I find it quite interesting that people have been saying that just because Sean Lockhart is sexually active that he can not be raped or molested. Where do these people come up with this shit? If someone forces sex on you and or has sex with you against your will it is rape and at the very least molestation. Rape by definition is a not a sex crime but it is a crime of power and control of the victim. It does not matter how many people you have sex with as soon as someone forces sex on you and it is not wanted it is rape. Any adult over the age of eight-teen who has sex with a fifteen-year-old is a rapist. There are reasons for sexual consent laws. The laws were put in place to protect children who are deemed not capable of making such a decision. Anyone who has sex with someone who is clearly underage runs the risk of serious jail time. There are other things that are illegal as well, owning or producing videotape with under-aged children engaged in sexual activity. Bryan Kocis is guilty of all of the crimes that I just mentioned he also filmed himself having sex with a fifteen-year-old boy. Yet he was only charged with possession of the videotape and that charge was reduced to corruption of a minor. In my opinion he should have been charged with the rape and the possession of underage porn. His lawyers excuse was that he did not acquire the documentation from the model prior to filming. That is bullshit and we all know it. Bryan was a pornographer and he knew the rules. As far a Sean Lockhart goes he was and still is a lying manipulative little shit yet Bryan Kocis molested him. You do not give Alcohol to a minor and then proceed to have sex with them while they are sleeping. That is wrong and we all know it, it does not matter if they are having sex on film or having sex period. If there is no consent it is molestation or rape. Bryan was an adult and he knew better than to do that. Just 3 years prior he was charged with in a similar case. I guess he did not learn from his mistake. You can candy coat it all you want but Bryan was a very sick man. Sean is not really any better he uses sex to get what he wants and will continue to do so for as long as he can. But no still means no, no matter what you do for a living.
Grant Roy is just as bad as the other 2 he is just a loud mouth and he is full of hate and it is this hate and vitriol that is the driving force behind the anger of so many posters on these blogs. I read the Juicygoo forum and the cobra killer blog and it has not colored my perception of any of the players in this mess. To me they are all just lost souls who need some serious guidance. The death of Bryan Kocis is sad but he knew his days were numbered. His actions and the way he treated people would lead one to believe that he would make a lot of enemies. His whole approach to the problem with Sean Lockhart was totally uncalled for yet he felt he was right. Grant Roy’s whole approach was wrong as well. He tried to bring Bryan’s information to the public but he chose the wrong avenue to do so. Sean cares only about one thing and it is that stupid name Brent Corrigan. He wanted it as well as Bryan because of some sort of assumed value that it held. But to me there is no value in the name the value was in the performer. Most people who watch porn don’t know who is in a porn movie and don’t really care about their name. The only thing that matters to most viewers is that the models are hot and the sex is hot. So in effect Bryan was killed because of a name that really would have done him no good to posses. What was Bryan going to do strip and do porn under that moniker or try and find some look a like to fill the role? The fact is it would not have worked. The main reason that Brent was so popular is because he looked illegal. His videos sold to the men who like young boys. It did not hurt that he is kind of cute but that was not his big selling point. I was because he looked illegal, under-aged, because he looked taboo. Sean Lockhart is a small man he stands 5’-7" tall and weighs around 130 lbs. He is a classic twink but he was much smaller when he started working for Bryan the truth be told when I saw the box cover of "Every Pool-boy’s Dream" I was shocked I could not believe that the cover-boy was legal, he looked 12 years old. But that is why the video sold so many copies.
It had nothing to do with Brent/Sean being cute because he was just your average looking teen boy. Sean did not come in to his looks until much later. At present there are many more models coming up through the ranks that are much hotter than Sean. The big Draw with Sean Lockhart now is his notoriety he has only done 9 videos that have been released and 4 you can’t get anymore and his performance in the ones that are available is lackluster at best. Harlow and Joe had the potential to be huge in the business but they were just impatient and look where it got them. Their company was putting out some very good product and the scenes were hot and the models were cute. Harlow being a twink is laughable at best. He was to well built to be a twink. I knew that all of there big and grand promotions were going to get them in trouble. I warned them about it but they did not listen. The fact that they are implicated in the death of Bryan Kocis is really quite sad. Their company had the potential to be huge with a little more time under its belt but I guess they were mislead or just not patient enough to wait. In my opinion because I have spoken to them both it just seems a little surreal that they would be involved in such a thing as this murder but then again anything is possible. To me it just does not fit the personalities of the people that I got to know. One thing that has been a recurring theme in this whole mess is the disdain for escorts. I find it quite strange that there is such a negative connotation placed on them. We are talking porn here people and to me it really is no different. It is people being paid to have sex with people that they may or may not know. So get a grip people it is not much of a real difference. I really can not believe that some of the people who are posting here are trying to put a value judgement on the people involved. If you watch porn you are no better than the people who make it are. If you have sex with strange men you are no better than an escort, actually the escort is smarter they are at least getting paid. Who made any of us the judge and the jury in this whole mess? There is so much stupidity among the readers and the posters on these blogs with regards to what is being said that it saddens me. No one is willing to listen and take this story for what it is; this is just a sad commentary on the gay population as a whole. Just a little question here how many of the people who are reading these blogs are actually telling their friends about it? I doubt very many of you are, because you are too embarrassed to admit that you got involved in this sordid mess. That is understandable because it is an embarrassment. This whole case is an embarrassment from the early actions of Bryan Kocis and Sean Lockhart and Grant Roy on the Juciygoo forum to the undeniably stupid murder of Bryan Kocis. Whatever side of the proverbial fence you are standing on you are still on a team of idiots. Because being involved in this at all makes us all idiots. It should have never gotten to this point and no one seemed to have the balls to take anyone of the main characters in this stupid plot aside and tell them that they were idiots. Well I take that back there was one and he was the attorney for LSG Media. And his only reason was because he was not making a profit from the stupidity. Sean Macias should have told Bryan that his actions were stupid but he was getting paid so he did not care. Aaron/Robert you were a friend of Bryan and so were you Cad, you are an attorney you should have told Bryan shut up and give up. DeWayne, Albert and Jody you should have taken Sean and Grant aside and told them to give it up and walk away from this mess. If a bully has no one to bully they go away or they find some one else to mess with. The gay porn industry as a whole should have stopped this. There were plenty of opportunities for any of those involved to speak up and take a stand but it would appear no one did. Sean and Grant you should take the most responsibility in this because through your public and very verbal stand and your enticement of your readers and the recruitment of people for your "team" you caused the most damage. With out you Joe and Harlow would not have become involved and with out your lies to them the "idea" to murder or destroy would most likely have never come up. And you're hatred would not have affected them as it has affected so many who read all of the various blogs. I just have one thing to say to you and it is that you are a cancer on the gay population as a whole. You have infected people world wide with your hate speak and it needs to stop. There is no need for anyone to respond to this post. I just want everyone to read it and understand that this bullshit needs to stop and we all just need to move on. This did not effect any of us, as we would like to think it did. None of the people reading this are in jail facing murder charges or have a porn career that is never going to amount to much or have the eternal guilt associated with what was said to incite such violence. We can all go about our lives and feel no guilt by association. We don’t have to sit here and berate those involved anymore we should be trying to heal. There are those who claim that they want to know the truth but are unwilling to accept it when it is given to them because it is not what they want to hear and you all know who you are. To you I say move on because you will never be happy with the outcome. This is just going to get messier and nastier as the days go on and you should leave while you still can so that you don’t get dirty. All who are truly involved are dirty and covered with the filth of all of this and it will never wash off.

The king and the Prince or Gay, Sex, Lies and video discs

I have been following the saga of the Brent Corrigan/Bryan Kocis fight for quite sometime and it just got uglier by the day until it finally culminated in murder. The cast of characters is quite interesting to say the least. This is a story full of intrigue and scandal. It features porn stars and porn directors and male escorts and porn studios and sex and kiddy porn and lies that you would not believe, what more could you ask for. It seems it all started with a simple lie about ones age and progressed to murder.

When our anti-hero Prince Brent of Cobra told the King/director/producer that he lied about his age there was a meltdown in communication on their part.
The under age Brent had a knight in shinning armor come to his rescue and then there was a war of words in the small gay land called Juicygoo. Because of this war Juicygoo soon became a battleground of insults and accusations and innuendo against and by the warring camps. They consisted of the Sean Camp which was lead by their fearless leader the Cobra Killer and his alter ego Casey Cain and the Cobra Camp with the knight Bio Boi who was Vanquished only to return as Truth be told who was a self proclaimed defender of King Cobra. This fight was about the use of the name and web persona of Brent Corrigan the former Prince of Cobra. Who was forged from the depths of a hidden hell called Cobra Video. Brent defected from Cobra Video to start his own Principality called LSG Media but was stopped at every turn by his former mentor the one and only King Cobra.

At every turn their efforts were squashed. This in turn caused serious anger problems with the Cobrakiller and he made spurious threats about the destruction of the land of Cobra. Cobra was a well-liked land because of the young and nubile subjects that lived there. These subjects were ruled under the firm hand of the King and were forbidden to speak unless agreed to by the King. But some had a different opinion of the King and this was in large part due to the constant attacks by the Cobrakiller who shouted from the highest mountain in the land of Juicygoo all the nasty things he could about the King of Cobra. This angered the King and he went to the authorities of Justice and had them file a writ of civility against the land of Sean Camp. Meanwhile in the land of Boybatter there was a Knight called Stud wonder that with his King MJT wanted to align with the Sean Camp and merge their forces to bring down King Cobra and reap the vast rewards of such a collaboration.
They had several secret meetings via the electronic super highway and decided to meet in the fabled land of Las Vegas where they had a round table conference in Castle Le Cirque.
This secret meeting was held and there was an agreement made as per the Decree from the land of Boybatter to their loyal subjects. This decree stated that they would be working together with the Prince of Sean Camp and all would be well and prosperous. Well back to the Authorities of Justice, they helped the King of Cobra file an injunction against Sean Camp to stop all revenues for their Principality. This writ caused Sean Camp serious financial hardship and brought them to the settlement round table humbled and defeated. King Cobra was pleased that he had the land of Sean Camp in his grasp but there was a much more sinister plot brewing as they struggled to come to a treaty. You see Sean Camp had lied to the subjects of Boybatter and was using them as leverage to get the King of Cobra to be more lenient with them in the treaty. The treaty was delayed on several occasions by Cobra Killer who was not pleased with the idea of submitting to the King of Cobra. Cobrakiller had been on a mission to destroy the land of Cobra and all it stood for from the very beginning and wanted nothing to do with the King. Cobra killer is rumored to have set a plan into motion that would have Boybatter do his bidding to destroy the land of Cobra Video and the land of Seam Camp would be free and clear to resume taking in revenue from there subjects. Meanwhile Cobrakiller would send a contract to the land of Boybatter to seal the deal but all the whole time it was a trap to get the rulers of the land of Boybatter to confess on secret video surveillance to there crimes of destroying the land of Cobra.

The Cobrakiller would run to the authorities of Justice and tell his tale of whoa and get them to imprison the rulers of Boybatter for attacking the land of Cobra. Little did the Cobrakiller know there was a traitor in there midst? The traitorous Knight, Merlin of Bergeron who while appearing to be on the side of Sean Camp was secretly working with the land of Cobra. And was being put in a position of ultimate rule. Once the Kingdom of Boybatter was removed from worry after their attack on the Land of Cobra, Merlin of Bergeron would take over Sean Camp. Merlin would become the supreme leader-leaving Prince Brent and his Knight Cobrakiller trapped yet again under the thumb of an imperious leader who cares not for their well being. And now our fallen fighters are in another struggle for their lives as the information superhighway is filled with various tales of their lies and deceptions. We all must stay tuned for the conclusion to this saga, as it is better than TV.

Murder In Pornland or How I got involved in this mess

This is from an email one of my posters sent me and he wanted to ask me some more questions. He posts under the name Voch and I thought the questions would give some of my readers a little more insight as to where I’m coming from with this blog. He is also the reader who posed the questions for my last post. So if you have questions just ask me and I will answer them as best that I can.

Thought I'd write a non-Cobra/non-Sean entry, but the questions I have for you sort of revolve around this mess.
But before I get into that, tell me about yourself –
Where in the US are you?

I currently live in California in the Bay area near San Francisco. And just for every ones information I have never been involved in the porn industry other than being friends with people who were. There have been offers but I chose not to do it because of family and cause I was a little skerd.

How old are you? If you don't want to answer that one, no worries.

At the present time I am 48 years old, but I look Fabulous. I still have the body of someone in there 20’s and all my friends hate me for it cause I can eat anything I want and I never gain weight. I guess I’m just a lucky bitch, at least that’s what my friends say.

What got you into blogging?

Well a friend had a blog and I liked it and I also read Brent’s blog and Jason Curious and Jared Christopher’s blog Completely Naked. They inspired me so when this whole murder case broke I started posting on several blogs but I could not correct my mistakes so I signed up with Google Blogger so I could correct errors and typos. The next thing I knew I had a blog. Kind of a funny way to start one but that is how it happened.

How did you get involved in the whole Cobra/Sean affair?

I started reading Sean’s Blog because of a post that Jared Christopher did. I was doing some research on the Justin Berry story, which I had just seen on Oprah and put in a search for under age porn stars. And came up with Brent Corrigan who at the time I had never heard of let alone Cobra video. Twink porn has never really been my thing. So I continued to search on Brent Corrigan and came up with Jared Christopher’s Completely Naked page. From his page there was one of the links to Brent Corrigan online and the LA Pride parade and the Sassy Prom. So I read his post and I thought Brent /Sean looked like Justin Berry and then I found Sean’s blog and did more research and found out about Bryan and so on and so fourth.

What piqued your interest enough to start blogging about it?

There were so many inaccuracies in the posts and the comments that I thought needed clearing up and that everyone was bashing Sean. And it was just getting out of hand so I started "Rants From A Mysterious Place". Hence the name "Elmysterio". I could remain anonymous and say what I wanted with out it coming back to bite me in the ass. Well it kinda worked. People are still biting me in the ass but I can hide from them.

A friend of mine named Aloe (who posts on JUB and ATKOL every so often), told me about your blog (and I'm glad he did). Cad and I have been in contact for many months (we started exchanging PMs on the JG board) and he also told me about your blog, so that is how I got to your site.


Cad was posting on Juicy goo as well as just us boys and I read his posts on both sites and I have made posts on "Just us boys as well". I read the Juicygoo forum and the Cobra killer blog as well as other blogs that had connections with the story and I found it interesting but I never thought it would come to this. "A Murder in Pornland" was just a bit surreal for me. I never thought my little opinion piece would come to this. The funny thing is I just did a yahoo search on the name Elmysterio and it is all over the place, which is just a bit scary. There are allot Elmysterio's out there and they are not all me. I never thought that this would happen, you know I did several posts and no one responded. So I thought no one was reading my blog then I got a response and I thought cool a least someone is reading it. Then it just kind of blew up and I just totally taken off guard by it. Now it is just kind of cool to know that I have readers out there and we can debate the issues. It really lets you know just how small the world has gotten in the last few years.

It's nice to see that someone who doesn't have an agenda – (I wouldn't put you in either Sean or Bryan's camp) - has the ability to blog about what they feel is going on (most of what you write I agree with), and allows those who have a different opinion or POV to post what they think or feel.

My agenda Is and was to always get to the truth. It may appear that I jumped from one side to the other during all of this but my belief was that there was so much talk about Sean’s real age that I felt that it was just a diversionary tactic. So I chose that and was determined to get it resolved. I also wanted to get to the bottom on the Joe and Harlow connection as well.
I also wanted to put out there the questions that needed to be answered. There were just so many lies being told and I wanted to debunk as many as possible so we could have a clear view as to what was really going on in all of this mess. Some posters and I on Jason’s blog started a time line of events that lead up to this and it has been updated on several occasions as new info comes out. (Thanks MJ for your help on the timeline and everybody else who was involved). The time line answers allot of the commonly asked questions that people have about what took place. The who, what, where and how they were involved. As for my contact with all of the players in this case with the exception of Bryan (he was dead when I started my blog) they all came to me with the exception of Grant I emailed him. There was just so much intrigue in this case. 3 different Companies all surrounding this one model. I just wanted to know what the big deal was.

Unfortunately, this attracts people like Grant Roy and Demon Luezer/Bent Karclay, but you can't prevent these people from blogging. Such is the life of a blogger, I guess.

My opinion of Grant Roy is that he is an angry man full of hate. And anger and hate makes you do stupid things. As for as Demon Luezer he is a hack and a liar and he will not be happy until he gets sued or gets someone killed. I don’t allow his name on my blog because it would just get him more traffic. So I am now deleting all his posts.

I am impressed that you are so knowledgeable in regards to the whole situation, and that you and Julien have done some hardcore investigative reporting, particularly in regards to Sean's real birthdate.

Well I have a bunch of very good sources who have told me things that they thought needed to be known and some of them had agendas but I could see where most of them were headed. Some things I posted and others I did not. I took allot of heat for some things I said and some just interpreted what I said wrongly. But I tried to stay on course as best that I could. As for Julien I respect him very much and we have not always agreed on the issues but he is very good at what he does.

Anyway, just a long email to say thanks for all your blogging and to keep fighting the good fight. Hopefully one day the truth about what really happened to Bryan will be accepted by everyone, so that he can finally rest in peace.

I have on occasion been frustrated to the point of just shutting down my blog but people like you have made me keep on pushing to get to the truth. You have questions? Well I have some answers.

I received an email from one of my readers and we were trying to put some things together in regards to the events that transpired before and after the death of Bryan Kocis. Just to clear a few things up there is an associate who received the pictures of Danny Moilin/Harlow Cuadra; it was Aaron Phelps/Robert Wagner. he recieved an email from Bryan on the 22nd of January containing photos of Danny Moilin. Now this is what I find interesting. Did Aaron meet or see Harlow in Las Vegas? If so did he tell Bryan the truth about whom it was he was seeing on the evening that he was killed. "From what Harlow said in the San Diego beach tapes he intimated that he thought Bryan knew Danny Molina was fake". Now that I find interesting and I truly do wonder if that is the case and if so did Bryan threaten Harlow and this lead to Bryan’s death. Here are some of the questions that one of my readers asked of me. This is in regards to the emails that I shared with Harlow and Joe and Grant.

Q:Elm, questions for you - did you contact Harlow and Joe or did they contact you?

A:No they contacted me with regards to a picture on my blog of Harlow that they wanted changed.

Q:Was this before or after their arrest?

A:It was before the arrest in late march I believe.

Q: Did you know they were going to be arrested?

A:No I did not; it came as a total shock to me. They emailed me that morning about the interview with Damon Louezer the one I told them not to do. I was amazed at the turn of events.


Q:BTW, I also take most of what Kruezer says as nothing but some fantasy story that he has concocted. If you read his blogs (which is hard to do), he comes across as trying to take advantage of this situation - oh, how many interviews should I accept?

A:If Damon Louezer told me that the sun came up in the morning I would want a second opinion

Q: Which scripts should I write and then sell? This has nothing to do with him, but he doesn't see that.
He also says he spoke with Grant recently. I can't see that as being true, considering Grant hates him as much as he does Bryan, but if it is true, can you imagine what these two talked about?


A:Like I said Damon is a lunatic and the sad thing is he believes his own hype. Not a big fan of Grants but I know he has enough sense to stay away from Damon Louezer.

Q:Do you believe Harlow and Joe were set-up?

A:Yes I do, Grant sent them a contract. I do not believe for one minute that they would hatch such a stupid plot such as this. That is the plot straight from the Velvet Mafia. Kill Bryan and achive porn domination. That theory is just a little to far out there to be believed. They told me that Grant had contacted them and they had a nice conversation and that they might be working together soon. We chatted about that in back and fourth emails and also talked on the phone as well. We chatted about other stuff as well cars and video. They received a contract or some type of agreement from Grant and Joe was going to send it to me, I never thought that much about it. I did tell him to take it to their lawyer and have it checked out. Because I thought it could be a trap of some kind because of all the previous stuff that was reported. Which they said they did. Then they told me in another email that they were going to California to see Sean and Grant and possibly film a video. They seemed excited about it and told me to keep it a secret and they would send me confirmation of the video, which they did. A picture I posted on my blog of Harlow and Sean on Blacks Beach. I debated long and hard about posting that picture and I emailed Joe and he seemed to be ok with it so I posted it. I thought it was strange that Sean had on dark sunglasses on an overcast day but really did not question it.

Q: Do you believe the evidence path was just too convenient?

A:Some of it is just to perfect. And some is suspect like the 2 informants are very questionable they worked for Joe and Harlow so the police probably had them up on charges of some kind and what they said was coerced. Joe or Harlow never spoke of Cobra as competition to me. They seemed genuinely sad about Bryan’s death. They were excited about working with Brent and Grant. But they were truly concerned about the timing of the video and they asked me to put up an anonymous poll to see what the demand for such a video would be so I did. Grant emailed me as well about a post I was going to do on Brent and his anger towards Bryan was alarming even after the man was dead. I can understand some of it. But why so much anger after his death? Just move on I say, it’s over. But the anger was quite evident in the email in his tone and it kind of alarmed me. But in all fairness here is an excerpt from Grant's e-mail:

Let me get this clear! I wanted Bryan to pay dearly for what he had done, but not with his life. I wanted him to suffer a very public humiliation; since that was the route HE chose, in addition to lose everything he had, including Cobra Video! Yes, I wanted to kill CobraVideo.com, but not Bryan Kocis! Sean did not feel the same way, until things got progressively worse and Bryan continued to block us at every turn. All the while law enforcement at all levels sat back and allowed him to try to ruin us!



Q: Do you believe either Grant and/or Sean are somehow involved in all of this?

*A:Yes I do to what degree that is debatable. The records being destroyed and the master discs that is all Grant Roy, They had to be told where exactly to look for what they went there to destroy. The house was not ransacked. I know Grant wanted to destroy Cobra Video and he made no bones about it. It was obvious he did not want to settle with Cobra Video he delayed the progress on several occasions. He even stated so in his email. I don't know if killing Bryan was part of the plan though. Something happened on that night and I believe they panicked and Bryan was killed. I believe that when Sean and Grant found out that Bryan had been killed is when Grant panicked and went to the police disavowing all connections to the plan. That's my theory and I'm sticking with it.

*I can not be sure of this and it is purely speculation but from speaking with Joe and Harlow on the phone on a few occasions they did not sound like cold-blooded killers to me. I suspected no fear from them and no anger in their voices when we talked and they never acted as if they were hiding anything. They were actually quite open and friendly. There are references to our conversations in my "Who ever heard of Boybatter post" . I also have read and reread the e mail from Grant and as I have noted before his anger is apparent .So who is to say what plan was hatched. But the results did not benifit anyone. It really is quite sad for all involved.

Well I have heard from several people about the whole crazy mess between LSG Media and Cobra Video and I have followed what has transpired between these two companies for the last couple of years. All the lies and the hate being thrown around and the various spins either side put on their arguments. Well to tell you the truth I am getting just a little disgusted by it all. So lets put some truth out there shall we.
Grant Roy did not initiate the settlement between LSG Media and Cobra Video Lee Bergeron initiated it. Grant was content to fight with Bryan until the end. Just some spin that I wanted to correct.
Also the attorneys fees were not the responsibility of Lee Bergeron they were the responsibility of Grant Roy. Lee was to pay the models and Grant was to pay the attorneys. The reason that the settlement was not moving forward was because Grant Roy halted the negotiations; their attorney never said it in exact words but that is implied. Grant Roy also was trying to hold up the settlement but Bryan gave them an ultimatum. Grant was waiting for some sort of reprieve so they would not have to settle. He dragged this on for far to long and everyone was getting tired of it. All parties finally signed on the 20th of January.
There is a settlement in place and I have that confirmed from a very reliable source.
As always with Sean and Grant they try to blame others for their pitfalls. They really should look closer to home for who or what is causing their problems. Lee is well within his rights as the major shareholder in the company to sell the video footage to recoup his investment. I know you are saying that this is a complete turn around for me but I had to play the game to get this story to this point. I had to get the age issue resolved so we could clear up the other issues. But then the arrest happened and now here is where we stand.
Just to debunk another lie, Harlow did not contact LSG Media first they contacted him asking if he would like to work with Brent Corrigan. They also invited them to Las Vegas to the AVN Expo. Joe and Harlow took them out to dinner and there was a tentative business deal made to film some videos after the settlement was signed. That is why they made that announcement to the members of their web-site on January 14th. Why would they make such a statement if there were not a possible deal? Did Sean and Grant Break yet another contract? The story that Sean comes up with in the Jody Wheeler piece "TwoPair" is also a blatant fabrication by the spin-meister him-self. The story of an offer to good to be true made to Brent when they emailed Harlow. And the statement "Harlow and Joe fucked it all up" what did Sean really mean by that? Why would Grant say that Brent was still under contract with Cobra? Brent Broke that contract in September in 2005. Wasn’t this why they were in settlement negotiations in the first place, so Brent could have use of that name and he could work for or with who ever he wanted to? The settlement says with only a couple of exceptions that Brent could work with anybody he choose to work with. Why would they lie about this? If you did not want to work with Joe and Harlow why did you not tell them the truth? It really is not that hard or is it? What I really don’t understand about all of this is why Joe and Harlow would go and kill Bryan Kocis unless they were put up to it by a deal that was to good to be true. Kill a man they did not even know in some sort of porn turf war. Grant did you come up with that one for the cops? Now you don’t expect me to believe that crook of bullshit do you? You have stated your hate for Bryan from as far back as I can remember. The juicygoo forums and the cobrakiller blog and even in the anonymous posts on my blog. Your anger towards him is off putting. I can just imagine Joe and Harlow sitting there listening to you spew your hate for Bryan. How he stops you at every turn and he was a child molester and how he molested and was mean to Brent and how he stole the name Brent Corrigan and shut down your web-site and made your life miserable. Yet you expect us all to believe that you did not hatch a plot to destroy Bryan Kocis and Cobra video with Joe and Harlow. Get real, people talk and word gets around about things you think no one knows about. And its only a matter of time for the truth to come out and all the spin your band of supporters are doing for you will not help you then. They might just get pulled into jail with you.
The evidence against Joe and Harlow looks pretty damning but they may still have a rabbit up their sleeve. It is because of all these lies that Bryan is dead, Joe and Harlow are in Jail and LSG Media is broke.
All these lies surround the name Brent Corrigan. The name is tainted. And it leaves a nasty taste in the mouth of all that speak it. I really can't say if Grant was or was not involved in this nasty mess but his hands are not clean either. I just speaks volumes towards the decietful charactor of all those involved. so what is next more lie and deceptions. I will just say this Lee Bergeron you better watch your back. Porn is a dirty business and the players don't all play nice as we have all witnessed in the recent months and you never know what nasty little games these people play.
I also have it from a reliable source that Cobra is not dead and there are back up masters and also back up 2257 files and Cobra will be sold as per Bryan’s will and the new owners will enforce the settlement. So I guess this was all for naught. Where does LSG Media go from here?

Velvet Mafia Reloaded

Harlow Cuadra and Joeseph Kerekes are going to fight extradition to Luzerne County Pennsylvania. They both plead not guilty to all charges against them. And the Federal Government seized all their assets. They were arraigned at 9:30 am in Virginia Beach Circut Court. They are being held with out bound. They go to court again on June 14th 2007 in Virginia Beach VA.

The world of gay porn is a place full of secrets, lies, scandals and murder. This case has it all in spades. With a cast of characters as bizarre as they come. Why would Joe and Harlow get involved in such a messy scandal? What did they have to gain? The fact that they were not precluded from working with Sean Lockhart aka Brent Corrigan makes no sense for them to do this. There was no stipulation in the settlement agreement between LSG Media and Cobra Video that said Sean Lockhart could not work with any other studios. As we all know he did the Velvet Mafia with Falcon Studios under the name Fox Ryder. The only restriction was he could not work with Brent Everett or other cobra models unless it was with Cobra Video. The fact that Joe and Harlow would murder Bryan Kocis is quite troubling to me. There had to be some kind of incentive to make them do this..
The whole police angle about a porn studio turf war is just not going to cut it and the whole contract issue, well it never stopped Sean Lockhart before. Now I have read the news and the evidence is to say the least damning. But I just don’t see them doing this for the reasons stated by the authorities. There simply has to be more to it than that. Not to slight Sean Lockhart aka Brent Corrigan but to me he ain’t worth killing someone over. Mind you he may still have some box office draw but he is always surrounded by scandal. It seems that everything he gets involved with turns to shit. Now mind you I’m not trying to be bitchy but I am just stating what I have observed. As you all know I have worked diligently to get the truth about the age matter between he and Cobra Video. I have also been accused of playing favorites when it came to my blog posts on various subjects involving all of the principals involved. But to tell you the truth I never saw this coming. I was just as shocked as the rest of you. What would posses two attractive successful porn entrepreneurs to get involved in such a salacious scandal. That my friends is the million-dollar question. From what has been reported it would appear that this all started in Vegas.
So I guess what happens in Vegas does not stay in Vegas after all. At an expensive dinner at Le Cirque a plan was hatched to do away with Bryan Kocis or so the authorities say. We have a potentially damning e-mail sent out to the subscribers of Boybatter heralding the fact that they will be working with Brent Corrigan. During this time LSG media (Corrigan camp) are in secret negotiations with Cobra Video because of a prior contract issue and the use of a name as well as cyber squattingAll the while seeming to lead Boybatter on that they will work with them while simultaneously using this fact as a bargaining tool with their negotiations with Cobra. The settlement is finally signed on January 20th 2007 and is alluded to in a cryptic blog post on Brent’s blog.
Four days later Bryan is found murdered in his home after a suspicious fire. But the Corrigan Camp denies they are going to be working with Boybatter after the murder and they quickly lawyer up. We move forward 3 months almost to the day and we have Joe and Harlow visiting San Diego. And we have rumors about a possible video shoot and some pictures to prove it. It was during this visit that the police acquired the most damning evidence so far or so they say. What I do not understand is if Sean and Grant were informed of this heinous plot to dispose of Bryan Kocis why did they not warn him about it. It is obvious that they must have been in contact with the authorities but when did this occur. Was it before the murder or after that is the $64,000.00? If the police were aware of this plot why is Bryan Dead? We have the time period form January 11th thru January 24th to warn Bryan of his impending doom. If the police had taken this threat seriously we would not be writing about this now. So that’s my take on the whole messy situation, what’ yours comments are welcome.

An Arrest Has Been Made

With a plot lifted directly the posts of Jason Curious’s blog the police have made an arrest. Harlow Raymond Cuadra, 25, and Joseph Manuel Kerekes, 33, were arrested on criminal homicide charges and taken into custody in Virginia Beach.
This news Item is in the Times Tribune. I guess the police really did read the blogs. At the present time no other details have been released on the charges. Well I think those affidavits are finally going to be unsealed.
What I don’t understand is why the police waited so long if they had enough evidence to arrest them? I still believe that the evidence is circumstantial at best and it will probably not hold up in a court of law. We will just have to wait and see. . What is the navy thinking, why are they backtracking on the "don’t ask don’t tell" policy when they fought so hard too stop gays from joining the military? Then they boot a guy out take away his signing bonus and then reinstate him and send him off to the middle-east. Kinda makes you wonder who is running things in this country. I read this story on gay.com and thought it was kind of humorious and sad all at the same time.

An openly gay U.S. sailor who was discharged in 2005 after coming out to his command was subsequently recalled to duty in 2006 and has been serving actively in Kuwait with the Naval Customs Battalion Bravo, according to Sunday's Stars and Stripes. Petty Officer Jason Knight, a Hebrew linguist in Navy intelligence, said he spent four years in the Navy, has buried fallen service members as part of the Ceremonial Guard, and has received awards for exemplary service. "However, because I was gay, the Navy discharged me and recouped my $13,000 sign-on bonus," he wrote in a letter to the newspaper. "Nine months later, the Navy recalled me to active duty. Did I accept despite everything that happened? Of course I did, and I would do it again. Because I love the Navy and I love my country." Knight decided to make his sexual orientation known in 2005 while he was in the process of annulling his marriage to his wife. Since that time, he has been open about his sexuality with his commanders and colleagues, many of whom have spoken out in support of him. "He's better than the average sailor at his job," Bill Driver, the leading petty officer of Knight's 15-person customs crew in Kuwait, told Stars and Stripes. "It's not at all a strange situation. As open as he is now, it was under wraps for quite a while. It wasn't an issue at work." Steve Ralls, director of communications for the Servicemembers Legal Defense Network, said the situation flies in the face of the justification for the military's "don't ask, don't tell" policy. "The Navy has reenlisted an openly gay sailor, which completely undermines the assertion that anyone in the military thinks that gay and lesbian military troops compromise unit cohesion or morale," Ralls said. "Jason has been very out to everyone he serves with, everyone has been very supportive, and it shows that despite an official ban, commanders and other service members are welcoming gays and lesbians and it's not causing any problems in their unit." Knight is scheduled to finish his tour of duty at the end of June, and Ralls said he is considering trying to find a way to continue his military career. Ralls said the Navy has declined to comment on this case. (The Advocate)

Well what do you think about this? I find it quite interesting that when it comes to war the military really does not care about whether you are gay or straight. They just really just want warm bodies. I personally think that they should lift the ban on being gay in the military and legalize gay marriage as well. let’s be real here, all the limitations that his countries government is putting on the most creative part of it’s population is just tiring to say the least.
