The Blacks Beach tapes are not the slam-dunk evidence that the prosecution claims them to be.
From what we can see, there has been no evidence whatsoever presented of arson in the murder of Bryan Kocis' murder. The robbery charges against Cuadra and Kerekes are based solely on statements allegedly made by Harlow Cuadra on "The Blacks Beach Tapes". Luzerne County prosecutors, from what we can tell, cannot present The Blacks Beach Tape into evidence without triggering a call from Joseph Kerekes to separate his trial from Harlow Cuadra's trial (because, Cuadra, according to The State, incriminates Kerekes on The Blacks Beach Tapes).

Note: Luzerne County did not submit The Blacks Beach Tapes into evidence at the preliminary hearing for Cuadra and Kerekes. And, Luzerne County appeared to do everything in its power to keep the tapes from being put into evidence. From the bitchless blog
The funny thing is that statement makes sense.


Now Jim raises a good point in a comment from H & J go to Trial It is in regards to the email that Sean replied to that was sent him by Bryan, that he was willing to fulfill his contract yet Bryan did not want to do it on Sean’s terms. I find that interesting what did Bryan really want?


What I also find interesting is that Bryan filled the civil suit against Sean and Grant from the Delaware LLC version of Cobra Video which was not even in existence when Sean signed the second contract with Cobra Video in 2005. Also of note the trademarked name “Brent Corrigan” was with the Pennsylvania LLC version of Cobra Video, so in effect Bryan and his attorneys lied to the Federal Courts when they filed that suit.

Sean and Grant were not aware of the two different Cobra Video LLC’s and they fell prey to Bryan’s tactics. There counter suit was thrown out and they had no recourse but to settle as they were in a tough financial situation and to them Bryan held all the cards. Also we have Lee Bergeron who was playing both sides and he was to gain no matter which way things went.

This is another thing that is interesting about this case the deal that Bryan and Lee Bergeron had. Lee was to sell his share of LSG Media to Bryan after the settlement was signed. This is in evidence with the San Diego law enforcement team who were also conducting an investigation in to the murder of Bryan Kocis.
That is why Sean Macias is no longer with his former law office. That “backdoor deal” could have had Macias disbarred for impropriety. Sean and Grant signed the settlement agreement with Cobra Video in good faith but that was not good enough for Lee and Bryan. Lee needed cash and Bryan wanted Sean at any cost.



Sean was key in the federal investigation against Bryan and he could not afford that loose end. Robert Wagner was also a key witness as he was the one who witnessed the ID that Sean presented to Bryan and he stood to do time in prison because of it. This is also the same 2257 record that Bryan presented as evidence in the civil trial. It is one of the only original records of Cobra video still in existence. So Robert had a good reason for the death of Bryan Kocis, he himself did not want to go to prison for child pornography. What could have brought this all on is that Bryan was going to get rid of Robert and Sean. Robert possibly got wind of the plan and took matters in his own hands.


Harlow and Sean wanted to film together and Cobra Video was a way for them to do so. Sean had to do a couple of scenes for Cobra as per the settlement and Harlow figured they could do it on Bryan’s dime. Once the scenes were completed Sean and Harlow could work together and Boybatter could bill Sean as “Brent Corrigan” and all would be well. The only problem was Bryan was murdered and someone used that little bit of info to point the police towards Harlow as the killer.


Robert vetted Harlow to Bryan and he knew who Harlow was as he was the one who helped Bryan spy on Sean. Robert was also at the home of Bryan after he left Las Vegas. Robert was also not pleased with the new settlement agreement and felt that he was being put aside once again for Sean. Robert was also the one who received the pictures of Harlow and he was also the one who told the police about what was missing from the home and he testified to that in his deposition. He is said to have last been in the house on the 21st of January. There are no other witnesses who saw Bryan alive after that date. If a persuasive argument can be made that Bryan Kocis was killed prior to 1/24/07, The Prosecution's Case Against Cuadra and Kerekes IMPLODES.

I have a theory and it is plausible if the police did not get the records of where Bryan's cell phone was when the last calls were made from it. Now what I find interesting is that all of these phone calls were made to Bryan’s cell phone. So in effect Bryan could have been dead for a few days and the calls could have been recieved from anywhere. The police where checking cell tower locations for Harlow and Joe’s phones but did they check where Bryan’s phone was? The instant Message conversation with Cad could have been made from anywhere with an Internet connection and Bryan’s pass word. Melnick the DA said it himself that they were not sure when Bryan died and that he expected more arrests to be made in this case.

The issue here is that the DA’s office and the police were at a roadblock as to who comited the murder of Bryan Kocis. Bryan was running an illegal business from his home and the DA’s office knew about it yet they did nothing to close him down. The federal investigation into child pornography allowed Bryan to stay in business and his prior criminal case was reduced from sexual abuse of children to corruption of minors thus not requiring him to register as a sex offender. This allowed Bryan to continue in his line of business. It also made it easy for the federal investigation into Cobra Video to continue, Bryan was key to that investigation.

With the death of Bryan Kocis there was a major problem at hand. The records of Cobra Video were destroyed and so was much of the video footage along with a lot of the evidence for the federal case. The arson charges will be hard to prove since the Fire Marshall said in the preliminary hearing that no evidence of arson was taken form the crime scene and it has now been razed. The police seem to think they have the murder weapon but the knife that Joe and Harlow purchased was found in their car in Virginia Beach when they were arrested. All of the other evidence is circumstantial and it does not place either Joe or Harlow at the crime scene. There are no witnesses who can ID them at Bryan’s home. And the witness testimony at the preliminary hearing was not conclusive. The Blacks Beach tapes are a double-edged sword for the prosecution as well. That could cause the cases to be spilt up and that would open up another whole can of worms.

What the prosecution is using as fact is that on the Blacks Beach tapes they are claiming that Harlow is being apologetic to Sean and Grant for what has occurred. Although he never confesses to the crime at hand he does refer to it. This was also reiterated in Grants testimony at the preliminary hearing. Harlow also says that the victim felt no pain and that he went fast. But you see when the beach tapes were recorded the first search warrants were issued and with them was a description of the murder scene and how the victim died. So Harlow could have read that and that is where he got his information from.


Who would profit from the destruction of Cobra video? Certainly not Joe and Harlow they had no stake in it. Sean and Grant would not profit from the destruction of Cobra Video, they would possibly gain satisfaction from it but they were still bound by the settlement agreement. Would Lee Bergeron gain from Bryan’s death, he needed Bryan alive to collect on the money he was to be paid from his Share of LSG Media. Although it has been claimed that Lee did receive a six-figure lump sum of money from somewhere, maybe Bryan was a silent investor and he paid Lee for his share of LSG Media. Lee being the principle share holder he would still have control of the profits since Sean and Grant walked away he would not have to give them any of the profits and it would be a win- win for Lee.

I have said from the beginning that this was a convoluted case and there are so many factors involved that we may never know the real truth. One thing for certain is there is one-person dead and two others are on trial for their lives and we are no closer to the truth. This whole case could very well be thrown out on a technicality due to the aborted RICO case from Virginia. The fact that all of their assets were seized and it made it virtually impossible for them to present a good legal defense. We will just have to wait and see about that. The Prosecution put the death penalty on the table in an attempt to get Joe and Harlow to opt out with a plea deal but as of yet it has not worked in the prosecution’s favor. So where does any of this leave us? I for one don’t know what will be proven when this goes to trial but you can truly bet it will be interesting.

What's the deal?

I went Blog slumming today and found an interesting thread on Juicygoo ll or BB’s “A Murder is Annonouced” blog. In this thread BB claims that Robert Wagner never received pictures of Harlow Cuadra/Danny Moilin. This I find quite interesting because the police seem to think that Robert Wagner did receive those pictures and that he was the one who gave those pictures to them. The police say that Bryan sent Robert the pictures on January 22nd 2007 and that Robert was a close and personal associate of Bryan’s. Yet on BB’s blog they are denying this, why is that?

Why the lie about Robert Wagner not recieving the pictures of Harlow? The affidavit clearly states he did. So in affect the police are lying about that fact? Also the affidavit says that Robert was in Bryan's home on the 21st of January. His own words in his statement to the police as to the missing items that the police claim that J&H took.

Well the direct quote is on page 13 of the affidavit in the 3rd paragraph and it clearly says otherwise. Why the lie BB? Also the affidavit says that Robert Wagner was in the home of Bryan Kocis on the 21st of January and that is from the affidavit as well.

In true BB form he goes on to attack anyone that disagrees with his statements. With his childish name calling and wild assumptions to they’re character. As far as BB and his partner in hate “Truth Be Told” go they are constantly attacking the facts of this case and making wild accusations about the posters on his blog. As of this date he has never proven any of his baseless accusations against anyone or proven with facts any of his statements made about those involved.

My favorite was his declaration that Sean Lockhart’s Washington State Drivers license was a fake. He is still stating that Sean is not 20 years old. He was using the fake one that was in Rolling Stone magazine as the real one. A little research would have shown him that the format of that license was wrong but research is not one of BB’s strong suits. When all the documentation shown so far proves otherwise BB and Truth Be told still claim Sean is not 20 years old. Yes BB Sean is 20 he will turn 21 on the 31st of October 2007 so deal with it.

Robert Wagner is involved in the ID fraud with Bryan Kocis as he was a witness to the ID that Sean presented to Bryan for the Cobra videos 2257 records in 2004 This is also the record that Bryan produced in the civil suit documents. Bryan made Robert culpible in the fraud by forcing him to sign the document as a withness. It has also been said that Robert and BB are boyfriends and that they share posting duties on his blog.

What I find a bit troubling is that Sean Macias, Bryan’s attorney says in the affidavit that he was speasking to Bryan on the 24th of January @ “He was engaged in a telephone conversation with the victim @ approximately 18:30 hrs., Macias was conversing with the victim regarding the pending lawsuit as well as several items of issue regarding the members of LSG Media. Macias described the demeanor of the victim at the time as upbeat and “in a real good Mood”. The victim advised Macias that a “New model” was coming over (to the victim’s residence). Macias added that at some point, the victim asked Macias to “hold on”, as the model, who had a name which began with a “D” arrived. Macias could not hear the entire name of the model. This is from page 12 of the police affidavit.

This is where it gets interesting, you see when Bryan said hold on it was not to let a model in, it was to take another phone call. At 16:30 hrs. Robert Wagner called Bryan and Bryan put Macias on hold to take the other call. The model had not yet arrived. Now what I find interesting is that all of these phone calls were made to Bryan’s cell phone. So in effect Bryan could have been dead for a few days and the calls could have been placed from anywhere. The police where checking cell tower locations for Harlow and Joe’s phones but did they check where Bryan’s phone was?

Could it have been somewhere else possibly New York? Maybe Robert had Bryan’s Cell phone and he was accepting the calls and impersonating Bryan. That would explain the phone call at 18:30 hrs. As it would give him an alibi for that time period. Did the police check the cell tower location of Roberts phone call to Bryan? The instant Message conversation with Cad could have been made from anywhere with an Internet connection and Bryan’s pass word. Robert also states that Bryan’s laptop computer was missing, maybe he had it along with Bryan’s cell phone.

Melnick the DA said it himself that they were not sure when Bryan died and that he expected more arrests to be made in this case. Was he talking about Robert Wagner? It was revealed by the San Diego investigation that Lee Bergeron and Bryan Kocis had a deal for Lee to sell his portion of LSG Media to Bryan. This information was culled from the electronic communications of Bryan Kocis. Sean Macias left his law firm shortly after the settlement due this fact. Also Robert Wagner left his job at a New York Law firm due to his unethical behavior.

Robert had an ongoing relationship with Bryan and he was well vetted by Bryan. Funny thing he is now he is denying this. Robert knew who Harlow was and he may have perpertrated the fraud that he was Bryan to Harlow. Harlow did not arrive at Bryan’s house until after 8:00pm and he said that Bryan’s was the door was opened and he looked in and saw Bryan was dead and he heard someone upstairs and smelled smoke and he panicked and left.

This was around 8:20 pm as to witness testimony. The fire department was called and the fire was put out in less than 20 minutes. This is from testimony from the preliminary hearing. I find this whole case to be quite convoluted and the evidence is circumstantial at best but people have been convicted with less. I just want justice and I hope we do get it. If it is proven that Joe and Harlow did this crime so be it but I will not convict them on this blog. I still say that all are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Let the trial begin.

Yeah I said it

NEWS FLASH: Harlow Cuadra claims that he is no longer gay. He claims this in a letter posted on the blog of a known Internet fraud. Can this be true or just a big hoax to get back at this blogger? Who knows but it appears that the blogger fell for it hook line and sinker. in related news it would appear that Joe kerkes has followed suit and asked for a truce with this same blogger. Who knows what is really going on.
I finally read the Rolling Stone and the OUT articles the other day and was to say the least not impressed by them. From where I sit there was not much new information in them and there were quite a few factual errors as well. It would seem that you all know what I am talking about. When I spoke to Michael Gross for the OUT article I stipulated that allot of what we talked about be off the record. Well now I wished I had not said that because most of it is out now anyway. I was just no reported in either article. There is so much more to this than what was reported and now the articles have just muddied up the waters again. For one the time line in the Rolling Stone article is truly lacking and inaccurate. There are dates that are wrong and several other factual errors.



It is quite obvious that someone who has a blatant disregard for the gay porn industry as a whole wrote that article. When you read it you can see that it leaves a bad taste in their mouth. As for the OUT article there were fewer factual errors and mistakes but it just did not go where it could have gone. Both articles could have set a new benchmark for reporting on the porn industry but neither did. I don’t know if it was fear or just laziness. But I just thought that they would be harder hitting pieces.



I don’t mean to say that they were not good articles, I guess what I am saying is that they just did not tell me anything that I did not already know. I guess I am just to deeply involved in all of this madness to be shocked by anything that is said about this case anymore. Some times I wish I had never heard of any of the parties involved but I guess it is to late for that now. So where do I think this is going now? Lets just hope that the trial gets going soon and the real info comes to light and we can all finally get to see what this all was really about. I know that some of you are wondering why I have done this blog post and to tell you the truth so am I. But the fact is this is my blog and I guess it is a place for me to post my feelings and I guess I just did.


And speaking of my feelings I just have to say that it sickens me to read the bullshit that horses ass Damon Kruezer is posting on other people’s blogs about the recent tragic death of Danny Roddick. How dare he think that this tragedy is something to crow about? No one cares who posted the story first Damon. A young man has died and he was loved by many and he had a family and friends. Did any of this occur to you? Does it matter that you and your lies hurt people? From what I have seen it apparently does not, which in my opinion would explain allot about how so many people feel about you.




Danny Roddick rest in peace and may you be free of the tortures of mortal life. God bless your soul.

They are selling 40% share of the online Video on Demand operation. From the reports that I have seen it is a quite lucrative operation. It could net someone a nice little chunk of change. Lets see who the lucky new part owner will be.

All proceeds are for Harlow's defense fund. As for the sell of the home that will be split down the middle to benefit both Joe and Harlow. From what I have been told their trials are still being held together and there are no deals with the prosecution at this time to speak of.
So it is still the same struggle to keep their defense teams in place.
These Guys need our help to get a fair trial with good legal representation so bid on what you want and help them get just that.

The drivers license dilemma

Well some are back to making claims that Sean Lockhart’s age is wrong again. Well I find it interesting that these same people who claim that he is over 21 just don’t really have a clue.
I for one know that the Washington State Drivers license is real.

The California one is the fake. Why do those who claim this, not do the simple research required to prove their point? Well it is because they just don’t care for facts. They’re goal is to bash Sean and make him look bad because it feeds a sick need they have to destroy another life.
I for one have been sitting by and watching their tirades and blog battles and have not had too much to say about it. But I thought that now is the time to just set the record straight once and for all.
You see in California there are certain formats that a drivers license is done in. When you get your first license at 16 it expires 4 years later or on your 20th birthday . When you get your next license it expires 4 years later. After 21 years of age the format of the license changes. The fake Id that Sean used would make him over 25 years of age as per the format used. So in effect it is a fake ID. The pictures reverse and the red banner is removed on your license once you turn 25 years of age or you get a license after you turn 21. The one that says age 21 in whatever year you turn 21 would be the license Sean would have now. The fake one that Sean used for Cobra Video was the wrong format. It is very fake if you ask me because it says that he is 21 now and the format is wrong if it was issued in april of 2003.

Just goes to show how diligent Cobra Video was with they’re ID checking. Their 2257 records must have been destroyed for a good reason. Probably to hide the fact that they were not that accurate and did not adhere to the standards set for the industry. I really don’t know and really don’t care because Cobra Video is no longer a viable entity in the porn world because they no longer have any records. Cobra video was not supposed to live on after Bryan’s death as a family business. Bryan’s Last will and testament stated that all assets were to be sold and the proceeds split among his heirs listed in his will.
Cobra video was not listed in the will, as was any real or specific property other than the Rolex watch, which was to go to Bryan’s father. So I guess Cobra was to be sold like the cars and the property. Maybe that is why there is such a big stink about the 2257 records still existing. With out the 2257 records Cobra Video has no value and all the videos should not and can not be legally sold. Maybe that is why there is such a big stink about the fake license to create a smoke screen to detract from the fact that Cobra is a illegal company and they are selling what can only be called contraband at the present time. We will have to wait and see if that is a fact. But as far as I’m concerned it does not look good for Cobra.

Well I’m not one to pat myself on the back, who am I kidding yes I am because I stated several months ago that the Cobra Video records were destroyed and I was called a liar for saying it. That in of it self is a quite interesting story for some other time maybe. The real news here is that a fellow blogger is making a big stink about it now and he has a brilliant post about it on his blog, Dewayne in SD. I highly recommend it to all of the interested readers who are following this saga.





In related news: It looks like some documents that were not destroyed after the murder of Bryan Kocis will be very damning to someone very close to him. His "Best friend" may be facing some prison time for falsifying documents with regards to the age of one of the models for Cobra Video. We will just have to wait and see about that one.
It looks like the documents were entered in to the court records of the civil trail between LSG Media and Cobra Video. So it would appear they are court records. Now how damning is that?

In other Breaking news: It would appear that Joe Kerekes has a new place to post his thoughts on the Internet. Contrary to popular belief , Oh who am I kidding, Damian Luezer claims that he is writing this for Joe. That is total bullshit. Damian is basing that claim on a letter he received from Joe when Damian was making claims of a $5,500.00 donation to Harlow’s defense fund. Joe sent Damian a letter demanding $3,000.00 dollars of the fake donation as a joke. Joe knew that no donation existed. By the way that was the same donation that Damian used to help Joe and Harlow get their house back with. This was also the same time that Damian had his mysterious hospital stay. You know when he almost died from an aneurysm. People all I have to say is that Damian is luezing his mind. He has broken the bullshit meter on this one. How cell phones work.
Well just a little info about Cellphones. They have dedicated towers for different companies. So if you have sprint your phone will first ping a sprint tower. If you have a dual band phone which I have it will roam or search for a signal. It will only do this if you have the phone set up to do this though. My phone will also roam on any tower as long as it is set up to do so. The latest in cell phone technology is that all new phones have a locator chip so in the case of an emergency the highway patrol can locate you. This is a GPS type of chip but it does not work like a standard GPS device. It relies on tower triangulation. A tower is pinged and they base it on the signal strength of your phone between several towers and they can locate you. It is actually fairly accurate up to 100 yards. So if the tower that both of Joe’s cell phones pinged was for Joe and Harlow’s service company then Joe’s phone would have pinged the same tower. You see there are several towers in the same area but do they all cover the same companies? Cell phones ping a tower and then the call goes through conventional phone lines and then to the tower nearest you and it locates your phone and your call is completd. So if the service provider only had the one tower in the area it would use that tower unless your phone was roaming. Then it would ping the nearest tower. We have all had dropped calls so we know that the technology is good but it is no way near perfect. Also as you travel your phone will jump form tower to tower along your travel path. This is done by the circutry in your phone and the information it sends to the nearest cell tower. I'm sure that if you turn your phone off it can take a few seconds for it to be operational again when you turn it back on. it will search for a signal and that is how it locates a tower. It is this process that allows you to travel with your phone and stay in contact with the person that you are talking to. So in effect a Cellphone is a digital two-way radio. This information is from the Sprint and Verizon websites.

To me it looks like Chris is rising fast in the internet galaxy as a star to be reckoned with. Now there are nude pictures of Chris on the Internet and he looks like anything but a girl. That boy is packing some serious man stuff. I just have to say that he is funny and hot all at the same time.


So I get this email from a friend and it leads me to a link and I go there and I have never laughed so hard in my life. This little queen is deranged, but in a good way. Soon to be a international star in my opinion. Chris Crocker rocks. So let the show begin.

Premlinary Hearing Day Two

Update Two Charges Dropped: The burglary charges and the conspiracy to commit burglary charges were dropped.

Grant Roy, was the first to testify in Day two of the preliminary hearing. He is an adult film producer in California, he testified to conversations he had with Joseph Kerekes and Harlow Cuadra the two men accused in the killing gay twink porn film producer Bryan Kocis. For 1 hour and 16 minutes, Grant Roy testified as a prosecution witness during the preliminary hearing for Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes. Roy, the first witness to testify on the second day of the hearing, admitted that he knew investigators were electronically recording the conversation he had with Cuadra and Kerekes. The conversation took place at Blacks Beach near San Diego, Calif., in April where Cuadra , Kerekes, Lockhart and Roy talked about the murder. Prior to taking the witness stand, Roy said he reviewed a transcript of a recording investigators made at a nude beach where Cuadra and Kerekes allegedly admitted to being inside Kocis' home on Jan. 24. His testimony followed what was said in the affidavit quite well

Grant Roy, testified the two men (Caudra and Kerekes) who are accused of killing the Bryan kocis in January described the interior of his home and described details of how the murder transpired. But, Roy also testified that neither Cuadra nor Kerekes ever specifically admitted to committing the crime, but referenced it in vague terms. Roy testified that "Harlow said Bryan never saw it coming". "He said it sounded sick, but it made him feel good in a way, like he got even." Roy said Harlow and Joe, inspected Bryan's Midland Drive home before Harlow arrived for his scheduled meeting with Bryan Kocis on Jan. 24. Roy testified "...they also made an observation that there was no peep hole in the door so the only way Bryan could see who was at the front door was to open the front door," Roy testified to questions asked by Luzerne County Assistant District Attorney Michael Melnick. Roy testified. He said Harlow told him he shared a bottle of wine with Kocis, but Kocis drank most of the bottle.

Roy also testified, Harlow said he arranged a meeting with Kocis by saying he was interested in modeling for him. Roy then said Harlow became worried that Bryan recognized who he really was, but then the doorbell rang. "At that time, Brian got up, stumbled to the door, and that was it," Cuadra said. "It went really quick." Roy’s testimony seems to have placed Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes in the home of Brian Charles Kocis the night the adult film producer was murdered. Roy said Cuadra and Kerekes had indicated that authorities wouldn't take the investigation seriously because Kocis was gay. Roy testified that "They felt...because Bryan was gay, the Dallas Township Police Department would put it on the back burner," Roy testified.
Roy said Cuadra and Kerekes had stolen records from Kocis' company, Cobra Video, pornographic DVDs, three computer towers, two laptop computers and Kocis' Rolex watch.

Roy further testified that Cuadra "incinerated" the items because Cuadra considered them "too hot," in which, would link Cuadra to the murder.
On cross-examination by Cuadra's lawyer, William Ruzzo, Roy said he never directly asked Cuadra and Kerekes if they killed Kocis. Roy also testified that neither Cuadra nor Kerekes ever specifically admitted to committing the crime at 60 Midland Drive in Dallas Township, but referenced it in vague terms.
Roy remained composed during his testimony, carefully answering questions from Luzerne County Assistant District Attorney Michael Melnick, and defense lawyers Frank Nocito and William Ruzzo.

State police Trooper Brian Murphy, testifying during the preliminary hearing for Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes, said an e-mail account of dmbottom.com was set up Jan. 22 using an IP address registered to Cuadra. The IP address registered to Cuadra was also traced as the source where pictures of Cuadra were sent to Kocis' company, Cobra Video. Kocis' company received an application from a person who identified himself as Danny Moilin on Jan. 22, the same day dmbottom.com was established under Cuadra's registered IP address. The application was for a new model for Cobra Video. Soon after the application was submitted, Kocis and Moilin began emailing one another setting up an appointment. Murphy said he was also able to trace e-mail communications from dmbottom.com through an IP address using a wireless air card beginning on Jan. 23.

Investigators believe Cuadra identified himself as Danny Moilin in an attempt to disguise his true identity. Brian Murphy testified, Kocis exchanged about three dozen emails from an account with an IP address registered to Cuadra. Some of the emails included what appeared to be pictures of Cuadra, although the author of the emails identified himself as Danny Moilin. Murphy said the dmbottom.com e-mail was used to communicate with Kocis between Jan. 22 and Jan. 24. Trooper Brian Murphy, testified the e-mail account was solely used to communicate with Bryan and was last used on Jan. 25, a day after Kocis was found dead inside his Dallas Township home. Murphy also testified that it was through these emails, Kocis and Danny made arrangements to meet the night of the murder, the investigator said. The last communication occurred around 7:15 p.m., about an hour before firefighters responded to a structure fire at Kocis' home and found him inside slashed and stabbed to death.
Murphy also testified that an e-mail registered to Joseph Kerekes was logged onto at 7:43 p.m. on Jan. 24, around the time when a witness saw a light colored sport utility vehicle in the driveway at Bryan Kocis' Dallas Township home.

Kerekes' co-defense lawyer, Joseph Nocito, was able to determine, upon questioning of Murphy, that Kerekes' e-mail was accessed at 7:43 p.m. on Jan. 24.

During a jailhouse interview in July, said he was at the Fox Ridge Inn motel in Plains Township using his e-mail account.

State Police CPL. Leo Hannon testified about a Surveillance video from a Virginia Beach, Va., pawn shop that shows Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes allegedly buying weapons on Jan. 23, a day before Bryan Kocis was killed in Dallas Township. In one of the videos, Cuadra, 26, and Kerekes, 33, are standing with their backs to the camera looking into a glass display case. State police Cpl. Leo Hannon Jr. said a receipt - time stamped at 9:44 a.m. on Jan. 23 - was for the purchase of a Smith and Wesson handgun, ammunition and a folding knife with a five-inch blade. Luzerne County Coroner Dr. Jack Consalvo earlier had testified that he believed at a minimum a three-inch smooth-edged knife was used in the murder. A knife was found inside Kocis' home.

Hannon said Cuadra rented a silver Nissan Xterra from a Virginia Beach car rental business on Jan. 23. Hannon said. The mileage out was 21,357 and had 22,409 miles on it when it was returned on Jan. 25. Hannon said the distance between Virginia Beach where Cuadra and Kerekes resides to the Greater Wilkes-Barre area is 770 miles driving along the coast and 900 miles driving through central Virginia.

State police Cpl. Leo Hannon Jr. testified that signals from two cell phones registered to Joseph Kerekes were processed through a cellular tower on Country Club Road in Dallas Township, a short distance from the Midland Drive home of Bryan Kocis, Hannon said the calls were made at 8:34 p.m. (actually it was 8:37pm when the fire was reported) on Jan. 24, the exact same time firefighters were dispatched to Kocis' home for a fire. Kocis was found dead by firefighters on a couch inside his home. Hannon said two neighbors - who live on Midland Drive - identified the color, manufacturer and model of a Nissan Xterra, the same vehicle Cuadra had rented in Virginia Beach on Jan. 23 and returned two days later. The sport utility vehicle was seen by neighbors at Kocis' home on Jan. 24.

Well it looks like Joseph Kerekes and Harlow Cuadra will be bound over and face criminal homicide and related charges in connection to the slaying of local gay porn producer Bryan Kocis in Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas.
District Judge James E. Tupper held the charges against Harlow Cuadra, 26, and Joseph Kerekes, 33, to court after a two-day preliminary hearing.
Investigators allege the two men killed Kocis whom they considered their main rival in the gay pornographic production business.

Assistant District Attorneys Michael Melnick and Tim Doherty prosecuted.
Attorneys Frank Nocito and Joseph Nocito represent Kerekes.
Attorneys William Ruzzo and Thomas Cometa represent Cuadra.
Cuadra and Kerekes remain jailed without bail.
