the model. It would appear that Cobra Video and Bryan Kocis did not do their job. Brent Corrigan has apologized for his part in all of this and he has become an advocate against the use of underage models and the filming of bareback porn.
On the other hand Cobra Video and all of the people who are left to run it have never taken any responsibility in any of this. And to this day they are blaming Brent Corrigan for all of this. When it was Bryan who went on the attack against Brent, which lead to his demise. Had Bryan done the right thing and taken responsibility for his failure to do his job he would most likely still be alive.

The gay porn industry should also be held responsible for not calling Bryan Kocis to the carpet for his practices that endangered their industry. What is sad is that none of this should have ever happened but through greed and stupidity we are left with the nasty residue of it. One man is now dead and two people are in prison for the rest of their lives and now we have Michael Lucas who is ignorant of the facts trying to stir this shit up again.

People this is porn! It is not something that will cure the ills of the world it is just people fucking on film. The Gay porn industry needs to grow up and get their shit together or they will ever gain any respect. We have producers of porn trying to blame a model for the lack of due diligence of one of their own. Was Brent Corrigan wrong for doing what he did? Yes he was! Was Bryan Kocis just as culpable? Yes he was! Is Michael Lucas wrong for his actions at the GayVN awards? Yes he was! The gay porn industry is in danger and the reason is because they have allowed people like Bryan Kocis to operate in they're midst.

Michael Lucas does have some good points but his approach is misguided and he is somewhat uninformed on the real facts. I do believe that Brent Corrigan is owed an apology from Michael Lucas. Michael Lucas needs to get his facts together before he makes anymore-ignorant statements based on subjects that he is not well versed in. Since these two porn producers have center stage and the media spotlight I think it is a good time that they come together to make a positive change in an industry that is destroying the lives of people and do something positive.

There are several things that they can do to help fix many of the problems that plague the gay porn industry and the gay community as a whole. They need to advocate safe sex and mean it. If the industry is going to resume bareback porn production they need to advocate testing of all of the models. They need to make it clear that the porn industry has a zero tolerance policy to drug use. Advocating drug testing and STD testing of all employees. They need to do this before the government steps in and requires it. They need to take a proactive policy for the protection of the talent and the industry that they both love so much.

Lucas to get secret treatment outside of US

It would appear that Michael Lucas has fled to Russia in fear of his life. As of late he has been increasingly irrational in his behavior and has been taken to a secret location for his safety. In a secret meeting with the staff of his company Michael told them that he was "going to visit his father". The truth is that he is off to an Eastern Europe for medical treatment regarding a failed cosmetic procedure. In my research for this blog post I have found out that Michael Lucas is in fact 65 years old and he has been lying about his age for years. All of these press releases are just a cover up for the real truth.

Michael was under the care of a "cosmetic practitioner" who got a batch of black market Botox and it seems that it contained a high concentration of mad cows decease. Thus causing Michael to temporarily loose his faculties. He has since been rushed to a doctor in Russia for secret treatments. The fight with the boyfriend of Brent Corrigan is just a symptom of his problems. I believe it was said that during the awards ceremony he had experienced slurred speech and seemed to be stumbling when he walked causing him to run into people.

The altercation and his belligerent behavior are also a symptom of being infected with this toxic agent. The FDA had recalled that batch of Botox that he received but through the unscrupulous black market there were some "beauty consultants" who bought up the supply that was supposed to be destroyed. It seems that in the ever-tightening financial markets this seems to be a recurring problem. People trying to save money and getting a bad product.

Threats and arrests at the Gayvn awards?

Seems that two of the most controversial players in the gay porn industry are at each other’s throats. Seems to be a battle between the lips and the butt. Yes Michael Lucas wanted to get Brent Corrigan ejected from the GAYVN awards ceremony last night because Brent lied about his age when he first started doing porn. Seems that Michael thinks that Brent’s lies could have caused serious jeopardy to the industry. Now I don’t know about any of you but it would seem that the person who would hire someone who looked as young as Brent did when he first started would take serious precautions before hiring such a young looking model.

Now that is all water under the bridge anyway. Seems that there is another issue at play here and it seems that Sir Michael of Lippsinburg Russia is a little pissed that a certain model refused to do a video shoot with his New York based company. Now I am not one to condone violence and if there was a threat made to Michael it should be taken seriously. It would seem that Brent gets these over zealous boyfriends who tend to make threats and want to beat people up who say mean things about Brent. My theory is if you can’t take the heat stay out the fucking kitchen.

Michael has been known to stir up controversy whereever he goes. From posting the story of his own death to promote the video the Gigolo, to getting sued for his mega award winning la dolce Vita for copyright infringement and the Ice cubes incident at the Gayvn’s he has also been accused of beating up his neighbor. Michael is not one to stray away from the controversy and the public eye. Whether any of this is true or not is the real issue here and Brent seems to be caught up in the fire storm.

The same can be said about Sir Brent of the Twin Peaks he has been know for his controversial activities as well. Falsifying documents to work in porn to spilling the beans on the tyrant that ran the Video Company that he first worked for to breaking contracts and bad mouthing Falcon studios. Oh yeah and consorting with murderers. I know that is a touchy subject to some but you know what I consorted with the murderers too.

Now I don’t know if all of this bullshit is serious but I think it is a great PR campaign non-the less. They both worked on the movie Not another gay sequel and I did not hear too much about any fights but then again maybe there were a few cat fights. Michael Lucas is notorious for speaking his mind. Too bad you can barely understand him when he does. He is known for being a catty bitch but for that matter so is Brent. The two of them court controversy where ever they go. So is this a big deal or is it just hype to promote their websites and studios. Is Michael Lucas jealous of Brent Corrigan’s 3 Gayvn award wins last night? Or is he just pissed that Brent refused to work with him? Or maybe Michael just wants to put those duck lips of his on Brent’s big round ass and chomp away.
With the economy the way it is I guess you would try and get all of the free press that you can. And lord knows these two are the perfect pairing to stir up a shit storm if there ever was one. Maybe Michael and Brent should just get a room fuck and get it over with. I can’t wait for the Grabbys that should be a really fun show since Brent is one of the hosts of that show. Michael should have some real fun trying to get him thrown out of that venue. Is this all just a publicity stunt or is it real you be the judge.

My personal opinion in all of this is that the industry stood by and let Bryan Kocis and Cobra Video degrade Brent Corrigan and did nothing to correct the practices of Bryan and Cobra Video. The law states that the producer is the one responsible for verifying the Id of the models they hire. Bryan Kocis did not do that. He looked at Brent and all he saw were dollar signs. Michael Lucas is a misguided idiot if he thinks that all of the problems with this lie on Brent’s shoulders. Brent said that he was wrong for what he did and Brent is the only one who has taken any resposibilty for his actions. Bryan Kocis never did nor did Brent's exboyfriend Chris Henriquez. Bryan tried to hide the truth and when it did come out he tried every trick in the book to make it look like he was not responsible.

For Michael Lucas to say that this is all the fault of the model(s) and Brent Corrigan in particular is in his own way validating the practices of Bryan Kocis and Cobra Video. In doing what Michael did pointing the finger at one model and not the studio that the model worked for was wrong. Both parties are just as responsible for the fiasco the transpired. This is not the first time Michael Lucas has gone off half cocked and it won’t be the last. To disassociate your self from him is your prerogative but I think that in no time at all Michael will put his big foot between his big puffy duck lips and make a total fool of himself. It has Happend before and it will happen again.

Adam Lambert's version of the Johnny Cash classic "Ring of fire" was one of the highlights of last nights American Idol. It was a cross between Axl rose and Elvis with a Beatles middle eastern influence. I will also add that he appears to be possessed by Pattie Labelle. I thought it was fabulous and apparently the audience did as well. As typical Simon did not get it. Lets just hope America got it because you have to be crazy to not realize that this boy has chops.

Now I don't know for sure if this is where he got the idea but it is very similar to the version he did but he took it and put his own spin on it and made that shit his.

And the other standout was Anoop Desai or as he is also know as Anoop Dogg. His version of the the Willie Nelson Classic always on my mind was a fresh take and the arrangement was totally country-politan. Also special props go out to all of the other contestants who were also great.

Harlow Cuadra is sentenced to Life in prison

Harlow Cuadra has been sentenced to Life in prison. After testimony by his mother and his attorneys pleading for his life and testimony from a psychiatrist his fate was in the hands of the jury. The prosecution is claiming that Harlow is the one who did the killing while Harlow says it was Joseph Kerekes. The defenses argument was that Joseph was very controlling and he was the one who planned this. Harlow testified that he was afraid for his life and that is why he did not tell the police. The jury did not appear to be moved by Harlow's testimony on the witness stand and they convicted him of first degree murder. The Jurors did not even look at Harlow as they walked just a few feet away from him when they left the court room. After some confusion with the parameters for sentencing they ultimately sentenced him to life in prison.

I have changed the name of my blog because so many of you seem to think that I don't have a clue. Since there are so many Elmisms out there to describe my state of mind I decided to go with my favorite. Yes Vincent you are the winner, It's Elmteligence is my favorite. I know you meant it in a sarcastic way but I thought it was funny and it truly just grew on me.

I was going to do a whole bunch of posts about who said and did whatever but I have decided not to go there. I really does not matter anymore. This was a sad experience for allot of people and I am personally tired of looking at this train wreck. This blog was never meant to be about a murder case. I never asked for anyone to email me about it. I was never a huge fan of any of those involved.

I was never for one "team" or the other. I just kind of was placed in that niche because I never "attacked" Joe or Harlow. I always believed that you were innocent until proven guilty and I still do. But I guess that theory is to high brow for some to understand. There is still plenty about this whole mess that has not been revealed and I guess it will never be revealed. So now I will blog about what really interests me and if you want to know what that is stick around. If you don't care there are plenty of other places to go and talk about this murder case.

Let’s take marriage out of the equation.

In the fight for equal rights in California for same sex couples a new idea has been placed on the table. Funny thing is I and a couple of friends have talked about this before. With most religions strongly against same sex marriage the idea of taking marriage out of the constitution and putting it squarely in the realm of religion seems like the right thing to do. Thus taking religion out of the equation.

Under this new plan the state will only recognize civil unions and all religious marriage ceremonies will only be recognized by the church but not state law. In other words you need to register your civil union with the state and if you want to get married in the church it will only be valid if you have a registered civil union. That will take religion out of the equation and make it a non-religious issue. That will make all of those who chose to have a civil union equal under the law.

Under this new plan it will not effect current marriages. They will be grand fathered in and not effected. Only new civil unions and new marriages will be effected by this change. It makes sense to me and anyone who has an issue with that is clearly against equal rights for all. The term marriage will no longer be a recognized legal term any longer in the state. The church will no longer have a role in state policy. The seperataion of church and state is already a part of the constitution.

I am only going to say this once. I am going to tell the truth about who told me what and when I was told it. I have every email that I was sent and every instant message that I receieved since the start of all of this. I am going to wait until after this trial is over before I spill it all.

With the cameras that can not be confirmed and the lack of DNA evidence it really is no wonder that the prosecution is going all out to make it look like Harlow is a hardened criminal. The Beach tapes and the Crab catcher tapes were their big hope of getting Harlow but the truth is Joe and Harlow knew they were being recorded. What is really interesting is the motive for all of this. Joe and Harlow killed Bryan to work with Sean and Cobra Video was their main competition in the gay porn business. Now the settlement did not preclude Sean from working with anyone but Cobra models. The only one named specifically was Brent Everett.

The settlement did have a stipulation that Sean would pay Cobra Video 20% of his fee for the use of the name "Brent Corrigan". Now the fact that Sean and Grant are claiming that they could not work with Joe and Harlow while they were in Las Vegas is strange because at the time there was no signed settlement. The settlement was not signed until the 18Th of January 2007. There were still issues with the settlement while they were in Las Vegas and they did not get ironed out until they were back in San Diego.

Also of note during the civil suit Sean and Grant said that the contract with Cobra could not be enforced. The contract in question that Sean breached would have expired in 2006 anyway. The civil suit was really about the name Brent Corrigan and nothing else. Bryan could not get that contract enforced because Sean could have fulfilled that contract by just showing up and that is all he had to do. You can not enforce a contract for sex, that would be prostitution and that is illegal. Also the production of pornographic material is illegal in the state of Pennsylvania.

Yet the prosecution is trying to use it as means for a conviction. They turned their back on the illegal activities of the victim until he was killed. All of a sudden he was a "business man" and he was killed so that someone could get his "prized actor". Give me a break, this is such a sack of shit. It stinks just like all of the other illegal activity that that court house is famous for. The truth of the matter is that Luzerne County should have removed themselves from prosecuting this case.

They do not have a definite time of death for the victim and every time it is reported it is a different time frame. As far as I am concerned the time frame is between 7:50pm and 8:20 pm on January 24Th. Based on the last time someone spoke to the victim and the time that Amy saw the car leave the scene. That gives the killers 30 minutes to kill Bryan and clean up and loot the house and flee the scene with the items that they are accused of taking. Did the police check the drain traps for blood trace? The killer would have been covered in blood based on the way that the victim was killed. Did they check to see how much blood the victim had lost during the autopsy? Did they check stomach contents of the victim, he supposedly got some food that day.

The police did not find any DNA evidence in the victims house or in the SUV that was rented by Harlow. They can not prove that the video cameras were in fact those of the victim. To tell you the truth they can not really prove that Joe and Harlow were actually at the victims house. That has always been the case. There is a witness sighting of the SUV from earlier that evening but it could that have been the Recon mission. As the email stated that Harlow was not scheduled to arrive until 7:15 pm. So unless Harlow was early then Macias is mistaken about 6:30 being the time that the "model" arrived.

Bryan was not expecting him until 45 minutes later. Perhaps it was just Bryan taking another phone call. Macias did talk to Bryan at 7:50 pm so Bryan was still alive at that time. There are just to many unanswered questions. No real proof that Joe and Harlow were at Bryan's house Just a vehicle that looked like the one Harlow rented. I wonder how many silver Nissan Exterra's there are out there? Did anyone actually see Harlow or Joe at the crime scene?
Is the knife found at the scene the one that Joe and Harlow purchased in Virginia Beach?

Why slash his throat they has a gun they could have shot him. It is January, its cold no one would have any windows open and most houses would have had double pained windows. No one would have heard the gun shot if you used a pillow to muffle it. Why would two crazed killers call Sean and Grant and tell them that they just killed someone. They must have known that Sean and Grant would be blamed for it. Non of this makes any sense to me, it never has.

Well this is funny Harlow is concerned about the size of his ass. It seems that a letter leaked to the press about Harlow and his fears about his image has made the rounds of the blogs today. With the Sword and Jim’s Silence of the chinchilla’s blog reporting on it. What is funny is that BB is alluding that I was the one who leaked this letter to the press. Now that is a total sack of shit if I ever heard one.

First of all I never heard of that letter secondly it was sent to Renee Martin whom BB claims sent it to Damon Kruezer and me. Now I don’t know about any of you but Damon would have posted that letter in a hot minute if he received it. I on the other hand never received such a letter. So I guess BB was wrong, imagine that BB being wrong about something. Then PC decides to chime in about me being a party to such a scheme. PC who is all cozy with Renee and BB is accusing me of this?

I think PC is just pissed off because I won’t take his shit and call it like I see it. I made a comment on my blog yesterday and it seemed to set off a firestorm of controversy. I find it funny that I was always assumed to be in Harlow’s corner in all of this but that was far from the truth. I wanted the truth to come out and that is really all that I wanted from the very start. So this latest bit of "news" is really funny to me.

The idea that it could cause a mistrial is as big a joke as is the actual trial. It is full of lies and fabrications and too many people trying to cover their asses from the truth especially Harlow and his huge ass. Sean and Grant have lied from the beginning about their involvement in this murder. And Joe and Harlow were stupid to get involved in other people’s drama. I know a little bit about that subject as I was all involved in this drama and I am no longer falling for anybody’s bullshit.

Well today I was blog hopping and reading the newspapers and I found some information on the case and I thought that I would share my impressions of it all.
An alternate juror in the Harlow Cuadra capital murder trial in Luzerne County was excused due to illness. Judge Peter Paul Olszewski Jr. identified the juror as alternate #3, a male who is a diabetic.Olszewski said the alternate juror's wife contacted the court last night to say her husband was ill. Olszewski said he spoke on the telephone with the alternate juror this morning, and was told the alternate juror became ill overnight. Due to the developments, Olszewski met with prosecutors and Cuadra's lawyers before trial proceedings, and it was agreed to excuse the juror and continue the trial with three alternate jurors.

Testimony continued Friday in the murder trial of Harlow Cuadra of Virginia. He is accused of killing Bryan Kocis in the Back Mountain in 2007.

Trooper Michael Boone, with the state police is a member of the forensic services unit, Friday morning. He testified that Kocis' home was severely damaged by a fire, and he found five loaded handguns inside the home.

An employee of ATT&T testified about phone records before the morning break.

Jurors saw crime scene photos and heard from several witnesses, including the man prosecutors said Cuadra and his partner, Joseph Kerekes, killed for.

I guess the burnt items were to be discussed, but they just never got around to it with so many pictures shown. Friday Sean Lockhart took the stand, he is a key witness for the prosecution. Lockhart is a gay pornography businessman and an actor. Lockhart told the court he and his partner agreed to work with police by wearing a hidden microphone. He told jurors he was under contract with Kocis and Cobra Video.

Sean Lockhart testified he had several "internet interactions" with Harlow Cuadra beginning in December 2006. Lockhart said Cuadra and he talked several times over MySpace, email and the phone. Cuadra was "eager" to work with Lockhart and offered to "pay you 10 K" for acting in his video. Lockhart, testified that Cuadra's partner, Joseph Kerekes, recorded the video on Black's Beach, a nude beach, on April 28, 2007. Lockhart said Cuadra and Kerekes were "opening up" about the murder. This made Lockhart upset, he testified, and he fell behind.
"Cuadra dropped back, he touched my arm and he said, 'don't worry, it was quick, he went quick,'" Lockhart testified while nearly sobbing.

Now I will interupt this tesimony and add my two cents. Sean Lockhart testified that he was under contract with Cobra Video, that was something that I would have thought the defense would have asked more questions about. During the the civil suit Sean and Grant said that the contract was unenforcable. Yet there is still the claim about him being under contract. What I also find intersting is that there was no mention about the validity of the Cobra Video contract that Sean spoke of.

He also spoke of his working underage for Cobra Video. But from what I gather he was not asked about how he obtained the fake ID he used. or how he was introduced to Bryan Kocis. There seems to have been no mention of Chris Henriquez during the trial. There has been much speculation on how he aquired that ID. But the subject was not brought up. There is also the statement of Bryan Kocis from the civil suit about the Id but that was not brought up either.

Lockhart further testified that he was "17" years old when he did "two shoots that were spread onto four DVDs," adding that his first film was for Cobra Video, operated by Bryan Kocis, 44. Lockhart, who is now 22, said he owns his own adult production company based in San Diego, Calif.

Judge PPO removed the jury and this took place:

WILKES-BARRE - Luzerne County Judge Peter Paul Olszewski Jr. excused the jury to inquire if Sean Lockhart wanted a lawyer after Lockhart made "potentially incriminating" statements that he worked in adult films as a minor.
Lockhart was answering questions from Assistant District Attorney Michael Melnick about his background in adult films when Olszewski stopped the proceeding and excused the jury from the courtroom.
Olszewski cautioned Lockhart that he may have "incriminated himself criminally" by admitting under oath he provided a false identification and was performing in adult films while a minor.
Olszewski gave Lockhart several options, to include speaking with a lawyer or declining to speak with a laywer and continue to testify.
Lockhart declined to speak or have a lawyer, and Olszewski returned the jury to resume the trial.
Roy carried a recording device hidden in a key chain during the meeting, Lockhart said.
Cuadra's attorneys said Lockhart had a difficult relationship with Kocis and they said there is no recorded evidence that Cuadra admitted to knowing about the Kocis murder. But Cuadra’s statement doesn’t appear on the tape.“It’s not on the tape?” defense attorney Paul Walker asked during cross-examination.“Harlow pulled me back for discretion,” Lockhart said.

Walker questioned Lockhart on specifics of his communication with Cuadra, pointing to several instances when Kerekes was the one sending messages on Cuadra’s MySpace account.“It was Roy who first contacted Cuadra (about a film), correct?”“Yes,” Lockhart said.

A few days after Kocis died, Kerekes called Lockhart, he said, and then handed the phone to Cuadra who told him to go to WNEP-TV’s Web site, where the top story was the fire at Kocis’ Midland Drive home.“(Cuadra said) ‘I guess my guy went a little overboard,’” Lockhart said.

Walker, during cross-examination, had Lockhart reiterate his statement that Cuadra had said “his guy” went “overboard,” and not him.

Before Lockhart finished testifying, Luzerne County Judge Peter Paul Olszewski Jr. held a sidebar with Lockhart to discuss his legal rights.

Lockhart admitted during testimony that he forged documents in order to act for Kocis when he was 17. Lockhart turned down legal counsel, saying he was aware of his right to not incriminate himself.

ok, well it was quite a moment in the week, a week which wrapped up with star witness Sean taking the stand.He arrived wearing a cherry red sweater, dark gray dress slacks, and crisp white collared shirt, he looked stunning. The pants were perfect fitting and his posture screamed confidence. It became apparent he was going to answer the questions his way, and even request that some questions be restated. Several times, he stopped to consider the wording of a question and asked if it could be repeated. He actually took control of the pace of his entire testimony. While he looked all of 17 years old, he showed some skill at handling this kind of stress no 17 y/o would have.The under age videos would be delved into in detail, what time frame his summers in PA, when he met Grant, and exactly what kind of relationship they had. Everything about Bryan's ideas for Sean's future with him, and the settlement which was going to be good for him financially and well as professionally both outside of Cobra, and with his own production company.And of course the Vegas dinner and all email, myspace, AIM, and cell phone correspondence with Harlow were gone over.I noticed that almost every seat has been taken while Sean is on the stand. Like word got out that this is the feature attraction or something. On cross exam. Sean's posture changed, he was just slightly more slumped in seat with arms bracing him up rather than his back being perfectly straight.But he still refused to let defense attorney put words into his mouth without adding his own reasoning to the record. Like 'you seem to be good at pretending to be into it" (after black's beach video was played in full) Sean answered that he knows when he "has" to do something, he does it, and he had to do this.btw, the video from the nude beach was surreal, to be seeing this full frontal nude video in court, it was 7 min. long but felt like 45 min. Harlow did not look at the screen at all during it, nor did his Mother. Normally you hear coughs in court, or bits of whispering now and again. During the play of this video is was deadly quiet, not one sound in the room at all.The point early on when asked about lying about his age for porn, he was stopped by the judge who asked him to consider a lawyer, consider not answering some questions without an attorney present, and offered him an attorney to be arranged.There was a break while jury left the room to discuss this with Sean. Sean decided that it had been five years with no criminal complaint against him, and that he should not worry now about the past, and just carry on. Jury returned and carry on he indeed did.It was pure balls, and I felt it gave his testimony even more edge. It also kept up the impression that Sean was running the show concerning his testimony. This court was not going to keep him from telling this story his own way.It was damaging for the defense, and on cross examination the only thing they managed to prove is that Joe made some of the myspace add friend requests to Sean's page.There were a few gasps, and laughs, like when the video title "Young Bucks In Heat" was mentioned. A few of us laughed and looked at each other.Unreal day, and unreal end to the week.

Well, I can say BB is NOT RW. After his testimony he sat in the court room and listened to the other witnesses of the day take the stand.During a break we talked and exchanged who we are. I asked so you are not BB? NO. Think Sean and Grant had anything to do with it? He just shook his head no. It was a ridicules question I wanted to ask once and be done with it.Robert was approachable and mild mannered. But he asked who I was, and so I didn't have to approach him.I spoke with Byran Kocis' family the first day I attended, it was his father who came up to me and asked who I was. He has since always waved hello when we pass when coming or going. When pictures of the house on fire were shown, BK's mother turned her head down, and his father kept looking but had to wipe away tears.I noticed each time pictures were shown of burnt out house and Bryan's body, the Kocis family were told to pleased leave. So the house on fire might have been the worst they have had to see in court. And it was hard for them.It was good that they left the room, as the pictures got more graphic, and eventually, after picture #80 got to autopsy photos showing stab wounds after body was cleaned. Defense objected to something, not sure what. But day of court was ended after endless series of pictures.The pictures were bad enough, but during lunch break, items of evidence were rolled in, including Bryan's front door and the front panel of big screen TV. They parked these items at first directly in front of the Kocis'. I felt awful about it sensing their reaction to these huge blackened items. They were later moved further away from where they had been.It seemed like hours of pictures shown. And their was after hours of other stuff like credit card statements, etc. It was a long day.

Sean was briliant on the stand! The bright red sweater as well as the whole look was a sharp clean presence. His response to each question showed a guy who is smart, and has indeed been around the block once or twice. I think the jury was impressed, I was, as was the person I sat with and left with. We both thought Sean earned many points on the truth scale.Sean called Harlow's productions poor, but thought he was a good performer in the videos he sent to them in San Diego. He thought of Harlow as a "good find." But that he needed to work out and firm up a bit if and when they might film together, so that "they both looked their best" in any filming they might do.He said after the Vegas dinner that he and Grant had no idea the both of them were "skewed" until the murder of Bryan was confirmed. This was after the fire was in the news. The body was not id'd until later.

That was an emotional moment at trial for sure, but I thought that it was a description of the Crab Catcher event (when Harlow said it), and not one in the court.It was a damning moment for sure, nobody missed it.

I had another talk with RW today during a break as he has been in court most of the day watching, and talking with BK's parents, another blog follower, and myself.I asked him what is the bad blood between yourself and S&G? He said that there are bloggers who have made statements against them that are attributed to him. I said so it is not you nor a friend or boyfriend or yours? He said no, as a matter of fact the DA asked that he not blog at all because it could harm the case.I then asked if he had seen Grant, and said hello, it is not me, shake his hand and walk away?He said as a matter of fact today I was walking by saw him, and it was an awkward moment, so I decided just to shake Grant's hand and say hello. He said it did not feel like Grant was completely accepting of this as a good kind gesture, but it was better than walking by with the awkwardness that was there.I said good, then you have done your end of it, and moved on, and good for you. Everybody needs to do that.I added that there must be nut cases out there saying things and attempting to ride the fame of someone else. There is no other reason.I really don't think RW has been saying shit about S&G all this time. It is "unmentionable" types out there basking in disputes and enjoying the rifts. We know there is one who has a Lite Bright page, and another who has been allowed to post around here. So why the fuck can there not be another (or one of the same) who wishes to make Grant and Sean miserable? It does make perfect sense. And this case has brought out of the woodwork some real works of art.I think I am correct, I did the leg work here.

So I guess we finally get the truth about the Wagner-BB connection. There is none BB is just what everyone has always thought, A kruezer wannabe. Ten witnesses have been called to testify today, Cuadra's third day of his capital murder trial. Several witnesses who testified today reside on Midland Drive. They collectively told the jury that they saw a light colored sport utility vehicle driving on Midland Drive or parked in Kocis' driveway, and afterwards saw Kocis' home on fire.

Donna Yachim, who resides on Midland Drive, testified she was looking out her front window waiting for her husband to come home from work from 6:30 to 6:45 p.m. on Jan. 24, 2007. Yachim said she saw a vehicle slowly driving past her home.

"It was very abnormally slow, it looked like somebody looking for a property," Yachim said.
Yachim said just after 8:30 p.m. that night, her daughter said Kocis' home was on fire. Yachim called 911 and her husband ran to a neighbor's house to alert them to get out.

I am guessing about these witnesses since they did not mention the other names in the newspaper.

Amy Zamerowski testified during the preliminary hearing that on the evening of January 24, 2007, she was going to pick up her friend Amy Withers at 64 Midland Drive, Dallas, Bryan’s next door neighbor. She testified that she turned onto Midland Drive at around 8:26 p.m. She pulled into the Withers’ driveway, and there was a light colored SUV backing out of the driveway next door. Amy also testified that after the vehicle left she entered the Withers residence. About ten minutes later, there was a knock on the door warning them to get out of the house because the house next door was on fire.

James Gilbert testified during the preliminary hearing that he was a neighbor of Bryan Kocis. He said he was walking his dog on Midland Drive past the Kocis home, sometime around 7:35 to 7:50 p.m. on January 24, 2007. He testified that he noticed a silver SUV in Kocis’ driveway up towards the garage. He strange because vehicles did not normally park in the driveway of the Kocis home; they usually parked in a spot in front of the house.. Gilbert recalled seeing flames coming from the Kocis residence at approximately 8:15-8:30 p.m. that evening.

During the preliminary hearing Ms. Zamerowski was shown photos of a silver Nissan XTerra. She testified that she was previously shown these photos and informed the State Police that the Nissan XTerra could have been the vehicle she had seen backing out of the Kocis driveway on the evening in question.

Gilbert was also shown a photo of a silver Nissan XTerra. he witness positively identified the photo as the make and type of vehicle that he had seen on the evening of Wednesday, January 24, 2007 in the Kocis driveway

A representative from Discover Financial testified Harlow Cuadra used his Discover card to pay for a Silver Nissan Xterra SUV from a Virginia Beach, Va. rental dealer the day before Bryan Kocis was killed.

Robert Wagner, a former employee of Kocis testified Kocis was thrilled with his gay pornography business in January 2007. Wagner said he visited Kocis the weekend before his January 2007 death, to help with various aspects of the business. Wagner acted and shot video for Kocis who had just settled a year-long legal issue with one of his actors. Kocis was excited that he had a potential new model coming in to audition. Robert Wagner testified that Bryan Kocis didn't allow anyone inside his home unless he was expecting someone. Wagner, who described himself as Kocis' best friend, said Kocis was "reclusive" and never answered his door.

Wagner said Kocis asked him about Moilin as a new model for Cobra Video, a production company of gay pornographic films. After reviewing photos of Moilin, which appear to be Cuadra, Wagner told Kocis he didn’t think the prospective model would work out."I didn't think he would be good, he was muscular and older," Wagner said about Moilin. Kocis disagreed and planned to meet with Moilin on Jan. 24, 2007, the day he died. "(Kocis) was very excited, he thought (the model) was very cute," Wagner said. The two men talked numerous times about the prospective model, who called himself Danny Moilin of King of Prussia, but who prosecutors say was really Cuadra

Wagner further testified that he was with Kocis in Las Vegas, Nev., for the adult video news award ceremony in mid-January 2007 and met with Cobra Video actor Sean Lockhart and Lockhart's business agent, Grant Roy. At the Las Vegas meeting, Wagner said Kocis was about to do "cartwheels" because Kocis settled a federal civil lawsuit he filed against Lockhart and Roy. It was also at the adult video news ceremony, investigators alleged, that Cuadra and his partner, Joseph Kerekes, met Lockhart and Roy to discuss making films together.
Kocis had been in a legal disagreement with Sean Lockhart, stage name Brent Corrigan, and his partner Grant Roy. But the men had reached an agreement about filming rights in early January 2007 in Las Vegas and later San Diego, Wagner said. Everyone was happy with the new arrangement, he said. "The weight of the world had been lifted off (their) shoulders," Wagner said.

Quickysrt reported from the court room and gave us this bit of info.
Robert said on the stand that Bryan was interested in the possibility of sex with this Danny model (even if he was not right for the Cobra line of video).I found Robert Wagner to be very forthcoming on the stand. When asked, he brought up some of his organization duties, and tasks performed besides modeling, and seemed to be not holding back.The under age issue of Brent was also handled directly and swiftly without so much as a blink. Boths sides asked about it, and prosecution made sure to get the last word with Robert on the matter. False ID, product pulled and destroyed, end of subject.This issue will likely not be returned to at this trial.I got the impression Robert was a real friend of Bryan's, not just an employee. I mean this in a good way.

Andre Pappas, a Drug Enforcement Agency officer in San Diego. He testified to a recording device he helped investigators use to record a conversation between Cuadra, Kerekes, Roy and Lockhart at a nude beach in the San Diego area. The device was hidden inside a keyless car entry keychain.

Cuadra admitted to the crimes, prosecutors say, in the taped conversation, which hasn’t been played for the jury yet.

Funny I recall Wagner was booted to the curb in Vegas and there was a point that the settlement went downhill in Vegas as per Cad's email from Bryan. Things were not settled until San Diego and they were strained at best. Then you have Bryan and Lee conspiring to undermine the whole thing with their separate deal. Wagner's view of what was is with regards to the settlement is distinctly clouded as far as I am concerned. There are far too many other versions of what actually happened. Zane aka Jamison Harper's long testimony of what was going on is in direct opposition to what Wagner says and it is also backed up with what Cad says that Bryan told him. Jamison is the model that Bryan was parading around San Diego after he sent Wagner packing because he looked like Sean.

Cuadra's jury trial before Luzerne County Judge Peter Paul Olszewski Jr. began Tuesday. Prosecutors called four witnesses this morning in the capital case against Cuadra, 27, who could face the death penalty if found guilty of first-degree homicide in Kocis’ 2007 death. Prosecutors allege Cuadra killed Kocis, a rival producer of gay pornography, to further his own gay pornography business. Assistant district attorneys Michael Melnick, Shannon Crake and Allyson Kacmanski are trying to convince the jury that Danny Moilin is Cuadra.

Prosecutors continue to build their case against Harlow Cuadra, alleging the 27-year old fabricated two applications under another name, and purchased personal information on rival pornographic movie producer Bryan Kocis. Todays witness included Justin Hensley, Alex Puente, Jennifer Marie Ortega, Deborah Crane, Attorney Sean Ernesto Macias, Karen Vuaxon, Virginia Beach Police Officer, Gavin Pinchback, Chris Hurd

Two other witness testified this morning, a Virginia Beach Police Officer who testified about seeing the rental car at Cuadra's place, and Karen Vuaxon, who works for AOL and testified about records pertaining to Kocis' site.

Jennifer Marie Ortega, a representative from USA People Search based in Sacramento, Calif., testified that someone using a Discover credit card registered to Cuadra purchased personal information on Kocis on Jan. 20, 2007. The information, Ortega said, contained Kocis' address, telephone number and neighbors information and other facts about the Dallas Township man, the witness testified this morning. Jennifer Ortega, said Cuadra purchased the "comprehensive background report on Kocis four days before Kocis was killed,

The murder victim Bryan Kocis owned Cobra Video.

Alex Puente, of Miami, Fla., who was the Web master of Cobra Video’s online site, testified Tuesday that days before his death Kocis received two e-mails to the Cobra site from a man named Danny Moilin, who wanted to audition as an actor for Kocis. Alexander Puente also testified that Cobra Video - Kocis' production company - received two model applications from Danny Moilin on Jan. 22, 2007. Puente said the application was completed from the same computer, in which, Assistant District Attorney Michael Melnick alleged was Cuadra's computer. Danny Moilin was the name that Harlow used to see Bryan. He sent the application to Cobra under that name and the Cobra Webmaster confirmed this. The five photos attached with the e-mail were shown to jurors and looked similar to Cuadra.

Upon questioning by Cuadra's lawyers, Joseph D'Andrea and Paul Walker, Puente said he wouldn't know who actually submitted the applications.

Sean Macias was the sixth witness to testify for prosecutors on day two of Cuadra's capital murder trial before Luzerne County Judge Peter Paul Olszewski. Attorney Sean Ernesto Macias, of Los Angeles, Calif. took the stand today and said that he was on the phone with the victim when the "model" arrived. He testified that he was speaking with Kocis on Jan. 24, 2007, when Kocis put the phone down and answered his door."He seemed to be in a good mood," Macias said from the witness stand. "My conversation was brief with him; he said he was expecting a guest that day, a model or something."He went to answer the door, it sounded like he put the phone down and said Hello, the name started with a D," Macias said.

According to the Times Leader, Bryan Kocis was on the telephone speaking with his attorney when investigators suspect Harlow Cuadra arrived at his Dallas Township home. Macias represented Kocis in a federal civil suit filed against Cobra Video contract model, Sean Lockhart, and Lockhart's business agent, Grant Roy, a director of pornographic films. Macias said the suit, which alleged Lockhart violated the copyrighted name of Brent Corrigan, was settled sometime in January 2007.

Justin Hensley said he started working for Cuadra in April 2005 because he was very poor. When he worked for them Hensley said "Cuadra and Kerekes earned $225 per hour and up to $10,000 a week in their escort business in Virginia Beach". Hensley said "clients to the escort business was a U.S. Senator, government contractors working for the U.S. Military and physicians". He testified that while he was working as a male escort for Cuadra and Kerekes they wouldn’t let him leave their home for long.

Justin Hensley said he resided with Cuadra and Kerekes because they wanted him to be available at all times for potential clients. Hensley who is now engaged to a female said he left the home of Cuadra and Kerekes because they "wanted me to stay there and work all the time and not have a social life. I was only "allowed" to leave on the weekends and if I went out to get a sandwich, I had to come right back." "I could only leave for a short lunch.

Hensley said he was aware that Cuadra met Lockhart, known in the industry as Brent Corrigan, at an adult video news award ceremony in Las Vegas, Nev., in mid-January. Hensley said Cuadra and Kerekes wanted to make more money so they expanded into pornographic films. Hensley also testified that he knew they wanted to film movies with Sean Lockhart, an actor in gay pornographic films. "They would definately profit a lot of money," Hensely said if Cuadra and Lockhart produced films. "The only statements that I heard Cuadra say was Cobra Video is a main rival," Hensley said. Hensley’s testimony detailed Cuadra’s role in his companies, as an actor and producer of pornography as well as a prostitute, but he also presented Kerekes, 35, as aggressive and the more dominant of the two men.

During cross-examination from defense attorney Joseph D’Andrea, Hensley said Kerekes fired a gun inside the house where he lived with Cuadra. "I’m pretty sure he wanted to shoot Harlow," Hensley said, because of a fight between them. Hensley, who lived with the two men at their pornography and prostituting hub, moved out because of the incident and has enlisted in the military, serving two tours in Iraq.

Deborah Crane, an employee at Superior Pawn Shops in Virginia Beach, testified Cuadra and Kerekes purchased a handgun and a knife from the shop on Jan. 23, 2007. Melnick showed to the jury a surveillance video from the pawn shop illustrating Cuadra and Kerekes purchasing the items. "I can’t tell what (Kerekes) pulled from his pocket from this angle," pawn shop manager Deborah Crain said during cross-examination. "(Cuadra’s) credit card was used … he signed it."

So far from what I am seeing is that the defense is placing all of the blame on Joe Kerekes. But from the testimony of two witnesses I can see that the same thing is starting be proven. I had an issue with Joe where I saw how he can get angry. So I can understand Justin and Harlow's fear of Joe. I do have a question about Macias's testimony though. from the affidavit it show's that Macias had three different phone calls to Bryan. I listed a list of times below with what the prosecution has said was going on. based on the times listed there seems to be some inconsistancies.

Macias added that at some point, the victim asked Macias to "hold on", as the model who had a name which began with a "D" arrived. Macias could not hear the entire name of the model. Subsequent to the model's arrival the victim's phone call with Macias concluded. Phone records obtained subsequent to this investigation illustrate that the victim did engage in telephone conversation(s) with Macias between the hours of approx 1735 and 1800 hrs' and at approx 1950 hrs EST on 1/24/2007

At last the trial: part one

With the court house testimony under way it seems that the prosecution is going for blood. They are showing that this was a planned out methodical venture designed to get rid of Bryan Kocis who the defendent(s) deemed as direct competition to their gay porn business. The defense strategy is to place all of the blame on everyone but Harlow which I guess is what they should do. With Joe in prison for life and Harlow free to blame it all on him.

The prosecution has presented several witnesses who are truly making it appear that Harlow is not the sweet and innocent school boy his apperance suggests. As far the testimony of the coronor and the police officers they are stating facts that they have ascertained from the collection of evidence that was present at the crime scene. Most of which was destroyed by the fire from thier direct testimony.

Anderew Shunk testified that Joe and Harlow wanted to get Brent Corrigan to model for them because it would net them a big payday. He also testified that Harlow told him that Bryan Kocis was competition for their gay porn business. He also testified to the star power of Brent Corrigan, the prosecution refers to Brent Corrigan as the “Tom Cruise of gay porn” . Melnick also alluded to what was said at the Las Vegas dinner, He said that Joe and Harlow offered to kill Bryan for Sean and Grant.

The defense does not appear to have any strategy with regards to their cross-examinations on any of these witnesses so far though. I don’t really see any angle to the defense’s argument as of yet but this trial is just getting started. I guess we will just have to wait and see where they are going with this.

Now if you look at Andrew’s testimony it would appear that Brent Corrigan was the prize. Bryan stood in Joe and Harlow’s way of attaining of that prize. Hence the prosecutions premise that Bryan was in direct competition to them. There was also testimony offered to the subject matter discussed at the Las Vegas dinner that as far as we know there are two different versions of. The prosecution did not attend said dinner but they are using this as grounds for this murder. Now I don’t know about you but if you are going to kill someone do you tell someone who can testify against you about your plans?

There is also the testimony about how much Joe and Harlow were going to pay Brent Corrigan to do a couple of scenes. Andrew also testifies to the projected earning of the video scenes.

Now I have read the MOU and I don’t know all of the terms of the settlement but I do know that Brent was required to pay Bryan 20% for any work he did under the name Brent Corrigan. Now I really don’t know what Brent’s scene rate is but I would guess it is around $3000.00 per scene. So my question is why didn’t Brent take the $50,0000 and pay Bryan his share and be done with it.

That is the big question here, Bryan would be alive and Brent would be flush and Joe and Harlow would be happy. There is also the other question that I think needs to be answered why did Brent and Grant settle with Bryan. Bryan did not have a leg to stand on in the civil suit. It is a fact that Brent was under age when he worked on those first scenes for Cobra video. That is evident by the fact that they are no longer publicly available and by the fact that Brent’s age is no longer an issue. The settlement really makes no sense when you think about it. Brent walked away from Cobra Video in 2005 and he worked for Falcon studios as Fox Ryder. Bryan had no say in that endeavor.

Bryan did take out a trademark on the name Brent Corrigan but it was only in the state of Pennsylvania. The federal trademark had not been approved and to this day it still has not been approved. As far as the contract with Cobra Video goes it had no power to compel Brent to perform sex acts on film. No porn contract can compel a model to perform a sex act on film. The contract that Cobra had was useless in that aspect. So for the prosecution to claim that Brent Corrigan was under contract to Cobra video is a stupid mistake.

gay online communities of the internet. This individual represents himself using
an alias name, known as Damon Kruezer and may offer you a link to a website.
Said website will represent spoofed information about industry insider
information and industry gossip to cause you to believe you are dealing with a
reputable person.

The nature of this scheme works very simple, here is how it usually works: You
will receive online communication via email or instant messenger from this
individual. He will make proposals of introducing you to a new and rewarding
career in the adult film industry. He will debrief you for vital information
such as age, date of birth, names of members of your family and other personal
information.

It would appear you would be making an application for employment
by answering his questions about such information. He will ask you to email him
personal images of yourself. After you provide him this information he will
publish what appears to be an interview with you on his website. After
developing a rapport with you online and claiming to you he has provided you
with necessary publicity he will then ask for money. Of course after you send
money to him nothing will ever develop toward landing you employment in a film
or other areas of the industry.

Many victims of these schemes sometimes don't have money to pay the "publicity
fee" or later begin to question the creditability of the offerings. Once you
fail to make payment or question the creditability of him he will then extort
you by explaining to you that he will contact your family and friends, employer
and or associations and share with them the personal information you may have
shared with him to include photographs you may have submitted to him. Often
victims give in and pay him to avoid having this information shared.

Blackmail/Extortion is the serious felony crime of threatening to reveal damaging or embarrassing information in order to coerce money or other goods or
forms of cooperation out of a victim. For blackmail to be effective, the blackmailer must, in most cases, have physical proof of the information he
threatens to reveal, such as photographs or emails.

The victim of blackmail is typically threatened with exposure of his private
life, the consequences of which can range from embarrassing to socially
devastating to legally damning. At its most serious, blackmail may rest on the
exposure of a serious crime, which would do infinitely more damage to the victim
than complying with the blackmailer. Even secret information that is not of a
criminal nature, however, can make the victim of blackmail feel that he has no
recourse against the crime.

Kentie Consistent with some excellent communications with the responsible party, I have chosen to do just that. So let’s clarify some important things regarding MJ Taylor, a man I deeply admire, like and respect, and a great performer I was the first to interview.

The truth: I promised Mark to be good and not lie on this blog but I can not control myself. I will now try my best to kiss MJ Taylor’s ass so he will answer my emails.

Kentie: It seems MJ feels he’s between a rock and a hard place and is trying to maintain neutrality in a battle that actually has nothing to do with him. He’s right about that and I agree with him - other people’s dramas are not his.

The truth: This really sucks that MJ Taylor came here and handed me my walking papers. I really should not have tried to push my agenda on this one. What really sucks is that I have no ammunition against MJ and I can not blackmail him to get my way.

Kenite: But since certain people have INSISTED on making false claims to him - as alluded to by MJ himself - I’m not going to stand still and allow misrepresentations to be passed off as facts.

The truth: How can I take what MJ said about me and make it seem like he was forced to say this. I know, I will say that he was forced by the truth squad. Yeah that’s it the truth squad made him do It.

Kentie: Truth is, as Howard Andrew can attest, MJ Taylor did indeed get his first interview with me, as well as his second. They are in the Kruezer archives, with numerous photos sent me by MJ to be used at my discretion. In this regard I worked hand in glove with Kyle Majors of Cockyboys, with whom my site is an affiliate.

The truth: Howard at Fabscout won’t return my emails anymore, MJ Taylor won’t return my emails anymore. I know I will claim that I have pictures and interviews in my archives. Yeah that’s it the “fans” will believe that. I hope my Cockyboys link works on my site. Damn how do I get that shit too work. I need it to work so I can prove that I am getting paid from them. Kentie: It’s beyond dispute that as a result, MJ Taylor and Cockyboys benefited from the publicity and favorable exposure on my site, and in fact sought it out.

The truth: I wonder if anyone believes that I have helped the career of MJ, Do they believe that my support of Cockboys has made people join the site? Do they believe that anybody reads my website? Do they believe the emails that my “fans” send me?

Kentie: Whether MJ was offered the spot here due to the continuous favorable press on my site - often for WEEKS when no one else mentioned or pictured him - I leave to private conjecture.

So this is all because of me, it has nothing to do with MJ’s hotness factor. So I will just let the world believe that it was all because of me that MJ is famous. Yeah they will believe that.

Kentie: Concerning false claims, never have I or anyone working with me claimed that MJ Taylor was repped or managed by me. We have always been clear that he was a Cockyboys exclusive this past year, that his contract ended amicably, and that he was and is repped by Fabscout.

The truth: I wonder if there is any record left since I deleted my website in January saying that I discovered MJ and that he was my client. I hope Dewayne In SD or that evil Yves Mignon don’t call me out on that lie. Kentie:So is anyone saying I “shouldn’t” have the right to do that, or that Cockyboys shouldn’t have my site as an affiliate? If any of you are saying that, how is that any of your business? If you try to interfere in my PRIVATE business based on PERSONAL dislike focused on false allegations that have never been validated, what does that say?

The truth: Now I know that I not interviewed anyone that I have claimed to interview and I know that Cockyboys won’t return my emails. I have no business dealings in the porn industry because I don’t matter but I will persist in this lie. I hope that I can drive it home that I do matter and those who don’t like me will have no argument because I will deny any wrong doing. I have never been arrested because I can hide really good. My bathroom makes me invisible and you can not find me when I am in there. If I only stay in my bathroom It will never be proven that I did bad stuff.

Kentie: This entire syndrome of DK detractors trying to literally dictate, pressure or intimidate others to do their bidding - based entirely on hearsay and conjecture - is just so against everything we gays supposedly stand for, it’s beyond contempt.

The truth: I declare that there are only a few DK detractors against me. Everyone else likes me and I am fabulous. These anti gay people are trying to discredit me because I am gay. I will get the Lambda legal defense team to take up my fight because all of these haters are perpetrating a hate crime against me because I am gay. Even though the people who are hating on me are gay as well. There is nothing for them to base their arguments on because I delete all of the evidence when things get to hot. Coming clean about the bullshit

With all of the crap being spread about this murder case and Luzerne County and the shake up in the court system I think that it is time for me to come clean on a few issues. OK lets see where should I start. Well lets start with the instant message deal. It would appear that PC got a little miffed about something that I said on a blog and he decided to try and make it look like I threatened him. When the truth is it was Renee Martin who was making the threats. I was just conveying them to him via an instant message. PC initiated that instant message conversation with me. It was about Joe and Harlow getting their house back, PC instant messaged me about it and I asked him not to post it because the judge had not signed off on it yet. I just so happened that I was on the phone with Renee Martin at the time. Coincidence or what? I told her about what he was going to do and she got "pissed". What I did not know the time was that PC and Renee had planned that all along.

Yes it is true. I found out that Renee was playing me and that PC and her were working together all along. Now it is also true that she was the one who initiated the three-way phone calls between Joe and Harlow and me. I never asked her to do that. She is also the one who made first contact with me. She is also the one who told me that I was going to be called as a witness because of the three-way phone calls. She even told me to contact a police detective Steven Polishan with regards to the phone calls. Jimmy, Renee’s husband got mad at her and he spilled the beans about it to me. He also called the police and told them about what Renee was doing with regards to Joe and Harlow. Then Renee was *arrested and a bail bond was placed on her for $50,000.00 to make sure that she appeared in Luzerne County for this case. That is why Renee was arrested and is out on bond with regards to this murder case. Now I never said anything about it because I really thought I should just back away from the mess.

There were also those who were claiming that Harlow was going to take a plea deal early on in this whole mess. BB posted about it and several people tried to get me to go along with that as well. Harlow said that there was no plea deal so I believed him. And I never posted that there was one. As a matter of fact I said that Harlow denied there was a deal. I never went out of my way to contact anyone regarding this case. I was getting emails from several people all claiming to have information on the case. It was all just getting a little crazy if you ask me. There were several people telling me all of these contradictory stories about this case and none of it made any sense. After weeding through the bullshit I decided to stop posting about the case. What is strange is that I am still getting shit for it after I said fuck it.

I was accused of being off my rocker for saying that the Feds were investigating the Luzerne County courts and guess what bitches?

I was accused of being crazy for saying that Bryan Kocis was under investigation and guess what bitches?

I also said that Lee Bergeron was a dirty dealing back stabber and guess what bitches?

I also said that Joe and Harlow were being investigated for prostitution and guess what?

But I am the crazy one and I have been discredited for my black helicopter theories. Get real I was telling you what I knew and I guess that since it has been proven to be fact I am still considered crazy and discredited. I was being lied to by some to protect their own selfish interests. Now as far as Joe and Harlow killing Bryan I will let the courts deal with that. But as far as what I was told by several people who wanted me to post their lies on my blog well that is a different story.

I was told by a certain British barrister that Sean Lockhart was not under age when he worked for Bryan and that he checked the social security number and had proof of such. But guess what he was wrong. Sean is in fact 22 years old as of 10/31/2008 so he was in fact underage when he worked for Cobra Video. Bryan’s attorney Al Flora knew this and that is why he did not take the civil case. Sean Macias knew this as well but he was a shady lawyer and he just wanted to make the money off of that fool Bryan Kocis. Bryan Kocis is dead and he can no longer defend himself against all of the allegations made against him. That is really too bad because I wish he was alive because he would be going to jail along with Robert Wagner for the crimes that they both committed.

Robert Wagner was just as culpable in the ID fraud as Bryan because he to knew that Sean was under age when he worked for Cobra Video. Sean Lockhart was not the only underage model who worked for Cobra Video either. There were others and several of them have come forward and told their stories to the authorities. Once this murder case is done with, several others will be indicted on various charges with regards to the dealings of Bryan Kocis. The Kocis Family did not want this murder case to go to trial because it would tarnish an already sullied name even more. Bryan was lucky that he had a crooked court system in play when he went up on charges for molesting that boy in 2001. But now with the house cleaning that is in play I don’t think that it would work quite as well.

The Feds are well aware of what took place in that court system and I can tell you that it won’t be pretty for years to come. Everyone in the Luzerne County Court System is suspect. How could this happen unless the DA’s office turned a blind eye to what was going on. The DA is just as culpable in the matter of 500 kids who were placed in jail and denied their constitutional rights. The public defenders office is just as culpable, and don’t get me started on the hand picked Conflict Counselors that Ciavarella and Conahan picked.

As far as the lies that I was told, I have come to grips with those and those who fed them to me. I have told the truth as best I could in regards to this case. If you consider those who were feeding me their "version of the truth" it is no small miracle if we ever get to the truth. I am no longer blogging about this murder case and I have taken a back seat to those who continue telling the story. Some are so hell bent on pushing their agenda that they will ignore the truth. And some are so blinded by the bullshit that is being spread they don't have any idea what the truth really is.

Will we ever get to the truth as to why this murder occurred? I doubt it. With the evidence presented and the one-sided view that we are all being constantly feed it is no wonder that everyone thinks that Harlow and Joe committed this crime. We have not seen any of the evidence that the defense will be presenting and we will not until the trial is under way.
With Jury selection in the beginning stages and everyone getting ready for the big show I will just watch what happens and let the jury and fate decide how this will all end. Sad as it is there is a real person here whose life hangs in the balance. There will be 12 people who do not know him determining his fate. This is our justice system at work and we get to watch it play out on the blogs and the newspapers.

Well it seems that there is something to celebrate over at Camp Corrigan. Brent is nominated in several categories of the Gayvn's. Once considered the red headed stepchild of gay porn he is now a force to be reckoned with. From his tragic beginnings in the industry he has taken the reins of his own life and made it happen. Not with out the help of those who believed in him and loved him though. I will admit that I have had my issues with him and probably still will in the future but I can say this and not have to bite my tongue, I am proud and happy for him.

I have seen a good portion of his work and I will admit that he does have a presence on film. He is better looking now than he has ever been. and I am being honest when I say that.

I have never been a big fan of the whole twink phenom but Brent is turning into a man before our very eyes. I can say that I am glad of that. He has not been without controversy but he seems to rise above it every time. There are those who will still try and destroy him for what ever selfish reasons but he takes it all in stride.

I have been a critic and a fan all at the same time and I will give credit where credit is due. Now I won't say that I have always liked his performances but he puts his heart into it and what more can you ask for. He set out to be a director an actor and a porn star and I can guarantee you that he will be an icon. He will be a cross over star and that is a fact. I just have one suggestion for him and that is to take dance lessons. I will admit that he can wiggle but he needs to funk it up some more.

O2.9.09: THE NIGHT THE INDUSTRY CHANGES FOREVER: THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE

Well it looks like Kent Barklay AKA Damon Kruezer was a no show at the Cybersocket awards. There were polls and predictions about whether Kentie was going to show up. Some were hoping for Kentie's sake he would show up but alas he did not. There was live blogging and there was even a reporter at the event. Quickysrt was there and he did a fabulous job of reporting. I got this info from Jim's, Kent Barclay on trial blog and you can read all of the comments there. Quickysrt even took pictures for all of us to see.

We also had a great job being done by Matt and the Boss at Georgous boys JustOne Hot Minute Blog. They actually sent a cab to Damon's house to try and get him to the awards ceremony. Lets hope they have pictures of Damon refusing to answer the door. At least this time he did not hide in the bathroom.
Everybody was reporting in confirming that Damon was not in WEHO at all but at home blogging. There were up to the minute IP checks being sent from blog to blog and Kentie even updated his website. Stating that he had to cosmetically alter his appearence and sneek in through a side door. Something about bounty hunters and process servers. Maybe that is why he did not open his door for the cabdriver.

It looks like the truth squad was on their P' and Q's last night as we were all looking for The Unmentioned One. One thing that was noticed by Quickysrt was that there was no mention of the name Damon Kruezer at the awards ceremony. I guess that should be a clue as to how well he is liked in the industry. A industry that he proclaims himself as The Patriarch of Homoerotica. It looks like he was relegated to the barn last night when company came. Damon should take lessons on reporting from a red carpet event from Quickysrt.

Hi, Just got in from the Cybersockets awards. It was a really nice party and well done.I drove over and found parking right where I expected to. I walk up and see that they are checking names against a list. Then I realized that I signed up with Cybersockets email notices last year when voting for Brent, and could not remember what name I used (I'm sure it was not my own), and email addresses were not on their list. I explained that I
got the invite via email, and that no I did not RSVP because it did not ask me to. Long story short, they looked at my honest face, and said ok, good enough and not only let me enter but gave me the green wrist band for entrance to the upper VIP floor where the nominees and close friends were holding court.I get up there and the vibe is really pleasant and friendly. Jason S. and Chi Chi were laughing, Jason seemed really to be enjoying the evening, and Chi Chi posed for some pictures with Johnny Hazard for me.
Blake Riley and Johnny were in a corner booth together horsing around I was snapping away trying to get a good shot of the two of them together, but in each try - one of them looked wrong. So I took a lot of pictures of the two of them but not sure what I got. Jason S. afterward walked over and shook my hand like a true professional PR person would. I said I just read his blog, and that I'm not important. He thanked me for reading and I continued talking pictures of some of the nominated porn stars chatting it up.The whole party vibe was relraxed and fun, trays were being passed of
coconut shrimp, chicken sate, marinated steak, etc.You just did not want to ruin this good cheer by asking any one of they had seen kent. It was like kentie was not only not there, but like he did not exist.Ok, so I got lots of really great pictures, and am feeling good as the show gets off to a start. First winner read was "Best Blog" and Chi-Chi said "I have been asked to read the winner but not the nominees," and then the winner was read. The feeling that kentie did not exist was confirmed when the Cybersockets awards did not acknowledge he existence, nor his blog.But Chi Chi like the pro that she is kept the show moving flawlessly and nobody in the room seemed to notice nor care that kentie was erased from the list of nominees, as if the entire city of West Hollywood washed their hands of his entire spamming game.To tell you the truth, it was a very classy party, Cybersocket seems to know that made a mistake, but I think they handled it with as much grace as one can.I just never got around to asking anyone if they had seen kent. It would have been the most uncool thing you could do at least up on the VIP floor. Maybe below in the ground level bar it would have been almost ok, but up here in the VIP room it was all real directors, models, and true media talent. These were the real industry players here. I was welcomed into the upper VIP section right away I was not about to do something really dumb like mention the unmentionable one.

Myspace removes sex offenders from its website

Myspace has admited that they have removed 90,000 registered sex offenders from their web site. My space which is owned by the parent company of Fox news corp was subpoenaed by the Connecticut Attorny General Richard Blumenthal, a co-chairman of the task force of state attorneys general looking into sex offenders' use of social networking.

"This shocking revelation, resulting from our subpoena, provides compelling proof that social networking sites remain rife with sexual predators," Blumenthal said in a statement.

This on the hills of several high profile cases that have revolved around Myspace and other social networking sites.

"Blumenthal's office said it was awaiting a response to a similar subpoena issued to Facebook, another popular social networking site that his office said also might host "substantial numbers of convicted offenders."

Michael Phelps and the pot controversy

Get those pot smoking fiends off the streets and in to jail where they belong right? This Sheriff is a total joke, he must be up for re-election this year. I truly hope the asshole who took that picture is one of the 8 who was charged, it would only be fair.

Update: Michael Phelps could face criminal charges in South Carolina as a result of the bong picture.
Sgt. Kim Myers, a spokesperson for the Richland County, S.C., Sheriff's Dept., on Tuesday confirmed that the incident is under investigation by the department's narcotics division.

Well it seems that eight time gold medallist Michael Phelps has gone and done it again. This time he was not driving drunk while under age. This was a little slip up where he stumbled and his mouth hit a bong and he was out of breath so he inhaled. Now I really don’t see what the big deal is. He is in fact only 23 and most 23 year olds are doing far worse that stumbling and getting their mouths stuck on a bong and inhaling. Let’s face it the President of the United States smoked weed. I bet that if you did an impromptu survey you would be shocked at how many people have actually smoked weed. Personally I think it should be legal, but then that is just my opinion.

We have far more problems with alcohol and other drugs than we do with weed. Tell me this, when was the last time you saw someone get in a fight while they were high on weed? Bet you can’t say the same thing about crystal meth or alcohol. And you defiantly can’t say that about a crack addict. There are all of these people who have put poor Michael on a pedestal and made him this role model which I find funny. To tell you the truth parents should be the role models for their own kids and not depend on someone else.

I understand that some kids would want to win 8 gold medals but the fact is you have to have the right genetics and the desire to work really hard to do it, which I might add Michael Phelps has done. Now all of the advertisers who have jumped on the bandwagon to get him to push their products are up in arms because he took a toke. Big deal you are all just banking on his fame for doing something that he worked hard to do just to push your product.

Now if your product does not hurt the environment or cause health problems for those who use it or depend on the labor from sweatshop workers and is made right here in the good old USA you can have a say in what he does in his private life. If none of this is true for your company then you can all just shut up. And make the proper corrections to your products and be role models yourself. People make mistakes and they learn from them. Deal with it I have.

The Cobra Effect On Luzerne County Justice

With all of the different thoughts about who killed Bryan Kocis and speculation that he was killed to keep him from testifying against the judge who changed his charges after the fact it really makes you wonder if Bryan had something on Judge Conahan that helped him avoid jail time. Now early on in this investigation someone suggested that Bryan was killed by a hit man. I will admit that I thought that to be the case. What is really interesting is that the more that is discovered about this case the more I think of it as a possibility. There were always just to many things with this case that did not fit.

I know that it is claimed that Joe and Harlow killed Bryan because he was an impediment to them working with SeanLockhart/Brent Corrigan. But what is interesting is that the more I look at what has transpired in this case more I think that Joe and Harlow could have been framed. mind you I do understand all of the evidence that is being presented against Joe and Harlow. I have seen enough of the evidence to understand the belief of those who think that they did this. But you have to understand that you have only seen the prosecutions side of the case. I really have no clue what the defense will provide as evidence. The one thing good about our justice system is you don't have to disprove the prosecutions case you just have to introduce doubt.

First of all Joe and Harlow were under investigation in Virginia Beach for a Rico case with regards to their escort business. The search of their house in February was based on the Rico charges and had nothing to do with the murder of Bryan Kocis. The Pennsylvania police went on a ride along on that search because Harlow was a "person of interest". What is also interesting is that the affidavit for that search warrant is still sealed and the people who have tried to get a look at it have found it is resealed every time it comes up to be viewed by the public. I wonder why that is? Could it be that what was seized in that search was seized illegally?

You also have the recently indicted Judge Michael Conahan who is same judge who was accused of illegal campaign practices by Judge Musto during their heated campaign. Judge Musto alleges that Conahan received $180,000.00 in campaign donations illegally. Conahan said that he loaned it to his campaign by taking a second mortgage on his home but no records existed of any such transaction in county records. Federal agents conducting a probe on the financial dealings of Judge Conahan, and his wife are also examining the county court records as well .

When Judge Conahan was a magisterial district judge he was involved in a cocaine trafficking case. Judge Conahan’s name surfaced during Mr. Belletiere’s 1991 federal trial in the "Empire" drug case involving Hazleton drug trafficking in the 1980s. Federal witness Neal DeAngelo testified Judge Conahan called him in 1986 and said he had heard Mr. DeAngelo’s brother, Paul, had been buying cocaine from a dealer who was under investigation. Judge Conahan offered to put the DeAngelos in contact with a Florida dealer, Mr. DeAngelo testified. Mr. Belletiere, who is a former Hazleton resident, subsequently called Mr. DeAngelo at Judge Conahan’s request.

According to testimony, and the DeAngelo brothers and another man traveled to Miami to buy $26,500 worth of cocaine from Mr. Belletiere. While Judge Conahan was on the prosecution’s list of witnesses for the Belletiere trial he was not called to testify. The federal prosecutor in the case, during a "sidebar" conversation with the judge out of the jury’s earshot, called Judge Conahan an "unindicted co-conspirator" in the case, according to a court transcript.

Four years ago Judge Conahan’s wife, Barbara, formed a Pompano Beach used-car business, according to an official with the company who said Monday that he met with Judge Conahan, the judge’s wife and Mr. Belletiere (the former dealer from Florida) to discuss setting up the business in 2004. Barbara Conahan was president of the used-car business, RAB Auto Sales Inc., according to Florida corporate documents. The former drug dealer, Ronald Belletiere, operated RAB, according to the company’s former secretary/treasurer. Florida documents indicate the company has been inactive since September 2007.

Judge Conahan "retired" shortly before the arrest of Joe and Harlow with 6 years left on his ten-year term. Yet no one wants to believe that this man is capable of setting up a hit on a man who could get him thrown in prison on a mandatory 3rd degree felony where he could serve up to 15 years in prison. Now I have read various sentiments with regards to Conahan and Ciavarella and how could they do what they did and not get busted sooner. Someone in the DA’s office had to know what was going on. Could that person be Judge Peter Lupas the former Luzrene County DA? When you look at all that has transpired with regards to this case the whole conspiracy to frame Joe and Harlow does not really seem so far fetched.

It was claimed that it would be too hard to cover up a hit and to frame two guys for murder. The interesting thing is that there were several times that this case could have come to a horrible end for those accused. There was the early morning search of the home of Joe and Harlow. The police used concussion grenades and the swat team to raid the home. The fact is someone could have easily been killed. There is also the travesty that has been the case so far. With the musical chair game with the attorneys for the accused. The mad rush to trial by the Luzerne County courts. Judge Ciavarella stepping in to deny the accused legal representatation by denying them conflict council.

David Lupas was the DA when Bryan was convicted and he was also the DA when Joe and Harlow were arrested. He became a Judge at the beginning of this year. He is also the judge that was picked by Ciavarella to oversee the juvenile court system. He was also the DA when Joe and Harlow’s house was searched. He was overseeing this case from the start. It kind of makes you wonder what was going on in Luzerne County.

Judge Conahan is/was on the board of First National Community Bank — where billionaire casino owner Louis A. DeNaples was chairman of the board until his recent indictment on perjury charges with regards to a casino and organized crime. He is also in the business of landfill and used auto parts and real estate. DeNaples is one of the principal shareholders in this bank with his brother and his son. Now we have this connection for Conahan. Are you starting to get the picture now?

Then you have Judge Conahan and Ciavarella who were good friends with a Mr. Powell who wanted to build a new juvenile detention center. Powell and his partner built this center and gave the judges kick backs for all of inmates that were sent there. That is another huge travesty in Luzerne County. Mr. Powell then sold his interest in the youth centers to a Greg Zappola who I might add is not the most above board person I have read about. You have the builder and the lawyer and the judge all involved in a nice little scam against the public. And now Ciavarella is saying that he did not defraud the taxpayers. And guess who his attorney is, If you said Al Flora you would be correct.

The same attorney who with Conahan and Lupus got the charges reduced for one Bryan Kocis,
the victim of a murder that is being tried in Lucerne County in the very same court house where these dishonored judges used to preside. Does anyone else see something wrong with this picture? Now I can understand that from the point of view of the court system of Luzerne County they would want to keep this case in house. But in the name of justice I think it should be moved to a Federal Court. Luzerne had too much to loose to let this case get away from their control and now their worst nightmare has been realized.

What is funny is that the FBI was investigating the victim and the court system was also being investigated. Either way Conahan was going down but I guess it is better to go down for embezzlement than for consorting with a known child molester and allowing him to remain free to molest again. If you have to be tainted than just be a crook and not a pervert. But the one problem is that there are too many loose ends floating around out there that could continue to cause problems for his dishonor Judge Conahan.

It makes you wonder why the child detention centers? I wonder if Robert Powell has something to do with Kocis. Why would Conahan review all of the video that was confiscated during Bryan’s trail and then return it all and the equipment except the one video that should have convicted him. Why would he allow him to continue to produce pornography in a state where he took an oath to uphold the law and allow Bryan to continue to break it? Why did the prosecutor not protest this travesty of justice? Was he told that it would help him get on the bench if he ignored it?

It seems that Bryan Kocis was a big thorn in the side of Judge Conahan. He we was too high profile and he was drawing to much attention to Luzerne County. The slap on the hand that he received after raping that 15-year-old boy was drawing focus on the court system. The bogus court case with regards to Sean Lockhart, the civil case in federal court in San Diego, the back door deal with Lee Bergeron, the online fighting with Sean and Grant, Sean’s blog which was telling the world that Bryan was a pervert. The fact that Sean was underage when he filmed for Cobra Video. All of those reasons could have brought this little dirty court system down to its knees.

So Bryan Kocis had to be destroyed to protect the "integrity" of the court system.
There is a nasty taint on anyone who has ever had anything to do with Bryan Kocis. The fact that killing him did not remove it is quite telling. There are still those who defend Bryan and his actions as honorable. It really makes you wonder about those who are condoning his actions. They throw aspersions at Sean and Grant and anyone who defends them by calling them murderers. Bryan Kocis needed Sean Lockhart silenced but alas that did not happen, someone silenced him.

Breaking News: Ciavarella, Conahan plead guilty to income tax charges; will serve 87 months 1:24 p.m.
Well I have said all along that the Luzerne County court system was corrupt and I guess it was proven today with the guilty pleas of Conahan and Ciavarella. Who knows who else will be charged in this case and what the ramifications are to the cases that these judges have tried. I really is a sad state of affairs when the judicial system of a state or county is corrupt. It reflects badly on all involved in that court system and it brings serious doubt to all decisions rendered by the jurist of said county.

How many cases can be appealed due to this new evidence? Who knows what the truth is since they plead guilty. There will not be a trial and the facts of all of the other crimes might never be known. There have been stories about this case for the last couple of years. There was allot of uproar about the changing of the charges for Bryan Kocis, the murder victim in another high profile case. It seems that there has been talk about the judges who were just charged had motive to kill Bryan Kocis. This is due to it being a 3rd degree felony to impede due process of law and not having Kocis register as a sexual offender under Megan's law. There is a mandatory prison term with regards to this type of case.

There is also the possibility that there are other people who are going to be charged down the pipe as there are other things that these judges were involved in. Those who profited from the illegal activities that the judges were involved with could also be charged. Luzerne county is now under a serious microscope and there is the possibility that this latest problem could also affect the DA's office. I guess we will just have to wait and see what happens.

Ciavarella and Michael Conahan were charged today with two counts of conspiracy to impede the Internal Revenue Service in collecting federal income taxes and a scheme to defraud the citizens of Luzerne County and Pennsylvania of the right to their honest services.Ciavarella and Conahan were charged with concealing the receipt of $2.6 million between January 2003 and April 2007. They have filed a plea agreement, signed by both judges, and pleaded guilty to honest service fraud and income tax conspiracy.The judges stipulated they will resign their judgeship and be disbarred. They will serve 87 months in federal prison and make restitution as stipulated by the court.

There was also the question of misappropriations of funds with regards to the juvenile court system where Judge Conahan's brother in law as the main psychologist for the evaluations of the people who appeared in front of his bench. There is also the the case of Conahan's wife who was involved with a former drug dealer with regards to a auto dealership in Florida. With all of this is there any wonder why Luzerne County is up in arms with regards to their court system.

WILKES-BARRE – Luzerne County Clerk of Courts Robert Reilly on Friday filed a petition seeking to intervene in the lawsuit filed by President Judge Mark Ciavarella that challenges cuts commissioners made in the court’s 2009 budget.

The petition, filed by attorney Peter John Moses, argues that decisions affecting the funding of the court system directly impact the operation of his office. It seeks to grant Reilly the right to take part in various court proceedings related to the lawsuit.
Reilly is upset by the commissioners’ decision not to fund four positions within his office. The loss of the positions has left his office incapable of fully meeting its responsibilities and has “threatened the adequate administration of justice,” the petition states.
The clerk of courts handles the filing of criminal cases and associated duties, including collecting and distributing court costs and restitutions, collecting and returning bail money, certifying and distributing court orders and the scheduling and conduction of hearings and other proceedings, the petition says.
“If the clerk of courts is unable to timely file documentation of criminal cases, alone, for example, trials may not be timely scheduled and criminal defendants could be released and charges dismissed for a lack of a speedy trial,” the petition says.
Ciavarella filed suit against the county, its commissioners and salary board in December. The suit contends personnel cuts the commissioners made to the court’s 2009 budget will impede the administration of justice.
Senior Judge C. Joseph Rehkamp of Perry County, who was specially appointed to preside over the case, issued a preliminary injunction barring commissioners from implementing cuts in court branches. That order did not protect the clerk of courts office, however, because it is funded out of the county’s general fund.
Moses said a hearing will be scheduled at which Rehkamp will hear evidence and rule on whether Reilly’s office can intervene.

I wonder oif this is the same county clerks office that screwed up on the charges for Bryan Kocis. I would think that they might want to keep their mouths shut and not draw attention to the fact that they are incompetant. I was reading some of the comments left at the timesleader with regards to the pending arrests and I can only say that Luzerne County is not kind when it comes to saying how they feel about those Judges.

WILKES-BARRE – Two sources familiar with federal investigations involving the Luzerne County judiciary said authorities have concluded their probes and are expected to file charges soon, possibly as early as next week.

The sources, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said two county judges and a county court official are expected to face charges. The sources could not say what those charges will be.

They also declined to publicly identify the suspects because the charges have not been filed.
Speculation that the filing of charges was imminent has run rampant throughout the county courthouse during the past few weeks.
U.S. Attorney Martin Carlson declined to comment when reached late Wednesday afternoon. The U.S. Attorney’s Office has a standard policy of not confirming or denying the existence of an investigation.

The investigations into the county have been public knowledge for several months as federal agents have served search warrants and subpoenas on several court offices.
Federal agents in June served a search warrant on the county’s Juvenile Probation Department seeking financial records related to the placement of juveniles at the PA Child Care and Western PA Child Care centers. Those centers were formerly owned by attorney Robert Powell of Butler Township.

Paul McGarry, administrative director for the court system, said previously that the FBI sought administrative records, including billing statements and records for the number of children who were placed at the centers.
In August, FBI agents served subpoenas on the county treasurer’s office seeking records related to the court system. Sources previously said that investigation focused on whether money confiscated from gambling raids was turned over to the treasurer’s office.

The sources said the investigation began after it was learned that some court orders directing the forfeiture of gambling proceeds did not go through the District Attorney’s office, but instead were presented directly to the court administrator’s office – a departure from standard procedure.

It could not be determined Wednesday whether the pending charges are related to those investigations, or whether other persons may also face charges.

Ciavarella Jr.It’s the latest flap in an ongoing struggle between county commissioners and judges over how much taxpayer funds will go to the judicial branch this year. On Tuesday, Ciavarella issued a court order to transfer his executive secretary Ann M. Hoedl to a new job in court administration and another order to appoint Joseph A. Dessoye as a senior law clerk for Judge Joseph M. Augello.“There are no vacancies for these positions, so we will not process them at this time,” County Manager/Chief Clerk Doug Pape said.Director of Human Resources Doug Richards said Hoedl and Dessoye won’t be paid unless they are appointed to replace someone in a job that had been approved by the county salary board.

Hoedl would take a pay cut from $45,703 to $39,338 in her new job, and Dessoye’s salary would be $39,455, according to court and county documents.
Last month, the judges obtained a temporary injunction to stop cuts in court spending of $3 million, and officials agreed to maintain 2008 personnel and funding levels in the judicial branch while the case is litigated. On Tuesday, Commissioner Chairwoman Maryanne Petrilla said the order to transfer Hoedl violated the agreement, but Ciavarella maintained it was allowed under the agreement because her new job is “an open position in the 2008 budget.”Judicial officials did not respond to messages seeking comment on Wednesday’s development.

The 2009 budget adopted by county commissioners last month eliminated funding for 138 full-time jobs, including 55 in the judicial branch. The litigation stopped plans to lay off 34 court employees.The budget eliminated funding for 65 vacant jobs, and judges have filled at least 10 of those jobs with court orders issued over the last six weeks. County chief solicitor Vito DeLuca said county administrators “will honor” appointments to court jobs that existed in 2008. The county has roughly 1,700 full-time employees, and about 360 work for the judiciary.

Well I was browsing around on you tube thanks to Mason Wyler and his post about cute guys who can sing. I was looking at all of the videos of the cute guys and I found a video about a show in England called Xfactor. I saw this video of this sort of cute guy who looked like he was going to cry he was so nervous but when he opened his mouth he gave me chills. Guess who was a judge on the show no body but Simon Cowell. Leon totally looked like he could play Oliver Twist. I was expecting him to ask for some figgy pudding. He was just so cute you could not help but root for him.

Well Leon was so nervous that I think the judges felt sorry for him. He went to the audition alone and when he got accepted to be on the show he cried. Through his tears of happiness he called his mother and told her he had made it on the show. Now when I see someone who has a dream and it comes true it just makes me feel good. Leon had a dream to be a singer and he went for it and he won the competition. A shy 18 year old kid from Scotland who started singing in public in a karaoke pub. If you watched American Idol last year you might remember Simon saying to David Archuleta that he had a number one single with the Mariah Cary song that David sang, well this is the guy who had that hit.

It really is amazing what a good hair cut and some grooming and getting your teeth fixed can do for ones self esteem. The fact that he has a great voice does not hurt him either. Oh yeah and after all of the fixing that they did the boy is just plain hot now. At the ripe old age of 20 he has a album out and it is really good. Former Luzerne County President Judge Michael T. Conahan directed millions of government dollars to a bank of which he is a director by ordering the county’s magisterial district judges to deposit their fines there, county and state officials say.

First National Community Bank — where billionaire casino owner Louis A. DeNaples was chairman of the board until his recent indictment on perjury charges — handles about $7 million in deposits from those magisterial district courts each year, state and county audits show.

Conahan, whose financial holdings are a focus of an ongoing FBI investigation into the county courts, did not return phone messages seeking comment Tuesday.

Conahan’s decision to direct district court deposits to the bank came shortly before or after he was named to the bank board in 2003, county Court Administrator William Sharkey said Tuesday. Before that decision, the county’s 17 magisterial district judges, who handle traffic tickets, small civil cases and preliminary hearings in criminal cases, used banks of their own choosing.

Sharkey said the change was made because First National Community Bank, headquartered in Dunmore, offered a countywide courier service with daily pickup.

“Some of the magistrates had some concerns for security reasons. They weren’t too thrilled about taking deposits to the bank every day,” Sharkey said.

Sharkey said he didn’t know if the bank approached the county or if Conahan sought proposals from other banks.

“I’m not quite sure how that happened,” Sharkey said. “I’m not sure if they contacted the county and they offered the courier services or vice versa.”

James Koval, communications manager for the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts, confirmed that First National Community Bank is the depository for all district courts in Luzerne County. He said decisions about where to deposit fines from district courts are left up to the president judge in each county. The fines are divided between the state and county, with more than two-thirds typically going to the state.

Koval said his office exercises no oversight over the selection of the banks and has no rules governing the selection.

“I’m not aware of any rule that addresses this head-on,” Koval said.

Joseph A. Massa Jr., chief counsel for the state Judicial Conduct Board, which enforces the state Code of Judicial Conduct, did not return phone messages Tuesday.

Conahan was paid $57,583 as a director at First National Community Bancorp Inc. in 2007, according to the bank’s U.S. Security and Exchange Commission filings. He owns 55,927 shares in the bank worth $755,014 at Tuesday’s closing price of $13.50 per share.

DeNaples, a Dunmore businessman with holdings in landfills, used auto parts and real estate, owns about 10 percent of the bank’s 15.8 million outstanding shares. His brother and son, who are also directors of the bank, own about 9 percent. The DeNaples’ shares are worth $40 million.

The bank reported having $945 million in deposits in 2007.

DeNaples took a leave of absence from the bank board on Feb. 6 after he was charged with lying to state gaming regulators about ties to organized crime figures when seeking a license for his Mount Airy Casino Resort in Monroe County, which opened last year.

Federal banking regulators subsequently suspended him from the board and prohibited him from participating in the affairs of the bank while the charges are pending. The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board barred DeNaples from Mount Airy and appointed a trustee to oversee the casino until the criminal case is concluded.

DeNaples, 67, and bank President and CEO J. David Lombardi, who is acting chairman of the board, did not return phone messages Tuesday.

Conahan, who retired last year at age 56 and is now a senior judge presiding over the county’s Drug Treatment Court, has declined comment on the ongoing federal probe.

Courthouse sources speaking on condition of anonymity say the FBI and IRS have questioned them about Conahan’s links to the former owner of a juvenile detention center. The center made millions from county contracts after Conahan decided to stop sending juveniles to an aging county-owned facility in 2003.

Conahan has described the former co-owner of the facility, Butler Township attorney Robert J. Powell, as a personal friend. The FBI seized county records detailing the county’s dealings with Powell’s center last month.

The Standard-Speaker first reported in May that Conahan and current President Judge Mark A. Ciavarella Jr., who presided over juvenile court for a dozen years, have a financial interest in a townhouse development firm headed by Powell’s law partner, county Prothonotary Jill A. Moran. Powell owned half of the townhouse firm until the second half of 2004.

The townhouse firm, W-Cat Inc., is building an 86-unit development in Wright Township called The Sanctuary with $4.5 million in funding through First National Community Bank. Another director of the bank, Michael G. Cestone, is president of the construction company building the townhouses, S.G. Mastriani Co. Inc.

Cestone did not return a phone message Tuesday.

Bryan's little secret?

I find it very funny that there were several people who had contact with Bryan Kocis who all made it a big production that that they were all HIV negative after they had contact with him. Now I dont want to go and make assumptions about what Bryan's HIV status was but it would seem that it could be a problem. Brent Corrigan made a big deal on his blog about being negative and so did Harlow and Robert Wagner even makes it known on his manhunt profile that he is HIV negative.

We all know that Bryan had a thing for bareback sex and he had sex with his models so that in and of it self could be a problem and also a motive in his death. Bryan was also known to drug models so that he could have his way with them. Bryan Kocis could very well be dead because he told Harlow after they had sex that he was positive and that he had infected Harlow. If someone just drugged you and fucked you bare back and they told you that they were positive that could explain the viciousness of the killing. Bryan was known for drugging models and having his way with them. He did it to that 15 yearold boy. He did it to Brent Corrigan and what makes you think he did not do it to Harlow.

The facts in this case have never made any sense to me and the viciousness of the killing never made any sense either. Bryan was a nasty person in my opinion and I would not put it past him to do something like that. If you read the transcripts from Blacks Beach tapes you can pretty much figure it out, it was Harlow who was drugged. Harlow says that Bryan knew who he was. Harlow also said that seeing that fucker going down felt good. That statment alone is very telling. Robert Wagner, Brent Corrigan and Harlow were all victims of Bryan Kocis as well as that 15 year old boy.

The Pennsylvania Judicial System let that man go free and unencumbered to molest more boys and young men. He should have been a registered sex offender but Judge Conahan trying to save face over a clerical error tried to cover it up. That mistake is what let Bryan go on doing what he was doing and eventually brought about his death.

I am deeply saddened to report that Earth Kitt has passed away. I met Earth Kitt in 1983 or maybe 1984 when she was promoting her record Where is my man. She performed at Trocadaro Transfer in San Francisco. It was a great night.
There was a funny incident, I was dancing right in front of the stage. I had the record and I knew it backwards and forwards. She was looking at me when the music track started and when she started to sing I shook my head and said no when she almost started to sing too soon. She laughed and then I gave her the cue to sing. She grabbed me and and I grabbed my friend Tyrone and drug him on stage with her. It was too much fun but I was so totally embarrassed about being drug on stage. She was very nice and we chatted after she performed. She even hung out and danced with us later. She thanked me for saving her when I walked her out to her awaiting white limo. It was a great night.

This is a bit of old news but I was reading over on Former Damon fan and it is the lead story on The Unmentioned Ones Blog. Seems he is staying totally abreast of all that is happening in the world of Gayness and keeping us all posted on "Bradgate". Seems like Brad Star had a head transplant. His dad Ken Starr is defending prop 8 because he is mad at Angel for corrupting his baby. Hows that for a lead story Kentie, it has all the flavour you so love and its full of lies. Anyway getting back to the subject of this post Kentie's revelation is based on old news and he was certainly not the first to post about it. The Harlow Cuadra segment and I will just say this I came away from that just a little depressed. Harlow gives some insight in to his family life and his childhood and how he came to meet Joe but it never really gets that deep. I Knew most of what was talked about already. This documentary just put a face to it. The one thing that really hit home is when I heard his voice actually describe his situation. In the phone conversations that we had before he was arrested and after we never talked about how he felt. I just tried to give him hope. All I can say is that I hope Harlow can hold out long enough for the truth to be told.

16 year old escapes his abusive situation

A foster child from an abusive family ran away from his group home only to end up in a living hell for the past year. The police have arrested 3 people who were involved in the abuse. See news story.

The Criminal compliant states that the boy was born 9/15/1992 which makes him 16 not 17 I will trust the criminal complaint about his age. There is also a silver lining to this story in the outpouring of sympathy and gifts being offered to this child.

My question is why was this child not reported missing? Did the group home even issue a amber alert for him? I never saw anything about him missing on the news just that he was found. It really is sad that these children slip through the cracks in a system that is supposed to protect them. I just hope and pray that he will be OK and that the system does not fail him this time.

Look I have had my issues with this whole "gay for pay" thing and I have come to the conclusion that it really is not such a bad thing if the model does a convincing job of fucking and sucking and making nice with the other model.
Look the the real thing about porn is that it be hot and steamy. What I find funny is that no one ever complained when a gay guy did Playgirl Magazine.

Look there is a whole group of gay men who get all hot and bothered by the idea of getting a straight guy into bed to me that is not such a thrill but I say what ever floats your boat. There are plenty of gay guys in gay porn.

The real truth is the only difference between a gay guy and a straight guy is a couple of drinks and that goes both ways. Gay for pay is bullshit hell being gay is bull shit just like being straight is bullshit I say fuck the labels and just fuck. Sex is not bad because if it was it would not feel so good. The reason that so many people have issues with sex is because they were taught.

Children naturally explore the differences in their anatomy when they are young, teenage children do the same but it is among the same sex and this is natural. To me it is just a part of growing up. But due to the fact that there are some who prey on young children they are not allowed to grow up naturally and because of this they get a skewed outlook on life.

Now I am not advocating a wild free for all 247 orgy but I am saying that we all have our limits on what we will do sexually and to label us for it I think is just plain wrong. It's really is not about us and them its about everyone. So the only real way to let someone find out who they are is to not label them. If you most label them, call them something cool like "sexual explorer" because that is what they really are doing. Plus I like the air of mystery that it has.
And to tell you the truth you know if someone wants to fuck you and you did not need a label to know that.
