The under dog

It seems that I have been trying to stick up for the underdogs my whole life and it has not helped the cause one bit. I have been accused of all manner of things and I just think that it is funny that my accusers are on a mission to make me out as some kind of monster. Well that is your prerogative and you can do and say what ever you want about me if it makes you feel better.

I no longer care to get involved in the controversies of those who lie and cheat and steal and murder. That is what we have courts and lawyers for and I am neither. In the 50 years that I have been on this planet I have come to the conclusion that you can not please some people and no matter what you say there will always be someone who will take issue with it.

So I will only be blogging about things that I deem important to me and if you don't like it well then there are millions of other blogs to read. To those who think they have won the fight good for you. To those who think I have given up, deal with it. To those who don't care, keep on keeping on. As for me I am just going to state how I feel about what ever I want to talk about.

The purpose of this blog was never to talk about a murder or a rape. It just happened to be the topic of conversation. So I will leave it to Jim to debunk all of the lies and PC can be the expert on Joe and Harlow and they can have all of the people talk about it there.

So to those who have nasty things to say about me here is your chance to get it out of your system. Have fun with it cause I am going to celebrate my birthday with people who love me and none of you will be there. Kisses.

Just in case you don't know today is election day and I would advise you to go Vote and Stop worrying about the petty bullshit that you all seem to think is so important.

As a few of you might know today is the birthday of the super twink of the new millennium. Yes people he is 22 years old and he appears to be coming into his own. Who would have thought that through all of the misguided ventures and false starts that he would be on the edge of great success. Congratulations Brent Corrigan for you perseverance and the ability to stay in the fight. So we light a candle to help you celebrate 22 years.

I also want to wish you all a happy Halloween because we all need to be happy right about now. I would also like to take this time to announce that I am going in a new direction with my blog. It was starting to look like a blog that was only about Joe and Harlow or porn . That was not my intention for this little place on the Internet.

It would appear that over the years that I have been writing this blog I have made more enemies than friends but that is OK. The friends that I did make I will value forever and they know who they are. It would seem that my opinions on certain subjects has caused a great deal of debate amongst my detractors. With some very interesting comments made in regards to my motives.

Now I am not going to sit here and explain my motives behind anything that I said and I did because I did them and that is enough for you all to know. If you have an issue with what I say you can voice your opinion, will I listen to it well that is a different matter all together. With all of the back stabbing and behind the scenes shit talking going on I find it funny that none of you really have a clue as to who is really manipulating the truth.

As far as the Joe and Harlow case goes I will admit that it was not too smart to get involved in it. I have to say the same thing about Sean and Grant. There is also the whole Mason Wyler thing as well. But the one thing that I will not back down from is my belief that you should get involved in something that you believe in. So to those of you who think that my motives for getting involved revolved around the fact that I was in love with Harlow or that I thought he was hot, or that I have an affinity for porn stars and the winner is "because I was a victim", you are fucking idiots. As far as to what my motives for getting involved were, I wrote about it but I guess y'all did not care to read that part.

As far a my opinion of who was involved in the murder of Bryan Kocis, I still have my beliefs as to who was involved. Some seem to think that I can not have an opinion and I should agree with the Cobrakiller rants that they are screaming about. The fact that they have said that they were not involved in this case and had no connection to any of those involved not withstanding they are on a serious crusade to clear the name of this one witness of any wrong doing. So I guess in the world of opinions there is a double standard.

As far a statements I made on other blogs and threads I said them and if I did not want them to comeback to haunt me I should not have said them. This post is not an apology to anyone and it is not and admission of anything. it is just me having my say on how I feel with regards to all that has happened over the last year and a half.

To the family of Bryan Kocis, I regret your lose and the way you allowed your grief to impact the lives of so many. While I do not agree with your actions I will say that you are entitled to your opinions. So take the money that Bryan made off the backs of young men who risked their lives and live a happy life.

Jim most likely won't publish this comment on his blog so I thought I would put it here.

Jim, since you seem to think I lied about Joe and Harlow’s finances well to tell you the truth I did not pull a illegal credit on report on them because it really did not matter to me. Your good friend PC did that.

PC told me that they had bad credit and he also told me allot of other things but I did not trust PC and I still don’t. Most of you know why I don't trust him. So you can harp on that line of bullshit all you want. As far as Mason goes I am not defending his story as being factual.

I just wonder what is in this for you Jim?

Why are you so intent on bashing peoples reputations?

If anyone should be questioned it should be you. You seem to want to be the paragon of truth but that is something that you are not and you have never been. You believed PC's lies and you are taking Chad Manning's word as the gospel truth. Have you confirmed that Chad was raped? do you have police reports? Do you have witness testimony to prove that your "witness" to Mason lying is not in fact lying himself?

About the fake picture what should Mason tell you so that you will stop asking the same questions over and over again.

About any of this what can Mason do to change the attitudes of those who do not believe him?

You see Jim you have made it perfectly clear that you doubt that Mason is telling the truth and there is really no way for Mason to get you to believe him.

There is a police report but because it does not have Mason's name and address on it, it is therefore a fake or it belongs to someone else.

As far as media coverage the story is posted on GAYVN but because Mason was interviewed it is slanted and therefore since Mason can not be trusted it must therefore be a lie.

As far as anything else goes with this story it all really is based on the fact that Mason said it happened in a different city and on a different date and he used a fake picture in a attempt to protect his and his boyfriends privacy.

So since he is trying to protect his privacy I think you all think that you should go on a all out witch hunt to find out the truth and then what?

So you can sit in the temple of truth with the smug satisfaction that you have just drug someone through shit for you own satisfaction?

Yes I will admit that this is a bitchy comment and I really don't care.

The end of a error

As I sit here this early Wednesday morning, I reflect upon the times I had with Damon Kruezer and regret that I ever did. I never knew what true ignorance was until the day I first read his technicolor trash page. I was aghast by the lies he called news. He never got anything right, he belittled people, he would reveal their secrets to their loved ones and torment you because you would not respond to his drivel. You see Damon is a very sick lonely man whose only desire is to be noticed by anyone. You see he has been hiding behind his mommy for sixty years. To scared to come out into the real world with the truth.

Well it appears that Damon just got a invitation to come out in the real world that he can not refuse. It would appear that Damon’s lies and cruel insanity has just earned him a visit to the real world. A place that fills him with terror. He pushed the wrong victim to the boiling point and his stupidity has just earned him an audience with the law. His crimes are said to be Internet Harassment, Cyber Stalking, Fraud and Forgery. Those are the few that I can think of right now.

His pitiful cry fowl just made me laugh, he says that he is faultless yet we all have documented evidence that he did all that he is accused of. I don’t pity the man for anything that is going to happen to him. You see he attacked me unprovoked and unasked for. He was having issues with the fact that my little upstart of a blog was higher in the Alexa ratings than his. He fell to a all time low in his little world of Damon and he was on the attack. He lashed out at me and he lashed out at Julien only to get lashed back at. Damon did not know better than to fuck with a bitch.

His reputation proceeded him because we knew all about his tactics. But the sad thing is that Joe and Harlow did not know the truth about Damon. They emailed me about doing a interview and this is what they said "O some magazine named damon kruzer wants to do magazine on Harlow now too". They did not even have a clue who he was. I told those fools not to talk to him but they did not listen again. Now you can truly see the mess that Damon has caused.

Damon causes damage where ever he goes. He calls himself the so called "Voice of Gay America" and the sad thing is he believed that shit. Poor lonely deluded Damon is his imaginary world with his imaginary boyfriend Marc and his imaginary backers and his imaginary readers is going to have a real experience with the law and we shall all revel in abandon at the idea of justice finally prevailing. We all have one soul brave enough to step up to the plate and say no more to thank for this prize and that is Angel Skye. Angel Skye has been taking hits from this "Internet Maggot" for months now and he's finally said no more. Damon finally went to far and now we get to watch with great anticipation the total humiliation of a demon.

Memories of Gay Pride

The first Gay Pride Parade that I ever went too as a Gay Boi was the one in 1980. It was an eye opening experience to say the least. I had come out in February of that year and was fairly new to the whole gay scene. You know when you live in the Bay Area you grow up with a slightly different attitude towards things. I had been to gay clubs but I was still under the impression that I was "straight". I mean I had a girlfriend and we had regular sex and did all the things that a couple would do but to say the least something was missing. She broke up with me which was a game she liked to play when she did not get her way and when I told her that this time would be the final time, she broke up with me anyway. I did not get back together with her and she was pissed because she did not get her way but to say the least I was free to be me. So I started to hang out and make new friends and renew friendships with people who I knew were gay. Soon I had a nice group of people who’s company I enjoyed. We were all talking about the whole gay pride thing one night and we all decided to go to the parade. My group of friends and I all met up in the Castro at the Patio Café for breakfast and plotted out our day. We got the parade route really early and staked out a good vantagepoint.
Mind you it was before cell phones and you had to be where you said you would be at a certain time or the chances of meeting up with your friends was slim. The parade started in the Castro and went to the Civic Center where the entertainment and concessions stands were.
The parade started with the roar of Dykes on Bikes and it was on from that point. Mind you this was before the Aids crisis and everyone was full of optimism and the sexual energy was fierce.
There were Floats from all the major clubs and the porn studios even had floats. There were hot half-naked men everywhere and my neck hurt from looking at all of them. Half way through the parade we started to walk to the Civic Center where we were going to a roof party on one of the office buildings. My friend Scott worked for the planning commission and the building had a roof garden.. From there you could see the whole plaza and watch the end of the parade and see and hear the main stage. It was a wild time up there we could see everything that was going on. We would go down to the plaza and hang out and then run back up to the roof. There were four different areas where clubs had set up outside dancing. There was any and every kind of food at the different booths. There were live acts on the stage form the music industry and comedy and politicians. I am a little foggy on this but I believe that music was Sylvester and Thelma Houston to name a couple of the musical acts. There were half a million people there from all over the world and it was a beautiful day. The whole thing was magical, the special brownies helped I’m sure but it is still a fairly vivid memory to this day. After the roof party ended we all went to the
Endup which as the name implies is just what it is, the bar where everyone ends up. it was so crowded but it was fun we danced and drank and partied until they closed then it was time to go to the Trocadaro Transfer. We partied and danced until the sun came up. It was a fun time and I had a blast. Oh to be twenty-one again with all that enthusiasm and energy again. This was the beginning of my journey of self-discovery and it is an ongoing process. There have been my other pride weekends since and hopefully god willing there will be plenty more.
This little trip down memory lane is all because it is upon us again. San Francisco pride is this next weekend and I may go after I get off work. It just depends on what my work schedule is like the following week. But if you are in the neighborhood you should go and experience on of the premiere Gay Pride events that this country has to offer. While you are there say a prayer for all those who are no longer here to celebrate with you and be nice to those who are here. Life is to short and unpredictable to make enemies. So have a happy and safe pride weekend and make some one proud of you.

Murder In Pornland or How I got involved in this mess

This is from an email one of my posters sent me and he wanted to ask me some more questions. He posts under the name Voch and I thought the questions would give some of my readers a little more insight as to where I’m coming from with this blog. He is also the reader who posed the questions for my last post. So if you have questions just ask me and I will answer them as best that I can.

Thought I'd write a non-Cobra/non-Sean entry, but the questions I have for you sort of revolve around this mess.
But before I get into that, tell me about yourself –
Where in the US are you?

I currently live in California in the Bay area near San Francisco. And just for every ones information I have never been involved in the porn industry other than being friends with people who were. There have been offers but I chose not to do it because of family and cause I was a little skerd.

How old are you? If you don't want to answer that one, no worries.

At the present time I am 48 years old, but I look Fabulous. I still have the body of someone in there 20’s and all my friends hate me for it cause I can eat anything I want and I never gain weight. I guess I’m just a lucky bitch, at least that’s what my friends say.

What got you into blogging?

Well a friend had a blog and I liked it and I also read Brent’s blog and Jason Curious and Jared Christopher’s blog Completely Naked. They inspired me so when this whole murder case broke I started posting on several blogs but I could not correct my mistakes so I signed up with Google Blogger so I could correct errors and typos. The next thing I knew I had a blog. Kind of a funny way to start one but that is how it happened.

How did you get involved in the whole Cobra/Sean affair?

I started reading Sean’s Blog because of a post that Jared Christopher did. I was doing some research on the Justin Berry story, which I had just seen on Oprah and put in a search for under age porn stars. And came up with Brent Corrigan who at the time I had never heard of let alone Cobra video. Twink porn has never really been my thing. So I continued to search on Brent Corrigan and came up with Jared Christopher’s Completely Naked page. From his page there was one of the links to Brent Corrigan online and the LA Pride parade and the Sassy Prom. So I read his post and I thought Brent /Sean looked like Justin Berry and then I found Sean’s blog and did more research and found out about Bryan and so on and so fourth.

What piqued your interest enough to start blogging about it?

There were so many inaccuracies in the posts and the comments that I thought needed clearing up and that everyone was bashing Sean. And it was just getting out of hand so I started "Rants From A Mysterious Place". Hence the name "Elmysterio". I could remain anonymous and say what I wanted with out it coming back to bite me in the ass. Well it kinda worked. People are still biting me in the ass but I can hide from them.

A friend of mine named Aloe (who posts on JUB and ATKOL every so often), told me about your blog (and I'm glad he did). Cad and I have been in contact for many months (we started exchanging PMs on the JG board) and he also told me about your blog, so that is how I got to your site.


Cad was posting on Juicy goo as well as just us boys and I read his posts on both sites and I have made posts on "Just us boys as well". I read the Juicygoo forum and the Cobra killer blog as well as other blogs that had connections with the story and I found it interesting but I never thought it would come to this. "A Murder in Pornland" was just a bit surreal for me. I never thought my little opinion piece would come to this. The funny thing is I just did a yahoo search on the name Elmysterio and it is all over the place, which is just a bit scary. There are allot Elmysterio's out there and they are not all me. I never thought that this would happen, you know I did several posts and no one responded. So I thought no one was reading my blog then I got a response and I thought cool a least someone is reading it. Then it just kind of blew up and I just totally taken off guard by it. Now it is just kind of cool to know that I have readers out there and we can debate the issues. It really lets you know just how small the world has gotten in the last few years.

It's nice to see that someone who doesn't have an agenda – (I wouldn't put you in either Sean or Bryan's camp) - has the ability to blog about what they feel is going on (most of what you write I agree with), and allows those who have a different opinion or POV to post what they think or feel.

My agenda Is and was to always get to the truth. It may appear that I jumped from one side to the other during all of this but my belief was that there was so much talk about Sean’s real age that I felt that it was just a diversionary tactic. So I chose that and was determined to get it resolved. I also wanted to get to the bottom on the Joe and Harlow connection as well.
I also wanted to put out there the questions that needed to be answered. There were just so many lies being told and I wanted to debunk as many as possible so we could have a clear view as to what was really going on in all of this mess. Some posters and I on Jason’s blog started a time line of events that lead up to this and it has been updated on several occasions as new info comes out. (Thanks MJ for your help on the timeline and everybody else who was involved). The time line answers allot of the commonly asked questions that people have about what took place. The who, what, where and how they were involved. As for my contact with all of the players in this case with the exception of Bryan (he was dead when I started my blog) they all came to me with the exception of Grant I emailed him. There was just so much intrigue in this case. 3 different Companies all surrounding this one model. I just wanted to know what the big deal was.

Unfortunately, this attracts people like Grant Roy and Demon Luezer/Bent Karclay, but you can't prevent these people from blogging. Such is the life of a blogger, I guess.

My opinion of Grant Roy is that he is an angry man full of hate. And anger and hate makes you do stupid things. As for as Demon Luezer he is a hack and a liar and he will not be happy until he gets sued or gets someone killed. I don’t allow his name on my blog because it would just get him more traffic. So I am now deleting all his posts.

I am impressed that you are so knowledgeable in regards to the whole situation, and that you and Julien have done some hardcore investigative reporting, particularly in regards to Sean's real birthdate.

Well I have a bunch of very good sources who have told me things that they thought needed to be known and some of them had agendas but I could see where most of them were headed. Some things I posted and others I did not. I took allot of heat for some things I said and some just interpreted what I said wrongly. But I tried to stay on course as best that I could. As for Julien I respect him very much and we have not always agreed on the issues but he is very good at what he does.

Anyway, just a long email to say thanks for all your blogging and to keep fighting the good fight. Hopefully one day the truth about what really happened to Bryan will be accepted by everyone, so that he can finally rest in peace.

I have on occasion been frustrated to the point of just shutting down my blog but people like you have made me keep on pushing to get to the truth. Thank you for your support and this has helped me realize why I am doing this. Out and about

While on a recent trip to the grocery store to restock the cave of mystery with edible delights. I while standing in the check out line saw several of those magazines. You know the ones that spew forth lies and innuendo about the famous and fortunate. Well I spied a cover with the tragic and bald Brittany Spears.
I think to my self is she pulling a Demi Moore, then I remember if she wants a guy 15 years younger than her she would have to go back to the fourth grade.So I read the headline and realized she was having a meltdown. Not the regular kind you do in private with some pills and a bottle of vodka. But a real serious call the paparazzi I need attention from you but you won’t leave me alone kind of melt down. Now it was sad when they showed he private nether regions all over the Internet but get real she should have had on some panties.
Her little Las Vegas trip where she was so sleepy she had to be carried out of the club Her window shopping trips for different rehab facilities and her escape from one earlier in the week not withstanding. She was crying for help. Well maybe she was just crying. Why are there no people in these young peoples lives with the balls to slap them and say wake up you’re an asshole. Now I have never really cared for her music much. Slave and Toxic were the best tunes she ever did in my opinion. But lets face it she got lucky got rich and screwed it all up. Why is this always the case? You get some coins and think you can do any thing.
Well maybe Kevin Federline is not the screw up we thought he was. He just married one. This whole thing reminds me of Whitney and Bobby Brown. My question is who’s next.

Ok people I know that I can be a bitch and a hateful bitch at that but we have to understand one thing with this situation. There was more than one person involved in this whole fiasco. And I think that they should all shoulder the burden as well, not just Brent. A lot of people have been talking shit about each other I’m guilty and you all are guilty but the crucifixion has to stop. Yes Brent lied to us he knows it and we know it. But lets just give him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he was trying to fix this mess and that’s why the deal with Bryan and Cobra. We don’t know what happened between Bryan and Brent that caused all this mess and we probably never will. It was not just one sided and we all know this. I have been watching this tragedy from the beginning. Brent screwed up. He should have just done the right thing from the beginning. I think he knows that now. Bryan went just a little overboard with his threats and court cases legal maneuvers and all his under handed tactics. Bryan knew he had LSG media by the balls and he used the money he made off of Brent Corrigan to ruin them. That is such a sad commentary to this whole story. Maybe Bryan would still be alive if he just would of let go. Brent needed better advice from people who were not so close to the whole situation. I am not accusing anyone of killing Bryan Kocis lets get that straight. But if this is how he treated some one he supposedly cared about, well I guess you can see what I mean. So lets just back off and let the chips fall where they may. Brent has been through a living hell for the last 2 ½ years. I really don't think he can take much more.
