Preliminary hearing part one

Some of you might be aware that Damon has posted that the Pennsylvania Police and the DA have placed a GAG ORDER AGAINST ME. This I find quite funny as you can see it is in fact false. More fictitious slander from the big fat liar known as Damon Kruezer.



The prosecution has been presenting evidence at the preliminary hearing to try and link Joe and Harlow to this crime. But so far they have not definitively linked them to this crime. The hearing was held on Monday August 20, 2007 at 9:00 AM. There were a total of eleven witnesses who testified at the hearing.

The first witness was the Deputy Coroner, Bill Lisman, He testimony was in regards to the location and condition of Bryan’s body. Photos were presented from the crime scene and were shown during his testimony. His testimony also described the condition of the living room of Bryan's house.

The Coroner, Dr. John Consalvo, was the next witness. He testified about the photos from the autopsy. They were shown and I might add quite graphic. He testified that the head and fingers were so badly burned that dental records had to be used to positively identify the victim as Bryan Kocis. He also testified that the toxicology reports found no drugs in Bryan’s system and that his blood alcohol level was .035 the equivalent of having consumed two 1-ounce drinks. He was presented with a copy of the death certificate and confirmed that it listed the cause of death as "multiple stab wounds". However, he also testified that the stab wounds were all post-mortem. He testified that the killing wound was a slash to the neck which nearly severed the victims head. This was ruled the official cause of death. He also testified that the knife used was straight edged and that no measurements were taken to determine the depth of the stab wounds or any other characteristics of the knife.

Next on the witness stand was the motel manager of the Fox River Inn. He testified that a registration card had been filled out on January 23, 2007 in Joe’s name. He also testified that a photo ID would have been requested and that he had the person registering write down their ID number. He also stated that he could not remember the person who registered and would not be able to recognize him in court. He testified that the room was paid in advance for two nights and paid in cash and that no credit card imprint would have been taken. He also testified that he did not receive any reports from the staff about any unusual or bloody items being found in the room and that nothing was reported missing from the room.

Next up was a neighbor of Bryan’s who lived up the street from him. He was called to the stand and he testified that he was walking his dog at around 7:35 PM and saw a gray SUV parked in the driveway of Bryan’s house. He testified that it was not parked where he normally saw cars parked, but he did not write down the license plate. He also stated that he did not see the SUV drive away. He also testified that he saw nothing unusual or suspicious while walking in front of Bryan’s house. He then testified that he remembers hearing the fire trucks drive by and looked out his front window and saw Bryan’s house in flames. He stated he recalled this being around 8:15 PM.

The next witness was Amy Zamorowski, she was visiting Bryan’s neighbor. She testified that she saw a vehicle back out of Bryan’s driveway. She could only say that it was "light colored" and was "bigger than my car… maybe a truck or SUV". She stated that she did not see the occupants of the vehicle. She also testified about being made aware of the fire and leaving the neighbors house.

Justin Hainsley was the next to testifiy. He testified about Joe and Harlow’s relationship and their business. His testimony also included information about his time working for BoyBatter. He also testified about phone conversations and e-mails he had with both Joe and Harlow about them wanting to work with Brent Corrigan. He was unable to confirm the identities of who wrote the e-mails he received. He did state that he had never heard Bryan’s name mentioned until it was on the news after his murder. He did testify that Cobra video was considered to be a rival but he also stated that there were thousands of other companies in the porn business and that they were all potentially rivals as well.

Lunch recess

The preliminary hearing reconvened at 1:00 PM in the afternoon.

The first witness after lunch was the Fire Chief Harry Vivian. He testified that he was at the firehouse when the call was received at 8:35 PM. He also stated that the firehouse is only about 1/3 of a mile from Bryan’s house. He indicated the first firefighters arrived on scene at 8:37 PM. He spoke about fighting the fire and sending teams in to the house to search for any people still in the house. He testified a body was discovered and he followed normal procedure and called the Fire Marshall, Ron Jarocha. He also testified that he entered the home briefly and then he secured the scene while awaiting the Fire Marshall’s arrival.

Ron Jarocha the Fire Marshall was the next witness to take the stand in his testimony he stated he arrived at around 10:15 PM. He then testified about his investigation and included more photos. He indicated that he found no natural or accidental causes for the fire. He also indicated that he did not find any evidence of accelerants. He testified that he found evidence of a pillow and paper materials at the point of origin of the fire. He also stated that he found evidence that the front door was at least partially open at the time of the fire. He also testified that two smoke detectors in the house were found to have been removed from they’re mounting hardware. He stated that he did not check them to see if they had batteries or if they even worked. The smoke alarms were also not collected or put in to evidence. He also stated he did not collect any samples of the burned materials. He testified that he determined the cause of the fire was arson. What was the fire department thinking? He was unable to provide an estimate of the time the fire started and had not performed any tests to determine how quickly the fire would have started and spread to the level it did.

The next witness was a representative from the insurance company who testified briefly that he had processed the insurance claim on Bryan’s house. He stated that because the repair costs would exceed the value of the house, it was considered a "total loss". He did state he received a report of items missing from the house.

Bryan’s father, Michael Kocis, then took the stand. He gave testimony about the items missing from the property. He was also questioned about when he was last in the house. He also stated that Bryan’s house was demolished last Friday at his request.

Robert Wagner was the final witness for the day, who testified that he was "Bryan’s best friend". He also provided testimony about the items missing form Bryan’s home. His testimony also included information that Bryan told him about an appointment with a model. The appointment was scheduled for the night of Wednesday, January 24, 2007. It was with a new model and he said Bryan sent him photos of the model. He also stated that Bryan did not tell him the name of the new model. He indicated that model in the pictures was Harlow. He testified that he had been at Bryan’s house in the days prior to his murder and he had been working on updating computer records for Bryan. He confirmed that he had a phone conversation with Bryan at around 6:30 PM on the night he was murdered. He also testified to the application process Bryan used for new models. He also testified that Bryan was a very private person, "almost to the point of being a recluse".

Court was adjourned at 4:00 PM with the hearing being continued on Thursday, August 23, 2007.

Spin the lies and perpetuate the hate.

The HIV testing of the models in Bare back porn is not a guarantee that the models are negative. The test only checks for antibodies. HIV tests are not conclusive and have never been. They can only tell you that you have no antibodies at the time of the test or that you do. If you are tested several times and have not participated in any risky behavior between the tests then you can consider the results accurate.
The quick test will only show that at the time of the test that you have no antibodies or that you do.

HIV is on the rise in the gay community and it is really a sad thing to say but it is true. I have been around since the beginning of the pandemic and I can say from experience that it is not something that I want to go through again. Watching so many of my friends get sick and die was not anything that I would wish on anyone. After reading the article by out magazine Barring the truth
I thought that I would do annother post on the subject.

What I find truly troubling is that the porn producers are using these young models for they’re own financial gain. There are no protections in place for these models that participate in these practices. I will not claim that all producers of Bareback porn do not take precautions but you see these models are not in a vacuum.
They have lives out side of porn and whatever sexual practices they participate in when not on camera have a direct bearing on the results of those instant HIV tests. We are talking about sexually active individuals here.
You can bad mouth a model for doing bareback porn and that is your prerogative but you also have to take into consideration that they are working for producers. The producers would not be doing this if there were no demand for the product. The demand by consumers of the product is what is driving this practice in the porn industry. And so we have the vicious circle of who is at fault? So to single out a single model or a producer is not going to help the situation. What the real issue is why would someone want to watch two young men potentially risk their health and possibly they’re lives for your sexual gratification.

There is plenty of bareback porn out there from before we knew the risks involved. Just go do an Internet search and I’m sure you can find it. But here is the deal do a check on the models who were in those videos and you will be surprised to see that 75% of them are dead and they died before they turned 40 years old. Now that is sad but it is true.
I have personally known quite a few of the models and I miss them. They were fun and full of life and they are gone because we did not know any better. We do know better now but that still has not stopped the producers from producing this product. Maybe the warnings are not strong enough or the risks are not stressed enough. Another sad fact is that many of the modles who are participating in this type of filming are positive as well. Maybe there needs to be legislation enacted. No one can perform Bareback on film or video until they are 25 years old. That would slow down the producers of this product a bit.
The producers seem to be taking advantage of these young and naïve men. Most of use did not have a clue at eighteen and many people still don’t.
Intelligence does not equate experience and it is not exclusive of the other. The fact that you are not that experienced in life has nothing to do with the fact that someone is intelligent.

We look to our elders for guidance and if that person is only in this for himself or herself then you can be easily mislead.

The Internet and Under-age Pornography

In recent years with the advent of the Internet there have been a large number of porn rings started and busted as well. Just look at the Justin Berry case there have been 3 arrests and a possible 1000 other indictments. The subject of child pornography is quite taboo and is highly secretive. It is not only profitable but it is also a world wide problem.
Children are being bought and sold in to slavery everyday and this has to stop. There are countries that are travel destinations for pedophiles and in recent years many have enacted laws with severe penalties to deter that type of activity. The predators cover all parts of society and it is very hard to catch the bad guys. It generally involves a sting operation and those who get stung never saw it coming. Just look at what has been shown on Dateline NBC All of the people who were caught on tape trying to hook up with a underage child always had a lame excuse as to why the were caught.
Something that I find truly interesting is that the pedophiles always blame the child. They seduced me is really not a valid excuse. In my opinion when in doubt about someones age walk away. There have been several recent busts of large international child porn rings. And there will be more if the agencies involved have they're so.
So why is there such a disbelief in the idea that Cobra video could be involved in such an enterprise? Well it seems that the spin-doctors are on call and available at all times to stop those nasty rumors. My real question is why is it so hard for some to believe that Bryan Kocis could be involved in such a venture.
He had a prior conviction involving an underage boy and a much-publicized Internet and court battle with another one of his models. Sean Lockhart (Brent Corrigan) who claimed he was under age when he filmed his first videos with Kocis (whose age is still under debate on some blogs) stated that he was 17 when he filmed his first 4 scenes with Cobra Video.
I have independently verified his age and can say with certainty that he is 20 years old. Sean also has stated that Bryan was aware of his age from early on. That is up for debate as well but based on Bryan’s actions it would leave me to believe that it were true. I am not saying that Sean was right in what he did and Bryan was not right either. But this is what has lead us to where we are today.
It is also known that several models who have worked for Cobra have been interviewed by the Federal authorities. Allot of people got involved in this fight and some seem to have a personal stake in it. I have a personal stake in finding the truth and I will admit that. There are several things that I have questioned and to some I have received good answers to and others the answers are still up in the air.

The seven faces of Lee.

If it was a movie it could not have a better plot. A man who has seven different names all variations of one. He uses all seven distinct names and uses them all concurrently. A man who has had at least as many failed business ventures. What would the purpose be? To possibly hide something maybe? I think that could very well be possible. There are several civil judgements against him at least 1 bankruptcy that we know of and at least enough different addresses to fill a phone book. Now I don’t know about you but I would be a little leery about going into business with this person. There have been a few high profile businesses that he has been involved in that have failed miserably. Lee petitioned the family of the original organizer of “Gay Ski Week” so that he could take over and run it only to have it collapse mysteriously a year later. He also has several other businesses fail. He has been to court several times for several different civil cases. He just looks like a legal nightmare to me. And he is at it again. A lot of you were trying to find out if Lee was involved in the civil case and the answer to that question would be yes. He has been involved in LSG from the beginning. He was not listed on the original civil case by name because Bryan’s attorneys did not know who he was at the time of the filing. But he is LSG Media primary share holder with 51% of the company. It was reported that Lee was supposed to pay the lawyers but he and Grant switch focus and Lee paid the models instead. So Brent had to appeal to his fans for their help. Lee has been a stumbling block in this thing from the beginning. Did you know that since the membership site has been up and running that Brent has still not received any compensation from it? Did you also know that Brent has not received any compensation for any of the video work he has done for his own company? Did you also know that Lee was trying to sale all the videos that Brent had not been paid for to Marina Pacific? Lee Bergeron is broke. He has not paid any of the bills that he needs to pay and this is not the first time this has happened. There is also the back door deal with Cobra Video. Yes Lee was trying to broker a deal with Bryan to sell his share to him. This has been reported about but no one has any documentation to prove it. The police and the federal authorities were aware of it. All of the dirty dealings forced Sean and Grant to abandon Brent Corrigan Online and start a new venture. Brent Corrigan Inc. As was last heard Lee is stuck with a web-site with no star performer and a cache of videos that he can not sale. He thinks the focus is off of him. Wrong little man we are looking directly at you. I have got a scenario for you; here goes Lee sets up a back door deal with Bryan to destroy LSG Media. Yes to destroy LSG media. The attorneys were not paid and Lee and Bryan were banking on the fact that there was no money to do so. Why do you ask? Because if LSG Media lost the civil case, which was the plan, hatched by Lee and Bryan they could run Grant out of the picture. They would have control of the prize, which is what Bryan wanted all along and Lee would sale his Share to Bryan for a nice profit. What is the prize you ask? The only thing of any value at LSG Media, Brent Corrigan of course.

Bryan and Lee conspired to remove Grant who was the only stumbling block between Bryan and Brent. There was only one problem with that plan which Bryan and Lee did not figure on and that was that Brent and Grant had a backup plan. Drop the name Brent Corrigan and move on. They used this as a bargaining chip to start settlement negotiations. The only problem with that was Lee. His back door deal was now in jeopardy. And he was most likely going to lose his sweet deal with Bryan. Bryan did not have any loyalties with anyone and he had a singular mission and that was to get Sean/Brent at any cost. So Bryan screwed Lee over when the settlement came about. The first thing Bryan did was stipulate that Lee pay Sean a salary and this was a problem because Lee was broke. He paid the models and the some of the other expenses and Grant was stuck with the legal fees. Jeremy their webmaster is still owed money. And now we all see what has happened, Sean and Grant walked away from Lee and BCO and now are working on their new site BCI. Lee is stuck holding the bag on another sinking ship. Just another sad truth about Lee. So where does that leave us? Could Lee have set up the murder of Bryan Kocis? I would not venture to guess about that but I will say that he would have had motive. Bryan double-crossed Lee in a business deal and he left Lee holding the bag for a large payoff to Sean Lockhart and Lee did not have to money to pay it. I guess Bryan got what he wanted, which was Brent Corrigan. And that is why the police think Bryan was killed. The police think this whole case stems from the online battle between Bryan, Grant and Brent. I tend to think different, Bryan was dealing in a rather nefarious business and I would tend to think that some of the other people who had interests were not pleased with his public battle with Brent/Sean. And they would have rather seen Bryan just let it go. Think about it the case about Justin Berry was all over the news and then you have this case with Brent right on it's tail. There were several people who could possibly be charged in that case and you can bet that if there was a link to Cobra Video and Brent Corrigan it would seal the deal for some big indictments. So I am thinking that someone who was directly involved Panicked and had Bryan killed. Bryan also had to deal with the fact that he was facing a possible arrest for producing underage porn. Bryan did not have valid documentaion for Sean lockhart on file and he knew it and this whole civil case was a ploy to cover his butt and get the documentation on file to make it all leagal. Bryan knew all along that Sean was underage but he deined it at every chance he could. the fact is that Sean lockhart was underage and he could no longer deny it. He saw the birth certificarte. There are those who deny that Bryan did the things that he is accused of but there is documentation to the contrary. Bryan was obsessed with Brent corrigan and we all know it.

1) Did you say you had sent money to Harlow's defense fund?

DK: I said that I WOULD send it on receipt of what legally are called "proof of bona fides", i.e. legitimate documentation including appropriate confirmation from the 2 parties directly involved in court. Unfortunately no suchconfirmation was ever received, therefore I have retained the funds in my New York City bank in an escrow account. I did NOT say that I HAD sent it. Two VERY different things!

Damon that is a boldfaced and blatant lie. Why would several people tell me that you said you would send the money and you yourself even posted it on your Technicolortrash page.
Damon never raised $5000.00 for Harlow that was just one of his ploys to get some exclusive information from Harlow. He tells them that he would send the money but he never did. He calls Harlow’s mom bewildered and that is just out right mean! But then you treat your own mother like shit so why would we expect you to talk any better of Harlow’s mom. Damon you had a chance to have a direct link to Harlow and Joe and you lied about being an MTV reporter to get them to talk to you and then you told every lie imaginable about what was said. You claimed you raised money for their defense fund and then you tried to extort information from them before you would give it to them. The money you claimed you raised was never sent. You told Harlow’s sister you wired it and you told Renee that you sent it over night mail. Then you tried to extort information from her before you would give a non-existent tracking number. You tried to get them to give you the rights to their personal story so that you could parlay that into a nonexistent book deal. You did all of this on the promise that you would send a nonexistent donation to their legal fund. Why Damon would you then call them liars and Haters when they de-linked your Technicolor Trash Page from their blog answer that question for us please.

2) How did you get hold of the Blacks Beach footage, assuming you have it? Is it safe where you have it?
DK: I have viewed the footage based on recovered data from a very trusted source. A small portion of it contains some very interesting "background" material. I have encrypted it using Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate "Bitlocker" and encrypted the entire volume of the RAID subsystem upon which it resides and put that in my safe deposit box in my NYC bank.
In fact all confidential info on all of my systems are similarly encrypted. So yes, I think it's very safe and will be made available to the defense team on request.

There is only one thing to say to that and it is bullshit. Damon how can you sit there and type this total crap and expect anyone to believe it? Even Troy Halston told me that it was bullshit in a private email I received from him. Yves Mignon says he’s jumping ship because you have truly lost it. Damon is at it again with a blog post full of lies and misrepresentations. Now would you expect anything less for the Premire Internet Stalker? No I would think not. So lets break down his latest batch of lies shall we. this should be fun.

To answer dozens of calls and emails: No, "Renee" (who is running and writing most of Harlowcuadraonline.com) is NOT I repeat NOT Harlow's mother, whose name is Gladys, a delightful but bewildered lady. Renee aka "Ree" is a high powered, well connected real estate person with a loud, hoarse smoker's voice and rapid-fire speaking style who ostensibly used to work for former Rep. Edward Schrock of Virginia Beach who reportedly had more than a passing interest in several of Harlow's military "companions" before he quit in a gay scandal

Damon you and your sad lies have to stop. So you got a dozen emails, really that is so cool but Spam doesn’t count asshole. Renee is writing Harlow’s blog but she is writing what he asks her to write. You see Damon dear some people have friends who will do things for them and not expect anything in return. Strange concept to you I’m sure. As for as who Renee is, she is not Harlow’s mother and Gladys is but the one thing you failed to mentions is they will no longer talk to you because you lied to them. As far as the representative you mention none of us has ever heard of him until you brought him up. The fact that you try to tie all of this together to make it make sense is very good but it is still a lie. You take some facts and try to make them all fit as one story when none of them had anything to do with the other. Good one Damon but the truth squad is watching you and we know what’s up.

What’s wrong Damon she would not submit to you feeble extortion terms? Damon we all know that you do everything you do with the idea that it will make you rich but it all ways backfires. You know why because you are attached to it that is why. The truth squad is watching your every move and we won’t let you get ahead in this life since you have tried to destroy so many others.

Damon you are so welcome because my posts on you have raised my blog hits over 50% from around 1000 hits to about 1650 plus which means you did me the favor. Sad but true, so your claim is not true at all I have not helped your site get hits but you have helped mine. Joe and Harlow plead not guilty

I received several phone calls and emails this morning at an ungodly hour telling me that Joe and Harlow were going to be transported to Pennsylvania. Being that I had to work I really did not have time to devote to this breaking news story so I have reprinted a article from the Citizens Voice. here is another link to another news story from the Times Leader. I will just say this I strongly believe in they're innocence and will stand by them until this is over. The truth will come out. I like the rest of you am just waiting for the rest of the evidence to come out. I find it very telling that the prosecution said they are not done making arrests in this case. Lets see where that goes shall we. This case is not as cut and dry as any of us think. although the evidence that they have is damning I do believe that it is not at all conclusive. To me it is more circumstantial than anything and will be proven as such. As I have stated before the motive for this murder leaves allot to be desired. To me it is not really plausible for Joe and Harlow to meet Sean and Grant in Las Vegas and then 2 weeks later go and kill the man who made their lives a living hell for 18 months just to work with Sean. Falcon did not kill anyone and they worked with him.

Two male escorts charged in the brutal January slaying of a Back Mountain gay film producer were brought to Luzerne County on Tuesday, officially starting their legal battle in the sensational case.

After being booked at the state police barracks at Wyoming, Harlow Cuadra, 25, and Joseph Kerekes, 33, were taken before Magisterial District Judge James Tupper to hear the long list of homicide and related charges they face, such as robbery, arson, abuse of a corpse and conspiracy. Investigators say the romantic partners from Virginia Beach, Va., conspired to murder their main rival in the gay pornography business, Bryan Charles Kocis, and then set his Dallas Township home ablaze Jan. 24. Both men denied the allegations Tuesday.
"To answer your question, no, I didn’t do it," Mr. Kerekes said.Mr. Cuadra simply stated, "Not guilty."





Local authorities took Mr. Cuadra and Mr. Kerekes into custody Tuesday around 8 a.m. at the Virginia Beach County Prison. They arrived at the state police barracks to be photographed and fingerprinted around 3:30 p.m., and were later arraigned. The two had fought extradition since being arrested May 15 in Virginia, but their attorneys in late June decided there were no grounds to challenge a warrant signed by Gov. Ed Rendell."I’m very happy we now have these two individuals back in Pennsylvania and Luzerne County, so we could seek justice in this case," Luzerne County District Attorney David Lupas said. "We’re ready to push forward with the prosecution."Mr. Lupas said it is too early to know if he will seek the death penalty. He does not rule out additional arrests.The return of the suspects comes 176 days after the killing, which sparked a lengthy, coast-to-coast investigation.Investigators found Mr. Kocis’ body on the charred remains of his living room couch after responding to a fire at his Midland Drive home Jan. 24 around 8:30 p.m. The 44-year-old’s neck was slashed and his torso stabbed 28 times, according to the autopsy report.Judger Tupper ordered them incarcerated without bail. Mr. Cuadra was sent to Lackawanna County Prison, while Mr. Kerekes was locked up in the Luzerne County Correctional Facility. Both wore casual clothes for their ride to Pennsylvania, with Mr. Kerekes wearing a polo shirt and khaki shorts and Mr. Cuadra donning a red T-shirt and blue jeans. Their hands were handcuffed in front of their bodies, and they wore hand-restraint mitts.Investigators say Mr. Cuadra and Mr. Kerekes conspired to kill Mr. Kocis in hopes to lure his premier actor, Sean Lockhart, for their enterprises.
Mr. Kocis owned and operated Cobra Video, a gay pornography business based out of his home.In a 21-page affidavit, police link the men to the calculated murder through dozens of e-mails, photos, credit card receipts, car and hotel rental records. Police also intercepted incriminating comments allegedly made while Mr. Cuadra and Mr. Kerekes were under surveillance on a San Diego, nude beach with Mr. Lockhart and another man.Mr. Cuadra and Mr. Kerekes owned a gay male escort business and several adult video enterprises. Arrest papers say police learned the "flashy and flamboyant" pair lived in a Virginia Beach home worth $570,000, enjoyed exotic vehicles and extravagant dinners, and traveled the country to support their businesses. What is all this really about?

When I first started to write about this murder case I never thought it would be so complicated. I thought it was just a revenge killing but it has turned into much more than that. There is so much information that has not been released and so much innuendo surrounding what has been released that it is a bit too much for some to deal with. All of the parties that are involved in this sordid tale have their own agendas.
That being said I have to also add that some of us do not believe all the hype surrounding it. Joe and Harlow have been accused of killing Bryan Kocis and there is some damning evidence against them. But the real questions that most of us have goes to the why they would do it? As the police claim it was because of a "porn studio rivalry". Yet if you check out the Internet there are literally hundreds of sites on the Internet that are doing the same thing as Cobra. So as to the motive I guess the police assume that Joe
and Harlow would systematically go about killing all of they’re competition. Maybe they were doing it alphabetically, who knows what their plan was. But it still makes no sense to me. As to them wanting to kill Bryan, a man that they really did not know that much about as to them using US People search to get info on him. As I have said before, you are innocent until proven guilty but as I have read on several blogs they have already been convicted with out a trial. It looks like the Salem witch trials all over again.
You see the police only have to show just cause when they want to arrest you. There is no solid proof in the affidavit just supposition and circumstantial evidence. As to all the "evidence" presented against Joe and Harlow I still do believe that they should be afforded a fair trial. But the State of Virginia is seeing to it that they won’t get one by seizing all of their assets and dragging there feet with the court proceedings. I will just say this let the courts decide what their fate will be but at least let them mount a fair defense. That is why I am trying to help by publicizing the efforts of those who are trying to help them raise money for a decent defense. We really should wait for the trial for all of the other evidence to come out pertaining to the details that are alluded to in the affidavit. As to them wanting to work with Sean Lockhart that I can kind of understand, but the real question is if they wanted to work with Sean Lockhart why did Sean and Grant have to contact them? That also does not make much sense to me as well.
As to Sean Lockhart AKA Brent Corrigan we all must also be aware that he is followed by scandal wherever he goes. He started in this business with a lie and they seem to follow him wherever he goes. It seems that everyone and everything he gets involved with ends badly. I’m not being mean here that is just a stated perception of what I have witnessed. So why would Joe and Harlow fall prey to him? Joe and Harlow did not look for Sean Lockhart or Grant Roy, it was quite the opposite Sean and Grant looked them up. They were looking for models to work for the failed venture Brent Corrigan online. All this was done during a nasty civil suit with Bryan Kocis who ran Cobra Video. Bryan had succeeded in stopping them from making money with their web-site and they went to their fans and asked for donations to help with their legal bills and day to day expenses. They finally decided to settle the civil suit with Cobra Video, which I might add, was not a particularly strong case for Cobra Video. Sean was fighting to keep the name Brent Corrigan, a name that is now tainted with death. A simple solution would have been to loose the name and move on and Bryan would have no hold on Sean and Grant. But as we have all seen that was not the case. As to the dinner in Vegas allot has been said about it and there is some info as to what was discussed but that is only one-sided at best. We know that Sean and Harlow took a picture or two together that night as well. We also know that Joe and Harlow left Vegas in the next day or so. They also sent out a message to their subscribers stating; they were going to be working with Sean and Grant and that they had a new distribution deal for their videos.
We also have Jody Wheelers conveniently deleted post were Sean says that "Joe and Harlow fucked everything up" and that they were also on the run. The on the run part I get because Joe and Harlow were not home during the early morning search of their home in February. Question: Sean what did Joe and Harlow really fuck up? Why did you ask Joe and Harlow to come to Vegas? Did you want a free meal that bad or did you want to fill they’re head with your sad tail about Bryan and all he did to you? I know we do not know what was really said and that will most likely only come out in court. There is speculation that Sean and Grant hired them to kill Bryan. But that is clearly speculation and has not been proven. As to motive it would seem that Sean and Grant had a stronger motive to do this than anyone who has so far been mentioned. But as has been mentioned on several blogs they are working with the police on this investigation. So you would think that would rule them out of the equation. But there are several people who do not agree with that as well. So we have different groups who are claiming that Sean and Grant have to be complicate in this murder. It seems that this whole thing started with a lie and it continues to go forward with more lies. The other thing that has been mentioned is in regards to Cobra Video is that they were under investigation by federal authorities for making underage porn. If that is true then it could explain some of the secrecy surrounding this murder. As far as I know that is just speculation on the part of some posters.
These same posters are also claiming that there are dirty officials in the Luzerne County Justice System. And they are using Sean Lockhart’s refusal to go back to Pennsylvania as their main evidence. But to the casual observer this could be plausible with the recent resignation or retirement of President Judge Michael Conahan. There have been many allegations made about him and he was the presiding Judge on the child molestation case against Bryan Kocis and he is also the Judge who signed the order to reduce his sentence. He is also the same judge who reviewed all the video evidence that the police had collected against Kocis and declared it to be OK to be returned to him. This also made it possible for Kocis to not have to register as a sex offender and it also made it possible for him to continue in the pornography business. Something that under Megan’s Law he would not be allowed to do. If justice had been served in 2001 he would not have been running Cobra Video in 2004 and would not have gotten mixed up with Sean Lockhart. There is another question that I have, why when they had a video of him having sex with an underage boy was he not convicted of statutory rape? That was the first mistake of many that were made. Why when there was an inquiry as to his status as a sex offender was his record and the charges changed to a reduced charge making him exempt for Megan's Law? Who was behind the change of his charges and why? We have also seen that there is a large amount of people who have commented on the blogs that Sean lied about his age and is in fact 21 years old. That is not the case though he is 20 at the time of this post and there is ample evidence to prove his age. There are many that do not believe his claims that he was underage when he worked for Cobra Video. Bryan was going to make him pay for telling the truth, a truth he himself had known since 2004 when he paid for the fake ID for him. Now it appears that this issue is being raised again as some sort of smoke screen to divert attention fro what is really going on here.
Bryan was a control freak and he did not want “his models” to talk to the press or even their fans. He used intimidation and threats to control his models. There are not many former Cobra models who have come forward to tell their stories. But that is changing and the few who have come forward are shedding a new light on who Bryan Kocis really was. And the picture is not a pretty one. Sean was not just a model at Cobra Video he was a victim as well but he was much more ingrained in the dealings of Cobra Video than has been said publicly. Cobra Video was not a huge company by industry standards in the last 6 years they have only released around 22 videos and 4 of them are considered underage porn because they featured a then an under-aged Brent Corrigan in them. Those titles have been pulled from the market. The funny thing is those pulled videos were some of the most lucrative videos Cobra ever produced. That is what the whole civil suit was really about, the fact that Sean Lockhart put a stop to the gravy train at Cobra video. You see Sean knew his value there and he released his true age to get out of his contract and to move on to his own company and make the big bucks he thought were going to be in his future. And in order to do that he needed the name Brent Corrigan. Bryan was not at all pleased with that and decided to get him back anyway he could. So he set up a bogus lawsuit in Pennsylvania to get Sean to come back and when that did not work he filed a real civil suit in California. Bryan spent allot of money on this case and for what you might ask? He would not gain any money from it if he won, Sean and Grant were broke. What Bryan really wanted was to control Sean and to get his valid ID so he could sell his other videos with Sean in them. He also wanted to try and restore his name and remove all of the negativity that surrounded it. But that was not meant to be you see he was murdered before the settlement agreement could really take effect. Yes the settlement was signed by all parties involved but the only thing that really came out of it was that Sean and Grant could open up their members site to new subscribers and the title of a video was changed. There are a few other people who are involved in this as well and to what extent we can not be sure.
There is Lee Bergeron who is the principal shareholder at LSG Media a company that Sean and Grant have since abandoned. The reason stated is that Lee has taken control of the company and will not pay Sean for the videos that he shot for the company and is keeping all of the profits from Sean and Grant. It has also been said that Lee had a backdoor deal with Bryan to sell his share of LSG Media to Bryan after the settlement was finalized but Bryan was killed before that could happen.
Then we have Robert Wagner who was the right hand man for Bryan Kocis and his second cameraman on some of his video shots. Robert was the associate who received the pictures of Harlow and is said to be one of the main witnesses for the prosecution in the case against Joe and Harlow. Robert was in the home of Bryan Kocis in the days prior to the murder and some seem to think he was there on the day of the murder as well. We do have him calling Bryan on the 24th of January. Do we know where he was calling from and if it was really him calling Bryan or some one he told to call Bryan to give him a alibi. What is the real truth behind Robert Wagner and Bryan Kocis. So now you kind of have the whole picture of who is involved and what they’re association is. As you can see that this is a very confusing and complicated case all around.

Update: Joe and Harlow were picked up this morning at 7:59AM by the Pennsyvania Police. They are on there way to Luzerne County. We do not know when rthey will be arraigned. I will keep you posted.

After fighting extradition from Virginia since May, two male escorts accused of murdering a Back Mountain man should soon be in the custody of local law enforcement.

Harlow Cuadra, 25, and Joseph Kerekes, 33, are expected to arrive at the Pennsylvania State Police barracks in Wyoming this afternoon. The pair refused to waive extradition to Pennsylvania to face murder charges, forcing the Luzerne County district attorney's office to seek a warrant signed by Gov. Ed Rendell. The Whole Truth.

As some of you may have read on a few other blogs that I have told a lie. I should not have done so and was warned that it might affect my credibility. I thought at the time that it was a good idea and I was going to go ahead with it but I decided not to. Well I helped to spread the story of the backup copies of the Cobra Video 2257 records instead. Why did I do this you ask? Well I wanted to see who would start spreading lies about Cobra Video, and low and behold it did happen. Funny thing is it is just an email that was sent to people who were on the Cobra mailing list. There has been no press release or mention of it in any Industry sites at all, only on the blogs. Eurocreme has made no mention of the impending purchase yet and they are said to be the buyers. Why would Eurocreme buy a company that they already have an exclusive distribution deal with? Does not make any sense to me at all. I have been told by several reliable sources that the Cobra Video 2257 records no longer exist. And the police have said it as well. I have also heard that certain parties are lying to the former models to get them to resubmit their 2257 data. They are telling the models that it is required. Just so you know that is a lie. The records are gone and the models are not responsible for replacing them.

I have also been accused by a certain blogger that I do not care about Harlow and Joe’s defense. That is a blatant lie and you know it. I have been working on this blog since day one trying to get at the truth. Yet the truth is very elusive and this case is much bigger than any of us are aware of. I really can not go into much of the horrific detail of it. But suffice to say it is big mess for all involved.
I have also been accused of changing my mind on several occasions. Funny thing is I still believe the same thing that I believed from the start. That the truth is out there and there are way to many people out they’re trying to hide it and protect their own butts from harm. That is understandable but the sad part is that Bryan’s intimidation tactics have continued long after his death due to certain bloggers. Lets face it the boys have no power over anyone, but they and their flying monkies are trying desperately to block the truth from coming out. They have a single-track mind and they do not want the truth, they want lies and innuendo but not the truth. They deny all that is negative about Bryan Kocis and they expect you to believe it.



Harlow and Joe were in contact with me before they were arrested and the never gave me any indication that they would or could do something like this. I was shocked at their arrest and I thought the affidavit had some damning evidence in it but it just seems a little to perfect for me. The motive the police have used is suspect and reads like a post that I made in February on Jason’s blog. I have been in contact Harlow and as a matter of fact I spoke with him today and he wanted me to post certain information. So I will do that for him. Please take this seriously; as there are people’s lives at stake here and they need all the help that they can get. The State of Virginia disqualified their attorney from representing them; Barry Talor did not remove himself from the case as some have posted. Then the State of Virginia seized all their assets under the guise that they were money laundering yet they paid taxes on their earnings. Funny that, would not Virginia be complicate in that case as well since they profited for ill gotten gain? The state of Virginia is dragging their feet on this issue as well and now their creditors are repossessing all of their property because they are in default on their payments due to being arrested. So as I see it the cards are pretty much staked against them. Harlow is in effect posting on his blog with the help of a friend, PC and Jason it really is him. Harlow has spoken to Jason Curious and Jason you should apologize for the threat you made to Harlow on his blog, that threat has seriously hurt his donations. PC there is someone posting on Harlow’s blog claiming to be you. I think we have that part cleared up. We know who it is and that is being dealt with. Harlow’s defense fund is for real as well. The funds are going to pay for his attorney, which he so desperately needs at this time. Harlow told me that he did not do this and I believe him. There is information that I can not reveal at this time as to why I believe him, as it would seriously jeopardize his case. And there is information that I don't want to know as well as it could get me too involved and I feel that I could do more good with out the authorities breathing down my neck. Harlow also wanted me to tell you that he was born in Miami Florida in Jackson Memorial Hospital, which is something that most of you would not know about him. As to the conversation that Damon Kreuzer claims to have had with him that is a lie. Harlow did not speak him before they were arrested; it was Joe all along.
Harlow and Joe have had very limited contact with each other while in jail. They are kept separate from each other and only see each other when they have court dates and are kept separate even then. They have not been alone together since the 15th of May 2007. As to BB's claim that I am not trying to help Joe and Harlow that is an out and out lie, BB you have never gone in for facts, you just spout your lies and hope people believe them. I am not a member of the "Sean Camp" as you claim I am a member of the "Truth Camp". you should join it, it is much nicer here. As far as Damon is concerned he is posting on Harlow’s blog as various people and I will not mention the names here, but believe me we know which ones they are. As far as updates to the Boybatter site they are coming soon and they will be hot so check them out. They are working with other sites to get new content up and want their members to know that they are still here.
The site is still up and running for all to see. Can’t say that about BCO can you? So as I see it Harlow really needs our help on this. Please help him get a fair trial and a good attorney. They are trying to retain Bill Russo as his trial attorney but he desperately needs money to do so. If all my readers donated a couple of dollars it would be a great help. So if you can see it in your heart to help him out please do so any small amount will do. There are links on his blog for this and it has also been confirmed that this really is Harlow and the defense fund is for real. As to Harlow he is fine for now but the news media is putting stuff out there that is making it hard for him right now. The pictures they are using of him if you get my drift or not the smartest thing for the news media to post esspecialy when you can watch the news in jail. So far there have been no incidents but you never know. He is in good sprits considering his currant situation . Harlow says "As far as Brent Corrigan is concerned he is only out to protect his own butt and does not care about who gets hurt in the process". I can only pray that Harlow will be ok and that he gets a fair trial.

Harlow Speaks II

Harlow is back on his blog with the help of a friend. He has made a post in reference to the lies perpetrated by Damon Kruezer. In it he basically sets the record straight on the correspondence between he and Damon Kruezer. He quashes the rumors about a upcoming book and he sets the record straight about all the letters that were written and a few other things as well. It would appear that Damon is trying to make a buck off of the misery of Joe and Harlow. Well it looks like I have been vindicated as to my statements about Damon in reference to Harlow. What I find quite sad is that Damon thinks people believe the lies he made up. he makes a post about donations that he collected in the amount of $5,500.00 that have never been received by Joe or Harlow. When he is called upon to deliver he gets a serious illness and is hospitalized yet he continues to post nasty comments on several blogs under his various aliases. To me it looks like another one of his blatant falsehoods. And he calls me a hater and all sorts of other nasty names and he does the same to several other bloggers. While he still tries to claim he is in the know. The main thing that I know about Damon is that he is a nasty self-promoting leach on society and he should be squashed like the cockroach he is.
Harlow basically sets the record straight on his blog as to what is what. He talks about their legal situation and there attorney situation and why they have separate attorneys.
Jason Ridge has a helped to start a web-site to help with the defense fund for Harlow and there is also a site for Joe and Harlow’s mother has setup one for her son as well. So if you can find it in your Heart to help someone out in a time of need then make a donation to their Legal defense fund, every little bit will help. It would appear that the state of Virginia keeps postponing the Rico hearing. It would also appear that they want all of the possessions of Joe and Harlow to go into default so that they don’t have to deal with it. This I find really quite sad, the state of Virginia really does not have much of a leg to stand on as far as the Rico charges go because they received tax revenue from the proceeds from Joe and Harlow’s businesses. So my questions is what is the hold up? I say stop the proceedings and let them sell their assets and get a decent legal defense. Because if they don’t get a decent defense they can appeal an undesirable verdict and this case go on forever. As to who killed Bryan Kocis, I was not there and I can not say who did it. I can say that the Constitution says that you are innocent until proven guilty by a court of law. So let the courts decide their fate not the blogs.

You would think that with as much information that we have all seen pertaining to this subject that all the mad speculation would stop. Guess not, there has to be some scandal to keep everyone interested. I guess when the real story comes out, and it will you all will just be stunned into silence. Bryan is dead and there is more to his murder than any of you can imagine. Brent/Sean and many of the other Cobra models are lucky young men to still be alive because they were mixed up in some serious shit with Cobra Video. There are so many lies being told about who did what to who that you can not really get to the truth. There are so many emotional queens who are all yelling about whatever at the top of their lungs about this story that it is hard to see what is real.
As for Lee Bergeron one day a house is going to fall on you. always happens to bad witches and the munckins shall rejoice, a house fell on the wicked witch of the east and now the wicked witch from the west is next. This is not a death threat by any means it is just a euphemism to say that your day in the spotlight will come.
As for all the anon's or the flying monkeys you know who you are and we do too. Welcome back Jim I see you popped your head up like a ground hog and we will have another 3 months of hell on the blogs. Well I have said my piece about Brent and now about Damon Kruezer or who ever he claims to be this week. Damon you are not a credible source in this whole saga and you are pissed that no one is taking you seriously. So in your angst you attack other bloggers and try to spread lies about them, you have tried to align your self with people only to be shot down for you lies and ignorance. You lied to Joe and Harlow about the donations you collected and when it came time to deliver you fake a serious illness to get out of it yet. But the whole time you were supposedly in the hospital on life support your alter egos were posting away on the blogs. you really must think the world is full of idiots like you if you expect us to believe your lies. Get real Damon and just go away and leave well enough alone. Go make up some more lies about Falcon Studios and Matthew Rush. We all know the truth about you and your lies. You can't put a spin on published fact. I have the court papers about you mothers eviction and the reason why she was evicted. So you can lie to your readers all you want but if they want the truth they can just email me and I will give it to them. So to Damon I say fuck off. You can use your so called "San Francisco connections" to find me if you want but guess what dear there is nothing to find. And your threats do not scare me.
