Why does Sarah Palin remind me of Anita Bryant. The facts are there she has an agenda and it ain't pretty. So lets see how stupid the voting public really is. Anita Bryant did the same thing 20 some odd years ago. and she will go down in history as a insurgent, pity that. Will this be the fate of Sarah Pailin? They both foster the same beliefs that God wants the gay population to be eradicated. The bible tells them so.

I wonder what ever happened to the separation of church and state? The religious right seems to control the Republican party. McCain is a big pimp and he is pandering to these people just as Reagon and bush did before him. But McCain is going them one better, he is going after the foaming at the mouth Hillary supporters by appointing a woman to his parties tickets. This is just a cheap tactic by the republicans to further their agenda.

So lets have four more years of them driving the country further into debt so they can line their pockets with cash while the economy tanks and more and more people are out of work. This is going to be fun to watch America go to hell while we make history and the rest of the world watches us and laughs at our stupidity.

The house of cards that is Luzerne County PA.

I looks like the winds of change are a blowing in Pennsylvania and the house of cards that is the judicial system better look out for the big bad wolf. It seems that the DA Jackie Musto Carroll is not pleased with the way things are being handled by the court system and she has asked the FBI to become involved. With the attacks by former president Judge Michael Conahan towards fellow Judge Ann Lakuta and he and his wife’s ties to a used car selling former Drug dealer in Florida it was just to much for poor Jackie to take.

There is also the thing about his brother in law who milked the county for more than a million dollars for psych evaluation's and his close ties to attorney Robert Powell former owner of the PA Child Care and Western PA Child Care centers who had they’re financial records seized in June by the FBI in a case related to the placement of juveniles by former President Judge Michael Conahan and current President Judge Mark Ciavarella. It seems that they were not telling the people who appeared in front of their bench that they had the right to an attorney. Then with the evaluations they would send the children to Robert Powell and his PA Child Care and Western PA Child Care centers.

Oh yeah there is also the little business deal that they had with Powell to build condos. This deal came under scrutiny after it was revealed the three had current or former ties to W-Cat Inc., a real estate development firm building a townhouse project in Wright Township. Powell, a former county solicitor, was part owner of PA Child Care and Western PA Child Care in Butler County.
Powell has acknowledged he was part owner of W-Cat, but said he sold his interest to Luzerne County Prothonotary Jill Moran in 2004. Moran is a partner in the Powell Law Firm. He also announced on June 10 he had sold his interest in both firms and another business to his partner Gregory Zappala. Earlier this year.

Powell’s relationship with President Judge Mark Ciavarella and Michael Conahan was made public. A senior judge, Conahan and President Judge Ciavarella each listed financial ties to W-Cat on statements of financial interest they filed for 2007.
The revelation of the financial ties prompted commissioners Maryanne Petrilla and Stephen Urban in May to call for an investigation to determine if that relationship influenced the decision to utilize PA Child Care.

The county’s relationship with PA Child Care has been fraught with controversy since the courts began sending youths to the facility in February 2003 – two months after Conahan said he would no longer allow youths to be sent to the county-owned juvenile detention center on North River Street. Conahan maintained the county’s facility was too dilapidated to house youths, even though the state Department of Public Welfare had deemed it safe.

The controversy continued in 2004, when then-Commissioner Todd Vonderheid, who has since left office, and Commissioner Greg Skrepenak had voted to enter into a 20-year, $58-million lease of the facility despite concerns raised by DPW that the lease was a "bad deal."DPW continued to raise objections to the cost of the lease, ultimately forcing Skrepenak, Petrilla and Urban to vote in December 2007 to terminate the contract.

On a side note Judge Conahan is also the same judge who had the criminal charges against Bryan Kocis reduced 4 years after he was convicted so that he would not have to register for Megan’s Law. Al Flora was Kocis’ attorney on that case and he heads the public defenders office. President Judge Mark Ciaverella is the same Judge who deemed it proper for Harlow Cuadra to be represented by the public defenders office which I might add is run by the same attorney who represented Bryan Kocis in the matter that Conahan had the charges reduced. Looks like that house of cards is about to collapse.

The tapes and what they revealed to me

Here is a little back story for you all about the days preceding the Crab Catcher and the Blacks Beach tapes. Joe sent me a email and he was kind of excited about the possibility of finally getting to work with Sean and Grant. Now from what I know and was told by Joe and a few others was that Joe and Harlow were sent an agreement of sorts from Sean and Grant to come to California and to film some scenes. Joe told me that they sent him a agreement . He wanted to send it to me, I told him that I did not want to see it but I told Joe to run it by his attorney Barry Taylor which he did do. Well I got confirmation that he did because of some stuff that I later heard with regards to the future trip. I also told Joe that this could very well be a trap and to be careful. Barry said the same and none of us wanted them to go. I guess we were right about it being a trap.

Now you must also keep in mind that I did not know at the time that they had actually gone to Pennsylvania or that Harlow had been to Bryan's house. There was talk in the papers of an alibi and I will admit that I believed it. During this period which was before the affidavit or the arrest there was very little solid evidence that pointed to Joe and Harlow that was public. And there were also those who were feeding me lies about the case.


This was also during the period that everyone was screaming about Sean’s age and that he lied to Bryan about being younger than he was, when in fact it was proven that he lied and said that he was older than he was. So Sean did star in underage porn and that pissed allot of people off. With that being a directive on the blogs and all of the back story about all of the other dealings between Lee and Bryan. Joe and Harlow were sort of put on the “Back burner”. Was this a plan by the prosecution? Also what was the deal with the name Drake? Where the hell did they come up with that one?


So I had no real issue with talking to them because I was always told that you are innocent until proven guilty. What I also found strange is that there was just so much misinformation out there. So to tell Joe and Harlow that I thought going to San Diego might be a trap was not in anyway aiding and abetting two known fugitives. It was just my gut reaction based on what had been going on in the prior months. Joe and Harlow's whole financial thing was a bit of a shock to me. They never mentioned it to me that they had money issues.

PC did mention Joe and Harlow’s financial situation in a IM conversation but at the time I did not know who PC was or if I could even trust him. I soon found out that I could not trust him. I did some checking on my own and did not see any major issues with their finances. But "someone" did run a credit check and found out the truth. That was something that I would not do just to get a story though.

I spoke to Joe and emailed him on several different occasions while they were in California. He was aware of the possibility of a wire, that is why he wanted to go to the nude beach. Now what I find interesting is that the day prior to the Blacks Beach trip at the Crab Catcher there were promises of fourth coming info into the murder. This never really happened though, they never said outright that they killed Bryan. There was allot of talk about Lee and his deal with Bryan but what is funny is that was already being talked about behind the scenes. Me and a few others who shall remain nameless already new about the backdoor deal between Lee and Bryan. Sean and Grant were aware of it as well at the time of the police intercepts.

The Beach Tapes and the Crab Catcher transcripts actually reveal very little that I did not already know. Most of what was talked about at the time I had discussed with other people close to the case prior to the beach tapes. So I guess for me it was just anticlimactic. What I find really interesting is that Sean and Grant could not be totally honest on the tapes because they did not want to blow they’re hand. By that I mean the whole line of questioning that was going on. I mean what the fuck were they thinking with that line of questions?

Joe was asking more questions than Grant ever did about Bryan and Lee and their dynamic. I don’t know if Joe was just fishing for info on Bryan or if he was trying to see how much Sean and Grant knew about Lee and Bryan’s deal. Joe's questions looked as if he was seeing if they really felt remorse about Bryan's death. I just don’t get it something is fishy here and it ain't the crab.

This I will tell you and I never really thought about it but when I spoke to Michael Gross about the Out Magazine article I mentioned info from several sources of what I had heard was going on in this case. At the time I don’t think he actually believed me but I guess if he looked at his notes he might see now that I was on the right track. I have been blogging about this case since February of 2007 and there are still aspects about this case that amaze me. After digging through all of the muck the truth is starting to loom ahead and it ain’t what any of you think it is.

This murder is still being covered by several bloggers and it still is Front page news when something new about the case is revealed. Now it seems that we are in the home stretch but there are still a few twists to come in this case and I don’t doubt some of you will be still shocked by them. The latest that is news is that Luzerne County has summoned Sean Macias the attorney for the victim to testify at the trial. One question is why was he not at the preliminary hearing when his testimony could have narrowed down the time of death issue?

Child porn rings fact or fiction

Some seem to think that the idea of a child porn ring is not real. But then I guess that would a waste of time for the Federal Government and many other international agencies working diligently to break them up. All you have to do is a little research on the Internet and you will be amazed at what you just might find. What I find the most interesting in all of this is that the perpetrators of these crimes permeate the religious institutions the government and the press of this nation. These high ranking officials seem to be of the attitude that they can not be touched.

Now I don't know about any of you but there seems to be a large rash of high powered political and religious figures who are getting busted with there pants down. These are the same people who have been so vocal about denying equal rights for the Gay community. Now does it not make you wonder why all of the secrecy with regards to child pornography and child prostitution and child trafficking. We are talking about a world wide billion dollar industry here. Why is not enough being done to put a stop to the willful abuse of Americas children? Sure they pass laws to protect the children but the perpetrators of the crimes just go right ahead and commit these crimes any way because they are writing the laws.

In the past year there have been a few high profile child sex rings busted but do we ever hear about the offenders being prosecuted? No we do not and the reason is that the people who are being arrested are way to connected to the powers that be. If the truth was to ever get out how deep seated this really is the world would be shocked. The fact is that most of the people who are involved are in such denial that it is wrong that it just makes me sick. I don't know how to better say this than to just put it out there. Others have tried and they got no where or they were stopped by high placed officials. The vast majority of the people who read what is out there are just calling them conspiracy theorist. Just ask the parent of one of the children who was abducted if it is a conspiracy.

Judge rebukes defense attorneys

The judge presiding over the Bryan Kocis murder case had harsh words for the defense attorney's and the prosecution with regards to actions not taken that impedded the pretrial hearing. Here are links to the Times Leader or the Citizens Voice for the full story. Judge Olszewski says of the case "Kocis homicide Time and money wasted as conflict of interest not disclosed weeks ago," We never got to see the testimony of any of the witnesses and I know that upset allot of people especially the ones who made the trip to testify.

From what I have witnessed with regards to this case is that this hearing was doomed from the start. With the prosecution making documents sensitive to the case public and the defense and the Prosecution not being forthcoming with the information about the possible conflict I can see why the judge is a little peeved. There were people flown in from all over the country who just got a lovely little vacation in lovely Luzerne County on the prosecutions dime. I bet the taxpayers are going to love that. Well lets wish them better luck next time. Also in the news is the possibility of more postponments with regards to the issue of Demtrius Fannick and whether he will be allowed to defend Cuadra.

Late Wednesday, Cuadra’s remaining attorneys, Stephen Menn and Michael Senape, filed a motion to suspend all pre-trial proceedings in Luzerne County Court until the state Superior Court determines whether it will accept a petition requesting a review of Olzsewski’s March 19 order barring Cuadra from retaining defense attorney Demetrius Fannick.

Failed lies and misguided truths

BB is at it again in a attempt to draw attention from the real facts here. He is accusing me of being in on this murder from the beginning. Funny thing is I would think that he would keep that bit of information to himself as not to make himself look like a total fool. The real facts here are that BB and his lunatic rants are no more based in fact than anything that comes from the keyboard of Damon Kruezer. All of their statements are based on pipe dreams.

BB is on a constant loop talking about how "Cobrakiller"Grant did this murder. The fact of the matter is that it looks as if the police might just have the right people in jail. This is a fact that I find really interesting BB claims that he is always sending information to the authorities yet the fact is that it is not true. BB is just as mixed up in this murder case as he claims that I am. He is always screaming about Robert Wagner not being involved in any of this yet he is. Robert Wagner is a witness in this murder case.

Robert Wagner has what many have said is a weak alibi for the night of the murder. Phone records of the night of the murder will reveal the truth of Mr. Wagner's whereabouts. BB it seems that you can not ever back up any of your claims as to the who what and why of this murder. You just expose more of your hate and rage against Sean and Grant. Trying to intimidate me will not work because I have nothing to loose and you can not hurt me. I have no secret skeletons in my closet such as you. I have no reason to lie about anything anymore such as you.

All that was told to me has been exposed for what it is. Yet all that you claim is mere here say and not one fact that you can not prove in anyway what so ever. Why is it such a sensitive issue for you that Robert Wagner was at the house on the night of the murder. Why do you deny this with such anger and conviction. What does it matter to you BB as you have claimed that you did not know Bryan or Robert Wagner?

BB you have claimed that you were on the Juicygoo forums yet you went on a big hunt to get the transcripts from Damon Kruezer. Then you turn on him and attack him, why is that BB? You are no more than a mouthpiece for the biggest chunk of evil to ever walk the face of the earth yet you call me a puppet. Why are you trying to defend the vile perverts who are so trying to hide the truth about your dear beloved Bryan Kocis.

Is it out of fear that there really is a FBI investigation? Is it because of the crimes that were committed with regards to Cobra Video? Is it because of all of the underage models who passed in front of the Cobra Video cameras and the fact that Bryan did not have proper ID for any of the models? You claimed from the very beginning that Sean Lockhart was not under age. You said that the fake ID from the Rolling Stone article was his real ID. I guess you did not bank on the fact that I am from California and I know what the real ID of someone Sean's age would look like.

BB I know it must pain you to admit it but Sean is only 21 years old and when he made the first videos for Cobra Video he was in fact under age. Bryan knew this, Robert Wagner knew this yet they both perpetrated the lie that Sean had valid ID on file. But I guess they thought it would look official since Bryan paid for it. They were both dumb shits just like you to get involved in they're cover up issues.

The issues here are quite simple you think that because you keep using my name on your little blog that you are upsetting me well the fact is it is quite liberating. I don't have to worry about what I say anymore for fear that someone may get upset with me and spill the beans on me.
PC tried it, it went really well for him, Rob tried it with similar results and so did a few others. But your always a day late and a dollar short. You have tried it and you actually linked it to the one post on my blog that almost made you pee your pants.

The one with all of the lovely comments about you from all of the people who read the post who said such glowing things about you. Take a trip down memory lane BB and enjoy what your fans wrote about you on that post I know I sure did. The end of a error

As I sit here this early Wednesday morning, I reflect upon the times I had with Damon Kruezer and regret that I ever did. I never knew what true ignorance was until the day I first read his technicolor trash page. I was aghast by the lies he called news. He never got anything right, he belittled people, he would reveal their secrets to their loved ones and torment you because you would not respond to his drivel. You see Damon is a very sick lonely man whose only desire is to be noticed by anyone. You see he has been hiding behind his mommy for sixty years. To scared to come out into the real world with the truth.

Well it appears that Damon just got a invitation to come out in the real world that he can not refuse. It would appear that Damon’s lies and cruel insanity has just earned him a visit to the real world. A place that fills him with terror. He pushed the wrong victim to the boiling point and his stupidity has just earned him an audience with the law. His crimes are said to be Internet Harassment, Cyber Stalking, Fraud and Forgery. Those are the few that I can think of right now.

His pitiful cry fowl just made me laugh, he says that he is faultless yet we all have documented evidence that he did all that he is accused of. I don’t pity the man for anything that is going to happen to him. You see he attacked me unprovoked and unasked for. He was having issues with the fact that my little upstart of a blog was higher in the Alexa ratings than his. He fell to a all time low in his little world of Damon and he was on the attack. He lashed out at me and he lashed out at Julien only to get lashed back at. Damon did not know better than to fuck with a bitch.

His reputation proceeded him because we knew all about his tactics. But the sad thing is that Joe and Harlow did not know the truth about Damon. They emailed me about doing a interview and this is what they said "O some magazine named damon kruzer wants to do magazine on Harlow now too". They did not even have a clue who he was. I told those fools not to talk to him but they did not listen again. Now you can truly see the mess that Damon has caused.

Damon causes damage where ever he goes. He calls himself the so called "Voice of Gay America" and the sad thing is he believed that shit. Poor lonely deluded Damon is his imaginary world with his imaginary boyfriend Marc and his imaginary backers and his imaginary readers is going to have a real experience with the law and we shall all revel in abandon at the idea of justice finally prevailing. We all have one soul brave enough to step up to the plate and say no more to thank for this prize and that is Angel Skye. Angel Skye has been taking hits from this "Internet Maggot" for months now and he's finally said no more. Damon finally went to far and now we get to watch with great anticipation the total humiliation of a demon.

The Season of gayness is upon us once again. San Francisco will be celebrating their world famous Gay Pride weekend once again. It looks to be a good one.
