The tapes and what they revealed to me

Here is a little back story for you all about the days preceding the Crab Catcher and the Blacks Beach tapes. Joe sent me a email and he was kind of excited about the possibility of finally getting to work with Sean and Grant. Now from what I know and was told by Joe and a few others was that Joe and Harlow were sent an agreement of sorts from Sean and Grant to come to California and to film some scenes. Joe told me that they sent him a agreement . He wanted to send it to me, I told him that I did not want to see it but I told Joe to run it by his attorney Barry Taylor which he did do. Well I got confirmation that he did because of some stuff that I later heard with regards to the future trip. I also told Joe that this could very well be a trap and to be careful. Barry said the same and none of us wanted them to go. I guess we were right about it being a trap.

Now you must also keep in mind that I did not know at the time that they had actually gone to Pennsylvania or that Harlow had been to Bryan's house. There was talk in the papers of an alibi and I will admit that I believed it. During this period which was before the affidavit or the arrest there was very little solid evidence that pointed to Joe and Harlow that was public. And there were also those who were feeding me lies about the case.


This was also during the period that everyone was screaming about Sean’s age and that he lied to Bryan about being younger than he was, when in fact it was proven that he lied and said that he was older than he was. So Sean did star in underage porn and that pissed allot of people off. With that being a directive on the blogs and all of the back story about all of the other dealings between Lee and Bryan. Joe and Harlow were sort of put on the “Back burner”. Was this a plan by the prosecution? Also what was the deal with the name Drake? Where the hell did they come up with that one?


So I had no real issue with talking to them because I was always told that you are innocent until proven guilty. What I also found strange is that there was just so much misinformation out there. So to tell Joe and Harlow that I thought going to San Diego might be a trap was not in anyway aiding and abetting two known fugitives. It was just my gut reaction based on what had been going on in the prior months. Joe and Harlow's whole financial thing was a bit of a shock to me. They never mentioned it to me that they had money issues.

PC did mention Joe and Harlow’s financial situation in a IM conversation but at the time I did not know who PC was or if I could even trust him. I soon found out that I could not trust him. I did some checking on my own and did not see any major issues with their finances. But "someone" did run a credit check and found out the truth. That was something that I would not do just to get a story though.

I spoke to Joe and emailed him on several different occasions while they were in California. He was aware of the possibility of a wire, that is why he wanted to go to the nude beach. Now what I find interesting is that the day prior to the Blacks Beach trip at the Crab Catcher there were promises of fourth coming info into the murder. This never really happened though, they never said outright that they killed Bryan. There was allot of talk about Lee and his deal with Bryan but what is funny is that was already being talked about behind the scenes. Me and a few others who shall remain nameless already new about the backdoor deal between Lee and Bryan. Sean and Grant were aware of it as well at the time of the police intercepts.

The Beach Tapes and the Crab Catcher transcripts actually reveal very little that I did not already know. Most of what was talked about at the time I had discussed with other people close to the case prior to the beach tapes. So I guess for me it was just anticlimactic. What I find really interesting is that Sean and Grant could not be totally honest on the tapes because they did not want to blow they’re hand. By that I mean the whole line of questioning that was going on. I mean what the fuck were they thinking with that line of questions?

Joe was asking more questions than Grant ever did about Bryan and Lee and their dynamic. I don’t know if Joe was just fishing for info on Bryan or if he was trying to see how much Sean and Grant knew about Lee and Bryan’s deal. Joe's questions looked as if he was seeing if they really felt remorse about Bryan's death. I just don’t get it something is fishy here and it ain't the crab.

This I will tell you and I never really thought about it but when I spoke to Michael Gross about the Out Magazine article I mentioned info from several sources of what I had heard was going on in this case. At the time I don’t think he actually believed me but I guess if he looked at his notes he might see now that I was on the right track. I have been blogging about this case since February of 2007 and there are still aspects about this case that amaze me. After digging through all of the muck the truth is starting to loom ahead and it ain’t what any of you think it is.

This murder is still being covered by several bloggers and it still is Front page news when something new about the case is revealed. Now it seems that we are in the home stretch but there are still a few twists to come in this case and I don’t doubt some of you will be still shocked by them. The latest that is news is that Luzerne County has summoned Sean Macias the attorney for the victim to testify at the trial. One question is why was he not at the preliminary hearing when his testimony could have narrowed down the time of death issue?

Child porn rings fact or fiction

Some seem to think that the idea of a child porn ring is not real. But then I guess that would a waste of time for the Federal Government and many other international agencies working diligently to break them up. All you have to do is a little research on the Internet and you will be amazed at what you just might find. What I find the most interesting in all of this is that the perpetrators of these crimes permeate the religious institutions the government and the press of this nation. These high ranking officials seem to be of the attitude that they can not be touched.

Now I don't know about any of you but there seems to be a large rash of high powered political and religious figures who are getting busted with there pants down. These are the same people who have been so vocal about denying equal rights for the Gay community. Now does it not make you wonder why all of the secrecy with regards to child pornography and child prostitution and child trafficking. We are talking about a world wide billion dollar industry here. Why is not enough being done to put a stop to the willful abuse of Americas children? Sure they pass laws to protect the children but the perpetrators of the crimes just go right ahead and commit these crimes any way because they are writing the laws.

In the past year there have been a few high profile child sex rings busted but do we ever hear about the offenders being prosecuted? No we do not and the reason is that the people who are being arrested are way to connected to the powers that be. If the truth was to ever get out how deep seated this really is the world would be shocked. The fact is that most of the people who are involved are in such denial that it is wrong that it just makes me sick. I don't know how to better say this than to just put it out there. Others have tried and they got no where or they were stopped by high placed officials. The vast majority of the people who read what is out there are just calling them conspiracy theorist. Just ask the parent of one of the children who was abducted if it is a conspiracy.

Judge rebukes defense attorneys

The judge presiding over the Bryan Kocis murder case had harsh words for the defense attorney's and the prosecution with regards to actions not taken that impedded the pretrial hearing. Here are links to the Times Leader or the Citizens Voice for the full story. Judge Olszewski says of the case "Kocis homicide Time and money wasted as conflict of interest not disclosed weeks ago," We never got to see the testimony of any of the witnesses and I know that upset allot of people especially the ones who made the trip to testify.

From what I have witnessed with regards to this case is that this hearing was doomed from the start. With the prosecution making documents sensitive to the case public and the defense and the Prosecution not being forthcoming with the information about the possible conflict I can see why the judge is a little peeved. There were people flown in from all over the country who just got a lovely little vacation in lovely Luzerne County on the prosecutions dime. I bet the taxpayers are going to love that. Well lets wish them better luck next time. Also in the news is the possibility of more postponments with regards to the issue of Demtrius Fannick and whether he will be allowed to defend Cuadra.

Late Wednesday, Cuadra’s remaining attorneys, Stephen Menn and Michael Senape, filed a motion to suspend all pre-trial proceedings in Luzerne County Court until the state Superior Court determines whether it will accept a petition requesting a review of Olzsewski’s March 19 order barring Cuadra from retaining defense attorney Demetrius Fannick.

Failed lies and misguided truths

BB is at it again in a attempt to draw attention from the real facts here. He is accusing me of being in on this murder from the beginning. Funny thing is I would think that he would keep that bit of information to himself as not to make himself look like a total fool. The real facts here are that BB and his lunatic rants are no more based in fact than anything that comes from the keyboard of Damon Kruezer. All of their statements are based on pipe dreams.

BB is on a constant loop talking about how "Cobrakiller"Grant did this murder. The fact of the matter is that it looks as if the police might just have the right people in jail. This is a fact that I find really interesting BB claims that he is always sending information to the authorities yet the fact is that it is not true. BB is just as mixed up in this murder case as he claims that I am. He is always screaming about Robert Wagner not being involved in any of this yet he is. Robert Wagner is a witness in this murder case.

Robert Wagner has what many have said is a weak alibi for the night of the murder. Phone records of the night of the murder will reveal the truth of Mr. Wagner's whereabouts. BB it seems that you can not ever back up any of your claims as to the who what and why of this murder. You just expose more of your hate and rage against Sean and Grant. Trying to intimidate me will not work because I have nothing to loose and you can not hurt me. I have no secret skeletons in my closet such as you. I have no reason to lie about anything anymore such as you.

All that was told to me has been exposed for what it is. Yet all that you claim is mere here say and not one fact that you can not prove in anyway what so ever. Why is it such a sensitive issue for you that Robert Wagner was at the house on the night of the murder. Why do you deny this with such anger and conviction. What does it matter to you BB as you have claimed that you did not know Bryan or Robert Wagner?

BB you have claimed that you were on the Juicygoo forums yet you went on a big hunt to get the transcripts from Damon Kruezer. Then you turn on him and attack him, why is that BB? You are no more than a mouthpiece for the biggest chunk of evil to ever walk the face of the earth yet you call me a puppet. Why are you trying to defend the vile perverts who are so trying to hide the truth about your dear beloved Bryan Kocis.

Is it out of fear that there really is a FBI investigation? Is it because of the crimes that were committed with regards to Cobra Video? Is it because of all of the underage models who passed in front of the Cobra Video cameras and the fact that Bryan did not have proper ID for any of the models? You claimed from the very beginning that Sean Lockhart was not under age. You said that the fake ID from the Rolling Stone article was his real ID. I guess you did not bank on the fact that I am from California and I know what the real ID of someone Sean's age would look like.

BB I know it must pain you to admit it but Sean is only 21 years old and when he made the first videos for Cobra Video he was in fact under age. Bryan knew this, Robert Wagner knew this yet they both perpetrated the lie that Sean had valid ID on file. But I guess they thought it would look official since Bryan paid for it. They were both dumb shits just like you to get involved in they're cover up issues.

The issues here are quite simple you think that because you keep using my name on your little blog that you are upsetting me well the fact is it is quite liberating. I don't have to worry about what I say anymore for fear that someone may get upset with me and spill the beans on me.
PC tried it, it went really well for him, Rob tried it with similar results and so did a few others. But your always a day late and a dollar short. You have tried it and you actually linked it to the one post on my blog that almost made you pee your pants.

The one with all of the lovely comments about you from all of the people who read the post who said such glowing things about you. Take a trip down memory lane BB and enjoy what your fans wrote about you on that post I know I sure did. Just so you know this is still my blog and I will write what I want to write about and no one can tell me otherwise.

The end of a error

As I sit here this early Wednesday morning, I reflect upon the times I had with Damon Kruezer and regret that I ever did. I never knew what true ignorance was until the day I first read his technicolor trash page. I was aghast by the lies he called news. He never got anything right, he belittled people, he would reveal their secrets to their loved ones and torment you because you would not respond to his drivel. You see Damon is a very sick lonely man whose only desire is to be noticed by anyone. You see he has been hiding behind his mommy for sixty years. To scared to come out into the real world with the truth.

Well it appears that Damon just got a invitation to come out in the real world that he can not refuse. It would appear that Damon’s lies and cruel insanity has just earned him a visit to the real world. A place that fills him with terror. He pushed the wrong victim to the boiling point and his stupidity has just earned him an audience with the law. His crimes are said to be Internet Harassment, Cyber Stalking, Fraud and Forgery. Those are the few that I can think of right now.

His pitiful cry fowl just made me laugh, he says that he is faultless yet we all have documented evidence that he did all that he is accused of. I don’t pity the man for anything that is going to happen to him. You see he attacked me unprovoked and unasked for. He was having issues with the fact that my little upstart of a blog was higher in the Alexa ratings than his. He fell to a all time low in his little world of Damon and he was on the attack. He lashed out at me and he lashed out at Julien only to get lashed back at. Damon did not know better than to fuck with a bitch.

His reputation proceeded him because we knew all about his tactics. But the sad thing is that Joe and Harlow did not know the truth about Damon. They emailed me about doing a interview and this is what they said "O some magazine named damon kruzer wants to do magazine on Harlow now too". They did not even have a clue who he was. I told those fools not to talk to him but they did not listen again. Now you can truly see the mess that Damon has caused.

Damon causes damage where ever he goes. He calls himself the so called "Voice of Gay America" and the sad thing is he believed that shit. Poor lonely deluded Damon is his imaginary world with his imaginary boyfriend Marc and his imaginary backers and his imaginary readers is going to have a real experience with the law and we shall all revel in abandon at the idea of justice finally prevailing. We all have one soul brave enough to step up to the plate and say no more to thank for this prize and that is Angel Skye. Angel Skye has been taking hits from this "Internet Maggot" for months now and he's finally said no more. Damon finally went to far and now we get to watch with great anticipation the total humiliation of a demon.

It's Gay pride bitches

Twisted logic

So many of you seem to be a bit confused with the details of my involvement in this murder saga.

First of all I had no contact with Joe and Harlow before April 16th 2007. So I guess that rules out the possibility of me aiding Joe with the identity of the owner of the Nissan Murano parked in Bryan’s driveway on the night he was killed. You know the one that Rob brought up.

Secondly I knew about the location of the Maserati long before the beach tapes. I really don’t get why so many of you seem to think that I am more involved in this case that I really am. I just blogged about it.

Thirdly I have had no contact with Robert Wagner. No emails no phone contact nada. Robert’s whereabouts on the night of the murder are not known to me. I did not pull his credit report nor anyone else’s for that matter. Where Rob got that bit of info from is your guess as well as mine.

Finally I did not ever write Harlow or Joe’s blogs for them. I have spoken to the both of them on the phone and in emails and they never made and confessions to me about the murder. As far as where the vehicle Harlow was driving on the night of Bryan’s murder was parked, From witness testimony it was parked in the driveway on Midland Drive. Behind Bryan’s car and the mystery SUV with New York plates, as per Rob.

As far as any of the other things that I have been accused of that is pure speculation from the posters. As far as me not supporting Joe and Harlow anymore you all can believe what you want to believe. I just have better things to do with my time than to argue with you all about something that I can not change. I think that this case has been mishandled from the very start. I was never sent anything with regards to this case. Joe and Harlow never sent me anything no packages or letters no evidence what so ever.

I will not be included in the trial, as I have no information that the state would need because PC has everything that the state would assume that I would have. He has made it clear that he is the expert on this case with his intimidation tactics and outing of people who post on his and other blogs. He has all the information on everyone involved and he would be able to make a more compelling argument than I ever could. Jim if you think that I will be indicted in this murder case on conspiracy charges you are more delusional than I ever would have thought. But I guess you could hope that I would be charged with a crime for not believing you and your "Ocams Razor".

Bryan Kocis was in violation of the law with his home business. He illegally filmed porn in his home in Dallas Township. There is video proof of that; scenes filmed in the very living room where he was killed can be seen in "A Boys Raw Urges"and "Naughty boys toys". He used the same sofa where his dead body was found in "A Boys Raw Urges" Yet he was allowed to film porn in his home and use the Luzerne County courts to intimidate Sean Lockhart who claimed that he was filmed by Kocis while he was underage. The courts of Luzerne County are more involved in this murder case than any of us would like to believe.

Just look at all of the news about the legal system in Luzerne County. It really makes you wonder what is really going on in that county and what is going to happen with this murder case if it ever makes it to trial. Bryan Kocis ran an illegal business from his home and used the courts to intimidate a minor child who he filmed in a porn video. He also got a slap on the wrist for having sex on film with a minor child. And the courts of Luzerne County never had him register as a sex offender. Now this same court system is being investigated by the state of Pennsylvania and the FBI. It kind of makes you wonder what is really going on there.

Luzerne County has worked its magic under the radar of the Feds for so long that I guess the good ole boys just got sloppy and thought that they were above the law. Well I think that attitude is going to change when the federal indictments start getting handed out to various parties involved in the mis-justice that is Luzerne county.

Gay marriage ban overuled in California

Gay marriage appears to be legal in California after a 4/3 split by the states supreme court. Gov. Swartzenegger said he would not support a ballot initiative to over ride the courts decision. He says that the supreme court decision should be let to stand. Now I have never been a great fan of the "Govenator" but his words today speak volumes to how he really feels about the issue. I just want to say this California rules.

Can we all say equal rights for everybody is a constitutional right for all US citizens and leave it at that. I think there will be allot of people who are upset about this decision and they will continue to fight to keep the gay population second class citizens. I personally believe that there should be a separation of church and state but as this election year plays out you will see that the politicians will be courting the same people who are against Gay marriage.

This president who is in office right now campaigned against the rights of gays and was elected by the same people who are going to try and get an initiative on the ballot to override the California Supreme Courts ruling. Through out history it has been the "Christians" who have been oppressive to all other religions. I really wonder what Jesus would think about these people who claim to be his followers.

The problem with most churches and religious groups is that they foster hate and that is why I am not affiliated with any church now. Do I believe in god , yes I do but I have never believed that God did not like gay people. I have never felt any guilt for being gay, I was born this way and if I was not supposed to be gay as some claim than that would make God wrong and that my friends is blasphemy and that is a sin.

Joe and the truth

Well it appears that Joe Kerekes has spilled the beans on his plan to turn on Harlow Cuadra. Joe has spoken to several jail-mates and told them all about how Harlow killed Bryan Kocis. What I find interesting is that Joe has told so many different stories that it is hard to follow them. Joe claims that Harlow planned this whole thing and that he was just along for the ride. Joe also claims that during the murder he was at the motel surfing the Internet or was he in the car waiting for Harlow. From my perspective it appears that Joe is trying his level best to cause confusion in this murder case. His court room outbursts not withstanding.

First of all on my blog Joe states that he is not Mark but the fact is I knew who he was all along. He was MJT or Mark Joe and Trent. Joe contacted me through Email about a picture that I had of Harlow on my blog that he wanted changed. The date of our first email was Tuesday, April 17, 2007 2:58 AM. Contrary to the beliefs of certain bloggers that was our first contact other than his regular rants on my blog. As far as I am concerned with this case my motivation was to just write about it, no more no less. It seemed to take on a life of its own with the attacks and the fighting and blame throwing and it just got ugly.

The sad fact is that a man was murdered and several lives will be forever changed by that fact. Not withstanding that the victim of this murder had already ruined several lives with his bogus legal suits and his lies and his unscrupulous business practices. The fact is that Bryan Kocis was not a nice person and he was willing to do anything to destroy "Brent Corrigan" speaks volumes to his character. Dirty underhanded deals, public smear campaigns, bogus lawsuits, underage porn and child molestation all speak to his character.

Joe and Harlow were not the brightest couple in the world and I don’t think that they should have ever got involved in any of this but that is my opinion. The fact that Sean and Grant were having problems with Bryan was enough for me to know that I would have just avoided the whole situation if I were Joe and Harlow. But then again who knows what they were thinking. Fast cash in the porn industry is a joke but I guess Joe and Harlow were not aware of that.

The fact that I got involved in this whole debacle is something that I do not regret. I have been accused of aiding and abetting two criminals, illegal phone conversations, possession of stolen property and various other crimes by someone who claims to be on the inside of this investigation. I just want to thank PC for posting the arrest warrant that shows that I did not aid and abet two known fugitives. I would also like to thank Jim for confirming the first contact that I had with Joe and Harlow.

Now I do not believe that Barry Taylor was one of Joe and Harlow’s clients. The fact that if he were it would be grounds for his disbarment. I also really don’t understand why Joe would tell complete strangers about his part in this murder other than to gain some street cred in the jail. His claims of being straight and doing this for money and the privilege it provides are in my opinion is a bunch of crap. Joe has lied to the police on several occasions and I think that is his defense. "You can not believe a damn thing I say so I must not be guilty".


Harlow on the other hand has said very little about the case and in the few times that we have spoken after his arrest he has stated the same thing and he has never wavered on that one bit. Do I believe him well that I will just keep to myself as I am not on the jury and it really does not matter what I believe. You all can believe what ever you want and you can spout off about it as well. Just an small note to all of you who think that I am involved in this in any other way other than my blog you are sadly mistaken.

I am still waiting for the truth to be revealed and from what has been posted as relevant to this case it is not the truth. It is just pure speculation, the police are still grasping for a reason as to the why Bryan was killed. The evidence presented so far is purely circumstantial. The beach tapes are in my opinion a joke and it will backfire. The so-called involvement of several of the people mentioned on other blogs that is a joke as well.


Joe and Harlow were aware of the "trap" that was set by the FBI and all of the other police agencies with regards to the beach tapes. They were also aware of the whereabouts of the missing Maserati, as was I long before the beach tapes were made.
This case is really just becoming a joke, a comedy of errors and it will all play out in the fabulous Luzerne County court system which I might add is the biggest joke of them all. There have been claims that Robert Wagner was at Bryan’s house on the night he was murdered and I for one do not know if that is true but some seem to think so and that would explain the constant attacks on BB. I would like to think that BB is not involved and he is being attacked because he is not in agreement with the party line. BB is of the belief that Sean and Grant had something to do with this murder. That is what BB believes and I’m fine with that.

Do I think that Sean and Grant had anything to do with this murder? The answer would be yes. They contacted Joe and Harlow and invited them to Vegas. Joe and Harlow took them out to dinner where the subject of Bryan came up. Now common sense would lead you to believe that Joe and Harlow did not just bring up the subject of Bryan. That would have been Sean and Grant. Their deceitful partner Lee Bergeron was suckering Sean and Grant into a bad deal with Bryan. They were most likely pissed off about the pending deal and voiced there opinion about it to Joe and Harlow.

I don’t know who brought up the subject about making Bryan disappear and I don’t doubt it was brought up. I was not there so I can not attest to who came up with that idea. But for Joe and Harlow to just come out of the blue with something like that is a bit of a stretch. They did not even know Bryan or have any prior contact with the man. Sean and Grant did have prior contact with him and made their animosity well known.

Now as far as Joe and Harlow devising a plot to do away with Bryan on a promise to work with Sean that is a bit of a stretch. Bryan was not a threat to their business and the claim that they did all of this to work with "Brent Corrigan" is a stretch as well. Brent Corrigan is a commodity in porn but he is not the only hot twink out there. As far as Sean and Grant’s involvement in this murder, it is guilt by association. They know the accused and they knew the victim and the are a crucial link in the theory of the police as to why Bryan was killed.

I don’t think the truth will ever be known because there are just to many lies out there and not enough credible witnesses to make the truth available. The police have a theory and it seems that they will make the evidence work with that theory. The fact is that the evidence presented thus far has to prove the guilt of the accused. It could very well do just that but then again it could all be disproved. Did Harlow snap and kill Bryan? Did Joe kill Bryan? Was Bryan dead when Harlow arrived? Was Joe at the motel? Was Robert Wagner at Bryan’s house on the night he was murdered? This is for the courts to decide and I am more than willing to let them do they’re job with regards to that.

With all of the negative press on the courts of Luzerne County I do think that this will be a fair trail as they are being watched by the FBI. The Fed’s want this case over as soon as possible because of their investigation into Bryan’s other dealings. They want Robert Wagner so bad that they can taste it. Bryan had been under investigation for several months prior to his murder and that is why this case had so many different police agencies involved. There are those who deny this but the facts of this investigation prove otherwise.
