What is all this really about?

When I first started to write about this murder case I never thought it would be so complicated. I thought it was just a revenge killing but it has turned into much more than that. There is so much information that has not been released and so much innuendo surrounding what has been released that it is a bit too much for some to deal with. All of the parties that are involved in this sordid tale have their own agendas.
That being said I have to also add that some of us do not believe all the hype surrounding it. Joe and Harlow have been accused of killing Bryan Kocis and there is some damning evidence against them. But the real questions that most of us have goes to the why they would do it? As the police claim it was because of a "porn studio rivalry". Yet if you check out the Internet there are literally hundreds of sites on the Internet that are doing the same thing as Cobra. So as to the motive I guess the police assume that Joe
and Harlow would systematically go about killing all of they’re competition. Maybe they were doing it alphabetically, who knows what their plan was. But it still makes no sense to me. As to them wanting to kill Bryan, a man that they really did not know that much about as to them using US People search to get info on him. As I have said before, you are innocent until proven guilty but as I have read on several blogs they have already been convicted with out a trial. It looks like the Salem witch trials all over again.
You see the police only have to show just cause when they want to arrest you. There is no solid proof in the affidavit just supposition and circumstantial evidence. As to all the "evidence" presented against Joe and Harlow I still do believe that they should be afforded a fair trial. But the State of Virginia is seeing to it that they won’t get one by seizing all of their assets and dragging there feet with the court proceedings. I will just say this let the courts decide what their fate will be but at least let them mount a fair defense. That is why I am trying to help by publicizing the efforts of those who are trying to help them raise money for a decent defense. We really should wait for the trial for all of the other evidence to come out pertaining to the details that are alluded to in the affidavit. As to them wanting to work with Sean Lockhart that I can kind of understand, but the real question is if they wanted to work with Sean Lockhart why did Sean and Grant have to contact them? That also does not make much sense to me as well.
As to Sean Lockhart AKA Brent Corrigan we all must also be aware that he is followed by scandal wherever he goes. He started in this business with a lie and they seem to follow him wherever he goes. It seems that everyone and everything he gets involved with ends badly. I’m not being mean here that is just a stated perception of what I have witnessed. So why would Joe and Harlow fall prey to him? Joe and Harlow did not look for Sean Lockhart or Grant Roy, it was quite the opposite Sean and Grant looked them up. They were looking for models to work for the failed venture Brent Corrigan online. All this was done during a nasty civil suit with Bryan Kocis who ran Cobra Video. Bryan had succeeded in stopping them from making money with their web-site and they went to their fans and asked for donations to help with their legal bills and day to day expenses. They finally decided to settle the civil suit with Cobra Video, which I might add, was not a particularly strong case for Cobra Video. Sean was fighting to keep the name Brent Corrigan, a name that is now tainted with death. A simple solution would have been to loose the name and move on and Bryan would have no hold on Sean and Grant. But as we have all seen that was not the case. As to the dinner in Vegas allot has been said about it and there is some info as to what was discussed but that is only one-sided at best. We know that Sean and Harlow took a picture or two together that night as well. We also know that Joe and Harlow left Vegas in the next day or so. They also sent out a message to their subscribers stating; they were going to be working with Sean and Grant and that they had a new distribution deal for their videos.
We also have Jody Wheelers conveniently deleted post were Sean says that "Joe and Harlow fucked everything up" and that they were also on the run. The on the run part I get because Joe and Harlow were not home during the early morning search of their home in February. Question: Sean what did Joe and Harlow really fuck up? Why did you ask Joe and Harlow to come to Vegas? Did you want a free meal that bad or did you want to fill they’re head with your sad tail about Bryan and all he did to you? I know we do not know what was really said and that will most likely only come out in court. There is speculation that Sean and Grant hired them to kill Bryan. But that is clearly speculation and has not been proven. As to motive it would seem that Sean and Grant had a stronger motive to do this than anyone who has so far been mentioned. But as has been mentioned on several blogs they are working with the police on this investigation. So you would think that would rule them out of the equation. But there are several people who do not agree with that as well. So we have different groups who are claiming that Sean and Grant have to be complicate in this murder. It seems that this whole thing started with a lie and it continues to go forward with more lies. The other thing that has been mentioned is in regards to Cobra Video is that they were under investigation by federal authorities for making underage porn. If that is true then it could explain some of the secrecy surrounding this murder. As far as I know that is just speculation on the part of some posters.
These same posters are also claiming that there are dirty officials in the Luzerne County Justice System. And they are using Sean Lockhart’s refusal to go back to Pennsylvania as their main evidence. But to the casual observer this could be plausible with the recent resignation or retirement of President Judge Michael Conahan. There have been many allegations made about him and he was the presiding Judge on the child molestation case against Bryan Kocis and he is also the Judge who signed the order to reduce his sentence. He is also the same judge who reviewed all the video evidence that the police had collected against Kocis and declared it to be OK to be returned to him. This also made it possible for Kocis to not have to register as a sex offender and it also made it possible for him to continue in the pornography business. Something that under Megan’s Law he would not be allowed to do. If justice had been served in 2001 he would not have been running Cobra Video in 2004 and would not have gotten mixed up with Sean Lockhart. There is another question that I have, why when they had a video of him having sex with an underage boy was he not convicted of statutory rape? That was the first mistake of many that were made. Why when there was an inquiry as to his status as a sex offender was his record and the charges changed to a reduced charge making him exempt for Megan's Law? Who was behind the change of his charges and why? We have also seen that there is a large amount of people who have commented on the blogs that Sean lied about his age and is in fact 21 years old. That is not the case though he is 20 at the time of this post and there is ample evidence to prove his age. There are many that do not believe his claims that he was underage when he worked for Cobra Video. Bryan was going to make him pay for telling the truth, a truth he himself had known since 2004 when he paid for the fake ID for him. Now it appears that this issue is being raised again as some sort of smoke screen to divert attention fro what is really going on here.
Bryan was a control freak and he did not want “his models” to talk to the press or even their fans. He used intimidation and threats to control his models. There are not many former Cobra models who have come forward to tell their stories. But that is changing and the few who have come forward are shedding a new light on who Bryan Kocis really was. And the picture is not a pretty one. Sean was not just a model at Cobra Video he was a victim as well but he was much more ingrained in the dealings of Cobra Video than has been said publicly. Cobra Video was not a huge company by industry standards in the last 6 years they have only released around 22 videos and 4 of them are considered underage porn because they featured a then an under-aged Brent Corrigan in them. Those titles have been pulled from the market. The funny thing is those pulled videos were some of the most lucrative videos Cobra ever produced. That is what the whole civil suit was really about, the fact that Sean Lockhart put a stop to the gravy train at Cobra video. You see Sean knew his value there and he released his true age to get out of his contract and to move on to his own company and make the big bucks he thought were going to be in his future. And in order to do that he needed the name Brent Corrigan. Bryan was not at all pleased with that and decided to get him back anyway he could. So he set up a bogus lawsuit in Pennsylvania to get Sean to come back and when that did not work he filed a real civil suit in California. Bryan spent allot of money on this case and for what you might ask? He would not gain any money from it if he won, Sean and Grant were broke. What Bryan really wanted was to control Sean and to get his valid ID so he could sell his other videos with Sean in them. He also wanted to try and restore his name and remove all of the negativity that surrounded it. But that was not meant to be you see he was murdered before the settlement agreement could really take effect. Yes the settlement was signed by all parties involved but the only thing that really came out of it was that Sean and Grant could open up their members site to new subscribers and the title of a video was changed. There are a few other people who are involved in this as well and to what extent we can not be sure.
There is Lee Bergeron who is the principal shareholder at LSG Media a company that Sean and Grant have since abandoned. The reason stated is that Lee has taken control of the company and will not pay Sean for the videos that he shot for the company and is keeping all of the profits from Sean and Grant. It has also been said that Lee had a backdoor deal with Bryan to sell his share of LSG Media to Bryan after the settlement was finalized but Bryan was killed before that could happen.
Then we have Robert Wagner who was the right hand man for Bryan Kocis and his second cameraman on some of his video shots. Robert was the associate who received the pictures of Harlow and is said to be one of the main witnesses for the prosecution in the case against Joe and Harlow. Robert was in the home of Bryan Kocis in the days prior to the murder and some seem to think he was there on the day of the murder as well. We do have him calling Bryan on the 24th of January. Do we know where he was calling from and if it was really him calling Bryan or some one he told to call Bryan to give him a alibi. What is the real truth behind Robert Wagner and Bryan Kocis. So now you kind of have the whole picture of who is involved and what they’re association is. As you can see that this is a very confusing and complicated case all around.

Update: Joe and Harlow were picked up this morning at 7:59AM by the Pennsyvania Police. They are on there way to Luzerne County. We do not know when rthey will be arraigned. I will keep you posted.

After fighting extradition from Virginia since May, two male escorts accused of murdering a Back Mountain man should soon be in the custody of local law enforcement.

Harlow Cuadra, 25, and Joseph Kerekes, 33, are expected to arrive at the Pennsylvania State Police barracks in Wyoming this afternoon. They are then expected to be arraigned before District Magisterial Judge James E. Tupper. Business partners in a gay male escort service and several pornographic Web sites, the couple conspired to kill Bryan Charles Kocis, a rival adult film producer, in his Dallas Township home at 60 Midland Drive, police allege. Authorities arrested the two in May in Virginia Beach, Va. The pair refused to waive extradition to Pennsylvania to face murder charges, forcing the Luzerne County district attorney's office to seek a warrant signed by Gov. Ed Rendell. Cuadra and Kerekes continued to fight extradition until their attorneys decided there were no grounds to contest the governor's warrant. Investigators found Kocis' body on the charred remains of his living room couch after responding to the house fire at around 8:30 p.m. on Jan. 23. The 44-year-old's neck was slashed and his torso stabbed 28 times, then set on fire, according to the autopsy report. Police said Cuadra and Kerekes killed Kocis because they wished to employ one of his premier actors, 19-year-old Sean Lockhart, who was embroiled in a long contract dispute with Kocis.

The Whole Truth.

As some of you may have read on a few other blogs that I have told a lie. I should not have done so and was warned that it might affect my credibility. I thought at the time that it was a good idea and I was going to go ahead with it but I decided not to. Well I helped to spread the story of the backup copies of the Cobra Video 2257 records instead. Why did I do this you ask? Well I wanted to see who would start spreading lies about Cobra Video, and low and behold it did happen. Funny thing is it is just an email that was sent to people who were on the Cobra mailing list. There has been no press release or mention of it in any Industry sites at all, only on the blogs. Eurocreme has made no mention of the impending purchase yet and they are said to be the buyers. Why would Eurocreme buy a company that they already have an exclusive distribution deal with? Does not make any sense to me at all. I have been told by several reliable sources that the Cobra Video 2257 records no longer exist. And the police have said it as well. I have also heard that certain parties are lying to the former models to get them to resubmit their 2257 data. They are telling the models that it is required. Just so you know that is a lie. The records are gone and the models are not responsible for replacing them.

I have also been accused by a certain blogger that I do not care about Harlow and Joe’s defense. That is a blatant lie and you know it. I have been working on this blog since day one trying to get at the truth. Yet the truth is very elusive and this case is much bigger than any of us are aware of. I really can not go into much of the horrific detail of it. But suffice to say it is big mess for all involved.
I have also been accused of changing my mind on several occasions. Funny thing is I still believe the same thing that I believed from the start. That the truth is out there and there are way to many people out they’re trying to hide it and protect their own butts from harm. That is understandable but the sad part is that Bryan’s intimidation tactics have continued long after his death due to certain bloggers. Lets face it the boys have no power over anyone, but they and their flying monkies are trying desperately to block the truth from coming out. They have a single-track mind and they do not want the truth, they want lies and innuendo but not the truth. They deny all that is negative about Bryan Kocis and they expect you to believe it.



Harlow and Joe were in contact with me before they were arrested and the never gave me any indication that they would or could do something like this. I was shocked at their arrest and I thought the affidavit had some damning evidence in it but it just seems a little to perfect for me. The motive the police have used is suspect and reads like a post that I made in February on Jason’s blog. I have been in contact Harlow and as a matter of fact I spoke with him today and he wanted me to post certain information. So I will do that for him. Please take this seriously; as there are people’s lives at stake here and they need all the help that they can get. The State of Virginia disqualified their attorney from representing them; Barry Talor did not remove himself from the case as some have posted. Then the State of Virginia seized all their assets under the guise that they were money laundering yet they paid taxes on their earnings. Funny that, would not Virginia be complicate in that case as well since they profited for ill gotten gain? The state of Virginia is dragging their feet on this issue as well and now their creditors are repossessing all of their property because they are in default on their payments due to being arrested. So as I see it the cards are pretty much staked against them. Harlow is in effect posting on his blog with the help of a friend, PC and Jason it really is him. Harlow has spoken to Jason Curious and Jason you should apologize for the threat you made to Harlow on his blog, that threat has seriously hurt his donations. PC there is someone posting on Harlow’s blog claiming to be you. I think we have that part cleared up. We know who it is and that is being dealt with. Harlow’s defense fund is for real as well. The funds are going to pay for his attorney, which he so desperately needs at this time. Harlow told me that he did not do this and I believe him. There is information that I can not reveal at this time as to why I believe him, as it would seriously jeopardize his case. And there is information that I don't want to know as well as it could get me too involved and I feel that I could do more good with out the authorities breathing down my neck. Harlow also wanted me to tell you that he was born in Miami Florida in Jackson Memorial Hospital, which is something that most of you would not know about him. As to the conversation that Damon Kreuzer claims to have had with him that is a lie. Harlow did not speak him before they were arrested; it was Joe all along.
Harlow and Joe have had very limited contact with each other while in jail. They are kept separate from each other and only see each other when they have court dates and are kept separate even then. They have not been alone together since the 15th of May 2007. As to BB's claim that I am not trying to help Joe and Harlow that is an out and out lie, BB you have never gone in for facts, you just spout your lies and hope people believe them. I am not a member of the "Sean Camp" as you claim I am a member of the "Truth Camp". you should join it, it is much nicer here. As far as Damon is concerned he is posting on Harlow’s blog as various people and I will not mention the names here, but believe me we know which ones they are. As far as updates to the Boybatter site they are coming soon and they will be hot so check them out. They are working with other sites to get new content up and want their members to know that they are still here.
The site is still up and running for all to see. Can’t say that about BCO can you? So as I see it Harlow really needs our help on this. Please help him get a fair trial and a good attorney. They are trying to retain Bill Russo as his trial attorney but he desperately needs money to do so. If all my readers donated a couple of dollars it would be a great help. So if you can see it in your heart to help him out please do so any small amount will do. There are links on his blog for this and it has also been confirmed that this really is Harlow and the defense fund is for real. As to Harlow he is fine for now but the news media is putting stuff out there that is making it hard for him right now. The pictures they are using of him if you get my drift or not the smartest thing for the news media to post esspecialy when you can watch the news in jail. So far there have been no incidents but you never know. He is in good sprits considering his currant situation . Harlow says "As far as Brent Corrigan is concerned he is only out to protect his own butt and does not care about who gets hurt in the process". I can only pray that Harlow will be ok and that he gets a fair trial.

Harlow Speaks II

Harlow is back on his blog with the help of a friend. He has made a post in reference to the lies perpetrated by Damon Kruezer. In it he basically sets the record straight on the correspondence between he and Damon Kruezer. He quashes the rumors about a upcoming book and he sets the record straight about all the letters that were written and a few other things as well. It would appear that Damon is trying to make a buck off of the misery of Joe and Harlow. Well it looks like I have been vindicated as to my statements about Damon in reference to Harlow. What I find quite sad is that Damon thinks people believe the lies he made up. he makes a post about donations that he collected in the amount of $5,500.00 that have never been received by Joe or Harlow. When he is called upon to deliver he gets a serious illness and is hospitalized yet he continues to post nasty comments on several blogs under his various aliases. To me it looks like another one of his blatant falsehoods. And he calls me a hater and all sorts of other nasty names and he does the same to several other bloggers. While he still tries to claim he is in the know. The main thing that I know about Damon is that he is a nasty self-promoting leach on society and he should be squashed like the cockroach he is.
Harlow basically sets the record straight on his blog as to what is what. He talks about their legal situation and there attorney situation and why they have separate attorneys.
Jason Ridge has a helped to start a web-site to help with the defense fund for Harlow and there is also a site for Joe and Harlow’s mother has setup one for her son as well. So if you can find it in your Heart to help someone out in a time of need then make a donation to their Legal defense fund, every little bit will help. It would appear that the state of Virginia keeps postponing the Rico hearing. It would also appear that they want all of the possessions of Joe and Harlow to go into default so that they don’t have to deal with it. This I find really quite sad, the state of Virginia really does not have much of a leg to stand on as far as the Rico charges go because they received tax revenue from the proceeds from Joe and Harlow’s businesses. So my questions is what is the hold up? I say stop the proceedings and let them sell their assets and get a decent legal defense. Because if they don’t get a decent defense they can appeal an undesirable verdict and this case go on forever. As to who killed Bryan Kocis, I was not there and I can not say who did it. I can say that the Constitution says that you are innocent until proven guilty by a court of law. So let the courts decide their fate not the blogs.

You would think that with as much information that we have all seen pertaining to this subject that all the mad speculation would stop. Guess not, there has to be some scandal to keep everyone interested. I guess when the real story comes out, and it will you all will just be stunned into silence. Bryan is dead and there is more to his murder than any of you can imagine. Brent/Sean and many of the other Cobra models are lucky young men to still be alive because they were mixed up in some serious shit with Cobra Video. There are so many lies being told about who did what to who that you can not really get to the truth. There are so many emotional queens who are all yelling about whatever at the top of their lungs about this story that it is hard to see what is real.
As for Lee Bergeron one day a house is going to fall on you. always happens to bad witches and the munckins shall rejoice, a house fell on the wicked witch of the east and now the wicked witch from the west is next. This is not a death threat by any means it is just a euphemism to say that your day in the spotlight will come.
As for all the anon's or the flying monkeys you know who you are and we do too. Welcome back Jim I see you popped your head up like a ground hog and we will have another 3 months of hell on the blogs. Well I have said my piece about Brent and now about Damon Kruezer or who ever he claims to be this week. Damon you are not a credible source in this whole saga and you are pissed that no one is taking you seriously. So in your angst you attack other bloggers and try to spread lies about them, you have tried to align your self with people only to be shot down for you lies and ignorance. You lied to Joe and Harlow about the donations you collected and when it came time to deliver you fake a serious illness to get out of it yet. But the whole time you were supposedly in the hospital on life support your alter egos were posting away on the blogs. you really must think the world is full of idiots like you if you expect us to believe your lies. Get real Damon and just go away and leave well enough alone. Go make up some more lies about Falcon Studios and Matthew Rush. We all know the truth about you and your lies. You can't put a spin on published fact. I have the court papers about you mothers eviction and the reason why she was evicted. The latest in the Kocis case.

Well it seems that Cobra Video has risen like a phoenix from the ashes to be a viable entity in the world of porn. With great promises of being bigger and better and new content we will just have to wait and see what Jeffery the new webmaster has in store for the fans of Cobra Video. Well I guess Joe and Harlow did not destroy the records like the affidavit said. It seems that the new 2257 record keeper is non other than the Pennsylvania Police department. What I find strange is that the production of pornography is illegal in Pennsylvania yet the police are now directly involved in an illegal enterprise. Kind of makes you wonder.

There is also news of new content available on the Brent Corrigan online web-site as well.
Jeremey the webmaster left a little message about it the other day. By the way I would like to wish Jeremey a belated happy 21st birthday . It would appear that Sean is back to blogging again. Let’s see how long this lasts. Yet he made no mention about the new content on the blog. Well I guess there is still some internal turmoil over at LSG Media as proven by this message to a reader. Just to keep the record straight, I have not yet been paid one cent for my work here on the blog, the scenes I have filmed that you enjoy in the Member’s Site, and any of the promo work I have done for this website and this company (LSG Media. LLC).

Also, I no longer work actively here because of this reason, so if you have complaints about content or quality, you’ll have to take that up with Lee Bergeron and ‘Jeremy’. BCO News Flash: I would appear that the Star attraction over at BCO is calling it quits after a long and protracted legal battle with Cobra Video and now Lee Bergeron. Seems he has not been paid and is not going to promote the site that he helped to create since it has been hijacked by Lee Bergeron and Brent/Sean can not make posts or comments with out the fear of them being removed by the powers that be. Over on DeWayne’s blog there is an interesting post about BB and his connection to Robert Wagner/Aaron Phelps.
Robert happens to be the associate who received the picture of "Drake". Who it turns out was Danny Moilin/Harlow Cuadra the model who is under arrest with his lover Joe Kerekes for the murder of Bryan Kocis. This case is just getting more twisted. I have heard some jailhouse rumors that Harlow was drugged and was to be a victim of the infamous Cobra casting couch. And that is what set off the incident that culminated in the murder of Bryan Kocis. So maybe as he states in the affidavit "I know it sounds sick but I felt like I got revenge". Maybe he in fact did.
This is just hearsay at best and I can not confirm it but it sounds plausible to me. I guess they just did not want Sean and Grant to know that Bryan got the best of them. Who really knows, I am just as confused as the rest of you all on why this murder occurred.
You all may also remember BB was the blogger who briefly aligned himself with Damon Kruezer only to stab Damon in the back when Damon did not come through as promised with the information that BB requested. It seems that Damon promised BB the Juicygoo forum and did not come through as promised.
Damon is still talking about his friendship with Harlow and harping on the fact that he was last person to interview Harlow before he was arrested. Well a little birdie told me that Damon never interviewed Harlow at all but it was Joe Kerekes who he spoke to. You all know who Joe is don’t you? The infamous Mark/Joe/Trent or MJT for you who read my blog on a regular basis, he was the mouthpiece for the Norfolk Male Escorts, Boybatter and Harlow’s blog.
Fact is Harlow did not write any of it. Just thought I would let you all know that. If you would like to help with the defense fund for Joe and Harlow there is a link on my space to donate money. Their forfeiture hearing was a fiasco, as their Lawyer did not show up because he was under the impression that the hearing was postponed. I would think that if something were this important to your clients you would get your facts straight. I don’t know who told him that the proceedings were postponed but it sounds a little suspicious to me. The extradition is coming up and they need to get this all cleared up before that. Well it seems that Joe and Harlow are still in deep shit from where I sit. Let’s just hope their Lawyer gets his shit together.Harlow and Joe News Flash:The next scheduled hearing is on 06/27/07 where apparently the Forfeiture and Habeus Corpus are going to be heard together. News Flash: 6/27/07 Looks like the boys might be off to PA sooner than we thought. The habious corpes moption was canncelled and the property forefiture hearing is moved to July 3,2007. I hope all works out for them.

Well the truth is I have been know to do that but only in extreme circumstances. Damon's idiotic comments were one of those times. And now it appears he is making personal threats to me and Julien. I just wonder what is next Damon. Your issues are staring to piss me off and I will go to the authorities if I have to. You don't have a clue who you are messing with and you really need to take careful consideration before you proceed with your lunatic rantings. Here is something else that I find kind of strange, there is so much talk about the infamous casting couch at Cobra Video but no one has come forward to say anything about it. There have been allot of people who have alluded to it but no conclusive evidence so far. I wonder what kind of hold Cobra Video has on their former models to make them keep quiet. Well if you have any info you can tell me and it can help clear this whole mess up.

Memories of Gay Pride

The first Gay Pride Parade that I ever went too as a Gay Boi was the one in 1980. It was an eye opening experience to say the least. I had come out in February of that year and was fairly new to the whole gay scene. You know when you live in the Bay Area you grow up with a slightly different attitude towards things. I had been to gay clubs but I was still under the impression that I was "straight". I mean I had a girlfriend and we had regular sex and did all the things that a couple would do but to say the least something was missing. She broke up with me which was a game she liked to play when she did not get her way and when I told her that this time would be the final time, she broke up with me anyway. I did not get back together with her and she was pissed because she did not get her way but to say the least I was free to be me. So I started to hang out and make new friends and renew friendships with people who I knew were gay. Soon I had a nice group of people who’s company I enjoyed. We were all talking about the whole gay pride thing one night and we all decided to go to the parade. My group of friends and I all met up in the Castro at the Patio Café for breakfast and plotted out our day. We got the parade route really early and staked out a good vantagepoint.
Mind you it was before cell phones and you had to be where you said you would be at a certain time or the chances of meeting up with your friends was slim. The parade started in the Castro and went to the Civic Center where the entertainment and concessions stands were.
The parade started with the roar of Dykes on Bikes and it was on from that point. Mind you this was before the Aids crisis and everyone was full of optimism and the sexual energy was fierce.
There were Floats from all the major clubs and the porn studios even had floats. There were hot half-naked men everywhere and my neck hurt from looking at all of them. Half way through the parade we started to walk to the Civic Center where we were going to a roof party on one of the office buildings. My friend Scott worked for the planning commission and the building had a roof garden.. From there you could see the whole plaza and watch the end of the parade and see and hear the main stage. It was a wild time up there we could see everything that was going on. We would go down to the plaza and hang out and then run back up to the roof. There were four different areas where clubs had set up outside dancing. There was any and every kind of food at the different booths. There were live acts on the stage form the music industry and comedy and politicians. I am a little foggy on this but I believe that music was Sylvester and Thelma Houston to name a couple of the musical acts. There were half a million people there from all over the world and it was a beautiful day. The whole thing was magical, the special brownies helped I’m sure but it is still a fairly vivid memory to this day. After the roof party ended we all went to the
Endup which as the name implies is just what it is, the bar where everyone ends up. it was so crowded but it was fun we danced and drank and partied until they closed then it was time to go to the Trocadaro Transfer. We partied and danced until the sun came up. It was a fun time and I had a blast. Oh to be twenty-one again with all that enthusiasm and energy again. This was the beginning of my journey of self-discovery and it is an ongoing process. There have been my other pride weekends since and hopefully god willing there will be plenty more.
This little trip down memory lane is all because it is upon us again. San Francisco pride is this next weekend and I may go after I get off work. It just depends on what my work schedule is like the following week. But if you are in the neighborhood you should go and experience on of the premiere Gay Pride events that this country has to offer. While you are there say a prayer for all those who are no longer here to celebrate with you and be nice to those who are here. Life is to short and unpredictable to make enemies. So have a happy and safe pride weekend and make some one proud of you.

Hello my dear readers, now as you all may well know I have made my opinion known on the whole bareback issue, but hot is hot and we will just leave it at that. The Voice of Reason II

I find it quite interesting that people have been saying that just because Sean Lockhart is sexually active that he can not be raped or molested. Where do these people come up with this shit? If someone forces sex on you and or has sex with you against your will it is rape and at the very least molestation. Rape by definition is a not a sex crime but it is a crime of power and control of the victim. It does not matter how many people you have sex with as soon as someone forces sex on you and it is not wanted it is rape. Any adult over the age of eight-teen who has sex with a fifteen-year-old is a rapist. There are reasons for sexual consent laws. The laws were put in place to protect children who are deemed not capable of making such a decision. Anyone who has sex with someone who is clearly underage runs the risk of serious jail time. There are other things that are illegal as well, owning or producing videotape with under-aged children engaged in sexual activity. Bryan Kocis is guilty of all of the crimes that I just mentioned he also filmed himself having sex with a fifteen-year-old boy. Yet he was only charged with possession of the videotape and that charge was reduced to corruption of a minor. In my opinion he should have been charged with the rape and the possession of underage porn. His lawyers excuse was that he did not acquire the documentation from the model prior to filming. That is bullshit and we all know it. Bryan was a pornographer and he knew the rules. As far a Sean Lockhart goes he was and still is a lying manipulative little shit yet Bryan Kocis molested him. You do not give Alcohol to a minor and then proceed to have sex with them while they are sleeping. That is wrong and we all know it, it does not matter if they are having sex on film or having sex period. If there is no consent it is molestation or rape. Bryan was an adult and he knew better than to do that. Just 3 years prior he was charged with in a similar case. I guess he did not learn from his mistake. You can candy coat it all you want but Bryan was a very sick man. Sean is not really any better he uses sex to get what he wants and will continue to do so for as long as he can. But no still means no, no matter what you do for a living.
Grant Roy is just as bad as the other 2 he is just a loud mouth and he is full of hate and it is this hate and vitriol that is the driving force behind the anger of so many posters on these blogs. I read the Juicygoo forum and the cobra killer blog and it has not colored my perception of any of the players in this mess. To me they are all just lost souls who need some serious guidance. The death of Bryan Kocis is sad but he knew his days were numbered. His actions and the way he treated people would lead one to believe that he would make a lot of enemies. His whole approach to the problem with Sean Lockhart was totally uncalled for yet he felt he was right. Grant Roy’s whole approach was wrong as well. He tried to bring Bryan’s information to the public but he chose the wrong avenue to do so. Sean cares only about one thing and it is that stupid name Brent Corrigan. He wanted it as well as Bryan because of some sort of assumed value that it held. But to me there is no value in the name the value was in the performer. Most people who watch porn don’t know who is in a porn movie and don’t really care about their name. The only thing that matters to most viewers is that the models are hot and the sex is hot. So in effect Bryan was killed because of a name that really would have done him no good to posses. What was Bryan going to do strip and do porn under that moniker or try and find some look a like to fill the role? The fact is it would not have worked. The main reason that Brent was so popular is because he looked illegal. His videos sold to the men who like young boys. It did not hurt that he is kind of cute but that was not his big selling point. I was because he looked illegal, under-aged, because he looked taboo. Sean Lockhart is a small man he stands 5’-7" tall and weighs around 130 lbs. He is a classic twink but he was much smaller when he started working for Bryan the truth be told when I saw the box cover of "Every Pool-boy’s Dream" I was shocked I could not believe that the cover-boy was legal, he looked 12 years old. But that is why the video sold so many copies.
It had nothing to do with Brent/Sean being cute because he was just your average looking teen boy. Sean did not come in to his looks until much later. At present there are many more models coming up through the ranks that are much hotter than Sean. The big Draw with Sean Lockhart now is his notoriety he has only done 9 videos that have been released and 4 you can’t get anymore and his performance in the ones that are available is lackluster at best. Harlow and Joe had the potential to be huge in the business but they were just impatient and look where it got them. Their company was putting out some very good product and the scenes were hot and the models were cute. Harlow being a twink is laughable at best. He was to well built to be a twink. I knew that all of there big and grand promotions were going to get them in trouble. I warned them about it but they did not listen. The fact that they are implicated in the death of Bryan Kocis is really quite sad. Their company had the potential to be huge with a little more time under its belt but I guess they were mislead or just not patient enough to wait. In my opinion because I have spoken to them both it just seems a little surreal that they would be involved in such a thing as this murder but then again anything is possible. To me it just does not fit the personalities of the people that I got to know. One thing that has been a recurring theme in this whole mess is the disdain for escorts. I find it quite strange that there is such a negative connotation placed on them. We are talking porn here people and to me it really is no different. It is people being paid to have sex with people that they may or may not know. So get a grip people it is not much of a real difference. I really can not believe that some of the people who are posting here are trying to put a value judgement on the people involved. If you watch porn you are no better than the people who make it are. If you have sex with strange men you are no better than an escort, actually the escort is smarter they are at least getting paid. Who made any of us the judge and the jury in this whole mess? There is so much stupidity among the readers and the posters on these blogs with regards to what is being said that it saddens me. No one is willing to listen and take this story for what it is; this is just a sad commentary on the gay population as a whole. Just a little question here how many of the people who are reading these blogs are actually telling their friends about it? I doubt very many of you are, because you are too embarrassed to admit that you got involved in this sordid mess. That is understandable because it is an embarrassment. This whole case is an embarrassment from the early actions of Bryan Kocis and Sean Lockhart and Grant Roy on the Juciygoo forum to the undeniably stupid murder of Bryan Kocis. Whatever side of the proverbial fence you are standing on you are still on a team of idiots. Because being involved in this at all makes us all idiots. It should have never gotten to this point and no one seemed to have the balls to take anyone of the main characters in this stupid plot aside and tell them that they were idiots. Well I take that back there was one and he was the attorney for LSG Media. And his only reason was because he was not making a profit from the stupidity. Sean Macias should have told Bryan that his actions were stupid but he was getting paid so he did not care. Aaron/Robert you were a friend of Bryan and so were you Cad, you are an attorney you should have told Bryan shut up and give up. DeWayne, Albert and Jody you should have taken Sean and Grant aside and told them to give it up and walk away from this mess. If a bully has no one to bully they go away or they find some one else to mess with. The gay porn industry as a whole should have stopped this. There were plenty of opportunities for any of those involved to speak up and take a stand but it would appear no one did. Sean and Grant you should take the most responsibility in this because through your public and very verbal stand and your enticement of your readers and the recruitment of people for your "team" you caused the most damage. With out you Joe and Harlow would not have become involved and with out your lies to them the "idea" to murder or destroy would most likely have never come up. And you're hatred would not have affected them as it has affected so many who read all of the various blogs. I just have one thing to say to you and it is that you are a cancer on the gay population as a whole. You have infected people world wide with your hate speak and it needs to stop. There is no need for anyone to respond to this post. I just want everyone to read it and understand that this bullshit needs to stop and we all just need to move on. This did not effect any of us, as we would like to think it did. None of the people reading this are in jail facing murder charges or have a porn career that is never going to amount to much or have the eternal guilt associated with what was said to incite such violence. We can all go about our lives and feel no guilt by association. We don’t have to sit here and berate those involved anymore we should be trying to heal. There are those who claim that they want to know the truth but are unwilling to accept it when it is given to them because it is not what they want to hear and you all know who you are. To you I say move on because you will never be happy with the outcome. This is just going to get messier and nastier as the days go on and you should leave while you still can so that you don’t get dirty. All who are truly involved are dirty and covered with the filth of all of this and it will never wash off.
